Excellent!! Great mechanic. Honest and trustworthy, both Mr and Mrs Thomas care about a job well done. I am very skeptical about a mechanic because my father was a mechanic, and I don't trust many. Thomas's are truly trustworthy. They will do a job well done. I guarantee you will be satisfied with the work done at Thomas Automotive. (Buick Regal)

Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I called from a family referral and they took me right in. I came to them because Nicholls Performance in Grain Valley wouldn't uphold their warranty. But Tommy took it and ran with it and made it perform correctly. I appreciate the fast and professional service. Great Job Thomas Team!!!!!!!

Several issues here.Missing at least one bolt after water pump service that holds the wiring harness to the tensioner bracket.Paid for a brake fluid flush and he just tried to empty the reservoir and overfill with fresh/no bleeding. (Verified visually and with a tester)Paid for an alignment and it was way off toe (verified with a printout from another shop because TA didn't provide one)Top all that off with being charged for an oil change I didn't ask for and then getting very argumentative when I noticed the charge. (I always do my own oil changes) ~was given a partial refund for the oil begrudgingly.I also noticed when my vehicle was on the lift that the rear posts were in the wrong spots.So many red flags...stay away.

Great!Fast!Affordable!Friendly!These are all qualities you ll find here at Thomas Automotive! I brought my 2013 Chevy Cruze to Patrick due to my turbo being out. Thomas Automotive was able to get my car back to me within a week of dropping it off and it has honestly never sounded better! Very helpful showed me exactly what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Showed me the part they had to replace and the damaged one they had to take out just to make sure I understood. Appreciate their respect and the atmosphere, great people highly recommend going there and I am definitely coming back with any future problems
