If you need exotic things done to your vehicle, then this is the place to go! I mean anything you think it it will be done! For example: lifts, wheels and tires, window tint, wraps, mechanical...etc

I stopped buy to have my wheels balanced today on my car. They have the latest equipment and do an extremely good job, that's why I was directed here. I would love to say it went perfectly but it did not, but hear me out.. There was a miscommunication and I was left waiting far longer than I should have. You would think I would be leaving a bad review but I'm not and here is why. They handled the situation professionally and with courtesy. I was left with a good impression of this company. They treat you professionally even when things don't go right, that is the sign of good ownership and good management. I highly recommend Richline Motorsports. Also side note they are fine with Teslas, a lot of local shops won't touch them.

Yeah, I m from out of state.! And I had some local auto shop, put new tires on my rims and take my old tires off but I already had the tires so when the shop was done they handed me some plastic disc back and said I needed to get this replaced but it was fine the way it was put together.! I went to every auto parts store in town of blue Springs.! Nobody had it, and nobody knew where to go to get it.! I was driving around and I found it Midas auto parts store so I pulled into it and they recommended this Place.! I came here to help they were so friendly. They jumped right in and did what I needed to be done on my tires gave me the parts explain to me how to fix it was so cool. Very friendly people.! And I m usually nervous about mechanics because I feel like they re all crooked.. but anytime I have a problem I m coming here for my tires.! And when I buy new rims, I m coming here to get them they re so awesome here.!!!!!!

Another awesome experience with Richline! Ryan knocked it out of the park! I knew what tire I wanted and called to get a price, without hesitation he shot me an awesome price, and said he could have them next day! Called the next day to tell me they were in, drove up and was pulling out with my new tires within an hour!! I ve bought several sets from Richline and they re definitely my go to for all tire and wheel needs!! Thanks Ryan and JD for running an awesome shop!!

Quick service a lot of knowledge and help. No pushy salesmen they are very truthful. Rotated my tires instead of making me buy a new set. Kyle Frank and Ryan are great guys.

Took my Maserati in for new rims and found the perfect ones right away. Richline has a great inventory to choose from. Unfortunately, we ran into a few snags with getting the sensors to read correctly. That turned into a few visits. The upside is, Richline s staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I have to mention Ryan specifically as he went above and beyond to ensure I received quality service and was happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend!

I ordered amp running boards on my truck. 2 office guys gave me 3 different prices and told me we can negotiate the price when i come in. Had an appointment for 9:00. Left at 10 with the truck still outside. My interior was dusty from work but it looked like a couple filthy kids had been wrestling all over the cab when i picked it up grease and dirt all over my doors dash seats and center console. I leave my customers property in the same condition if not better then i found it every day. I would've thought they'd do the same

Never go here. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and when I arrived they had no information that I had an appointment. They then denied to complete the service due to a bad tie rod and quoted me over $500 to fix it. After fixing it myself I took it back up there and they said I need a camber plate which my vehicle doesn t even come stock with. Which camber shouldn t mess with how straight it drives. They did the alignment and I paid $180 and my truck still pulls to the right. Worst customer service experience I ve ever had. Front desk talks bad about their own employees in front of customers and curses. Very unprofessional will never go back or recommend.

We live 3 1/2 hours away from kansas city and was told it was first come first serve on Saturdays. So knowing that we left out of town at 530 am to get to the store by 9 just to wait an hour so we could get in and get done. We waited at the front door and we're the first ones in. They then decided they were going to take back 3 other vehicles in front of us before I confronted them about it in which they just said sorry we will get you in soon which was 45 min past. This is not good business and I'm extremely upset about it. You might look up NSK in kansas city instead. Better choice! I'm sure they run there business more professionally.

I am so glad that I came to Richline to have work done on my Wife's car. Kyle walked us through the shop and showed us all the styles of rims. He asked what we were looking for and showed us the perfect rims and my wife loved them. When they put the rims on they looked really good. We talked about having her windows tinted and came back to have them tinted a week later. They have done a fantastic job, like beyond my expectations. We also had an alignment done and I am so glad they took really good care of us. The price is very reasonable and the work is beyond expectation. Everyone is very friendly and helpful when we stop by . I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them for all your vehicle needs. Thank You, Kyle, Richline and Staff.

I had purchased a set of rims from Richline St. Louis. had several problems with the first and the second pair of rims I purchased. I damaged one of newer wheels In July 2022 Didn t seem like St. Louis was really trying to take any responsibility or really on top of it like a professional business should be. So February 2023 I called Richline Independence, to see if they can do anything about me waiting forever on my rim to be repaired and see what was going on at Forgiato. I talk to a guy named Frank, who is very professional and concerned about my problem. He got a hold of somebody at Forgiato, and they started making me a new one because they lost my old one? So since st. Louis richline started the order it was sent there and they re the ones that decided the bill for my rim after months of waiting. So when I was talking to Richline St. Louis everyone acted like it was going to be free because of the long wait. Nope.. came in and they gave me a whopping 25% off smh next time I buy rims it will definitely be at Richline motorsports independence, Missouri. Thanks Frank for everything that you have done.

Tried to do an alignment and didn't realize our tie rods need to be replaced so they then left the steering wheel completely turned and still tried to charge us full price!! So disappointed in this place. We ended up paying half price for a job that didn't even get done and personally we don't want to take it back there if they didn't do it correctly the first time.

I just got done paying off my month old fuel wheels. I took it there to have Richline install the wheels and tires. The installation process ended with my key fob broken and an unbalanced defective wheel on the rear passenger side.I returned to Richline to show the damage done to the defective wheel and Kyle agreed that he's never seen clear coat come off the middle of the wheel like that. I also advised him of the shaking and unbalanced wheels. He had a service tech pull my truck around and rebalence my wheels, which the tech advised me that the damaged wheel was the wheel unbalanced. The tech pulls my truck around to the front as Kyle advised me he would call the fuel wheel company and assured me they would send a new one. I was wiping my new wheels off before I left and noticed more damage to the front right ds wheel. You could tell it was fresh damage and the sales rep (kyle) agreed. Two weeks later im told that Richline and fuel are not going to repair my 2 damaged wheels, claiming I created the damage. I was lied to and told I would be taken care of. Not the case! The owners wife said that it was not there machine that caused the damage to the front wheel and the tech denied hitting a curb pulling it out of there tight bay. I called two weeks in a row without a phone call back after I was told (Kyle) would call me back. I've never been called back once. Terrible customer service and warranty coverage on off road wheels that were curbed rashed. 3800.00 dollars was a lot of money for me. I've had my old 17 inch Rockstar wheels for seven years and never had them chip like that. I bought these in July and have had them for a month and 2 wheels are damaged.The first thing I hear when I call is the answering service telling me there number one passion is customer service! Not the case with me. I would recommend not buying anything from Richline motorsports.

Ran into trouble installing my own lift. Needed to have components transferred to another part. Called Richline and without hesitation said come on up. Member of their team stopped what they were doing to make the swap. Appreciate the great customer service particularly when I didn't even purchase the parts from them. Thanks Richline Motorsports for the help. Will definitely be back!

Update: Ryan helped me out and got everything taken care of. Super nice guy and great customer service through him. He made sure everything got fixed quickly!Took my truck here to get $9000 worth of work done and couldn t be more disappointed in their work. First, they didn t open the lift kit boxes to make sure they had all the parts so they got 90% of the lift done and realized they were missing parts so it ended up taking 6 days total and had my truck the whole weekend as well. They did an awful job trimming for tires to fit, in one spot they didn t even make a full cut and left it dangling. The alignment was way off, pulled hard to the left. It took them 3 times to get the alignment good enough so it wasn t pulling hard to one side. Apparently they had a broken sensor on the alignment machine but still tried to give me my truck back way out of alignment.The tires were also 5-6 oz out of balance on each tire so it shook the whole time driving. I had to take them to discount tire to have them balanced correctly, that was even more money out of my pocket because they couldn t do it right. Lastly, someone with greasy fingers touched my head liner and my grab handle which was a pain to get out. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never go here again.

Don't bother wasting your time here because they sure will waste yours!!! Ordered wheels and tires over a week ago, said they would be in by Tuesday. It's now Thursday, took the day off. Drove over an hour and they never even bothered to call and let me know that ordered the wrong lug pattern. What a joke!

Ryan was absolutely awesome! He welcomed my wife and I as soon as we came through the door. I can be pretty indecisive at times, but Ryan was so helpful that it made my decision easier. I am absolutely stoked about my new setup and will definitely go straight to him in the future. Thanks Ryan!!

DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO RICHLINE! 10/5/2021This shop is more concerned about looking COOL and working on the Owner JD's custom cars than their PAYING customers. Horrible customer service and installation.2020 Ford with 12, 000 miles, truck taken in to have a 7" ReadyLift installed along with 37" Toyo ATIII's with Alignment. Custom wheels already on vehicle.Frank was great to deal with and said no issues what so ever with the parts chosen by me. They came with Great recommendations from fellow car guys and shops.2 day job, was 3 days. Called said it was ready, PAID the balance due $,$$$.$$ and left Excited to have the work done and it looked great!Drove home 45 mins away and when I arrived noticed black rubber all over the passenger side of my truck.They had installed my front tires and done an alignment with both front tires touching the drop spindles from the new lift....*pictures attached*The passenger side tire was scraped smooth of the sidewall lugs! The front tires Toed in so much it was riding on the outer edge of tire.Both are major safety issues when driving at Highway speeds.Called immediately and informed the shop with pictures. Frank said they would pick it up the next day and fix. Long story short. Did not pick it up, I had to PAY to have it towed to Independence.Said it was an issue with alignment. Took it back in and they put wheel spacers on to fix rub and ordered a new Toyo tire. 3rd time to take it back for the new tire. I was blamed for the wheel and tire not fitting correctly. Remember, they took it all apart and put it back together, NOT me.No apology, no accountability, no customer service.They hold themselves up as a custom car shop, but do not have the employees or knowledge of cars / equipment they use to get the job done correctly.Truck is still not aligned correctly and they broke a Vacuum line in the engine compartment, due to not providing their employees proper areas to work in. So I need a new air intake, now!Saying bring it back, AGAIN! One of the WORST experiences I have had at a shop that I have taken any of my custom vehicles to. Asked for the owner to call me...NOTHINGDon't waste your TIME or MONEY with RICHLINE!Not worth the headache or safety issues.

Had to get springs compressed for my raptor on new fox shocks. Had trouble getting the springs from different sources which caused delays. Kyle really helped me out trying to source the springs I wanted and getting them done. Will definitely be back for tint on my bronco and suspension upgrades.

DO NOT GO TO RICHLINETook my lifted 2016 tundra (6 on 35s) to richline for an alignment, first time they had my steering wheel crooked, and was pulling to the right. Second time, same thing except it got worse and I lost 30%-40% of my turning radius on my right side and it took them over 3hr to screw my truck up to hell. I ll go to Firestone before I go back to these guys.Richline is an absolute joke.Also, don t even reply saying HoW cAn We MaKe It RiGhT?! You can t, I don t trust you, get bent.

I had a BakFlip MX4 tonneau cover installed on my truck and it was a great experience. Frank and the guys got it ordered and installed at a great price. He let me know the day it arrived and it was done quickly while I waited. I'd recommend them for any truck accessories or modifications you're considering.

My 2019 Chevy Impala had terrible rims. It sounded like an old rattling piece of junk going down the road. My husband and I stopped in at this shop just to look and ended up with new rims the same day! Owner was a super nice guy. Very helpful. He drove himself to pick up what we wanted at the wear house and we went back up a few hours later for install. Clean shop, great employees. Highly recommend. We will be going back for tint in a few weeks. Thanks guys!!

Showed up at opening and was greeted by some handsome fella who was eager to get to work. After an exchange of hugs and compliments I was shown the waiting area. The vending machine had an array of different foods that helped me survive the short wait as they installed a lift kit with rims and tires. As I dozed off in the chair they brought a blanket out and kissed me on my forehead. I woke up to a cold beer and steak waiting for me as they pulled my truck to the front. Great job guys. 10/10 would recommend.
