9 times outta 10 they have what ya need to get it done.Standard Auto Parts store staff. Some know a lot about vehicles, some don t. It s a good store to have as an option when DIY is all ya can afford.

This store deserves more than a 5 star rating. The employees at the store are some of the most patient and understanding people I've ever met. They have gone above and beyond to help out a couple and their dog who are really struggling to make it.

They have all of the necessary equipment to assess your car. They helped check the status of my battery and jump it. They were polite and professional. I was able to get in and get out. The store was fully stocked.

I had an extremely nice young man help me this past Thursday. I needed a light bulb for my Equinox and he first came out to my vehicle to determine what I needed and then asked if I d like him to replace it for me. I m an older female and knew nothing about car repair. To do this, he had to get under my car and remove a few things. This was an extremely hot afternoon yet he was so pleasant. Due to his assistance and demeanor, I will definitely go back. Thank you.

I only go to O'Reilly's for my parts. They always have the lowest prices for quality parts. Brakes are cheap for lifetime pads and rotors, so cheap, I just go ahead and replace my rotors every time I do front brakes on my car. The rears are a little more expensive so I do those every other time. Besides 80% of stopping your cars forward motion is done by the front brakes. Hence, they go out sooner. Rotors get hit and warp so I just replace them. O'Reilly's has everything you could think of for your car. They even have 3 tom shop jacks. Thinking about designing a special tool to do that hard to handle job you're working on? Why not ask the people at O'Reilly's if there's already a tool out that they can rent you for cheap, cheap, free, just leave a deposit and bring it back the way you got it and there you go. It's all done! No more busted knuckles trying to use the wrong tool to improvise because you don't think it's made or you can't afford it. Rent it for free at O'Reilly's! I'm tellin' Ya!

After one store sold me the wrong CV Shaft, 3 stores saying they had my part but didn't, Kam here at this store finally got the correct part I needed, highly recommend Kam when shopping here.
