We were assisted by Derrick, he was so friendly and helped us with the name of the part we needed for our car, which was the cabin air filter not the ac filter. LOL! Thank you for helping my husband and I finally get the part we needed for our car.

Best most friendly O'Reilly I've been to in the Metro area. They offer to help carry things to your vehicle as well without having to ask. Awesome service!

Went on for a universal license plate bracket. Didn't fit so went back in immediately for a refund. There were at least 5 employees gathered around 1 computer screen. Not one of the employees would even acknowledge that I was standing there, waiting for service. After a good 3 - 4 minutes, I was finally helped by one of the employees who spent the entire refund process talking to the other employees. Pretty much felt invisible.

Parts are fine prices are average, workers are not very knowledgeable. It use to be where to go for help, not so much anymore.

Not so good seems they never have what I need in stock anymore, and if I were to order online I might as well shop somewhere else for better pricing. Went to two different stores in different towns, neither had any, they had a spot for them but no inventory. Use to be my go to place, now I'm looking online and just have it shipped to my house.

Staff wasn't too knowledgeable. Thankfully my mechanic knew what he was doing because he used to work there. Too bad people don't try to find rare parts anymore. Have part number on hand before going to the store. 5/5 Cuz they were at least nice.

Normally I have great people thT help me but this young man Noah wouldn't help .me get an oil filter just handed me the paper with the number of oil filter and said its over there. I was very disappointed for the first time. Oak Grove staff is my favorite!!!

These guys double checked for me when I had brought back the sparkplugs I purchased thinking they might be the wrong ones. Then when I had trouble getting my sparkplugs socket to release from the freshly installed plug that was at the bottom of a very deep plug hole they immediately let me borrow a super long set of needle nose pliers to extract the plug socket after installing each successive plug! Great store! Great guys!

Slow and gave me incorrect parts more than once. If you call them sometimes they don't even answer. Call one time from inside store to see what would happen, they put me on hold. It was obvious the young man was talking to his girlfriend on other line. I still use O'Reilly just not that one anymore I've had several people tell me they have had same issue.

Stood in line for 15 minutes while the manager sat there at stared at me while the employee worked. This is the exact reason I usually order parts off the internet. Just got in a bind and needed oil. I even order oil so i dont have to deal with employees. Brick and mortar is dying because of customer service not because of competition.

I have always been treated decently by O'Reilly's til 3/13/2021. Now I will not bother with O'Reilly's any more. I called to order a K&N air filter for my 2007 Dodge Nitro. Ben answered the phone. I said I needed an air filter for my vehicle gave all the information and he came back we have a MicroGard Air Filter for 18.99. I said I want a K&N Filter and I want to be sure instock before I arrive. Ben says you want to pay for it online? I said no, I do not want to arrive and be told "sorry that is not instock, we can order it in and it will be in in 2-3 hours." He says ok hold on. Comes back in a few moments and says okay I have it its at the front counter. I said how much is it? He says 18.99, I said really? He says yes. So when I got to my 2nd shopping stop, I pulled up the website and looked for K&N filters for my vehicle 49.99! So I called and reached Alejandro. I explained I wanted a K&N Filter and the website says its 49.99 and Ben quoted me 18.99. I wanted to be sure I was getting a K&N Filter. Alejandro says well we can't order unless we know exactly what you want. I said I wanted the same K&N Filter for the 2007 Dodge Nitro. Alejandro says well there are two K&N Filters that fit your vehicle the other one is 59.99. So I get my phone out and look at that one, and I say the 49.99 is the one that should fit my vehicle the other one, I have no clue where that would be put. He says well we can't order it. I said really, nope you have to tell me which one. OKAY does the 49.99 should fit my car and the 59.99 have no clue where that would go on my vehicle not good enough? NOPE IT IS NOT. OH WAIT I AM A DUMB FEMALE WHO HAS NO CLUE -- yet I asked for a K&N FILTER --- REALLY. No more --O'Reilly will assist you to find what you need from this FEMALE!!! So what that I said it was a 6 cylinder 3.7 L engine 4x4. TOO MANY VARIABLES there aren't there???? CANNOT BELIEVE THIS -- there sign states "WE ARE HERE FOR YOU" So of course I showed up and sure enough it was not a K&N Filter at all. They need to take the lies off their sign, as the staff that answers the phone is NOT THERE FOR YOU!

Waste of time, very unprofessional. They opened at 7, at 7:40 they were not doing anything but said it would be a while before they could help anyone. Very poor service, will not be going back. Needs new management badly!

I absolutely detest any place or any person who treats his employees as poorly as Micheal (according to his uniform) did here tonight. That was disgusting, yelling and insults are no way to treat a person, much less someone underneath you.I will never be going back.

I've never seen handicap parking at O'Reilly's. They do not have automatic doors. They have good parts and they have bad parts. If you buy the cheap stuff from O'Reilly's you'll be putting it on over and over and over. But if you buy the high-dollar stuff from O'Reilly's you'll put it on one time. If you're looking for parts to fix your car they can order it for you. Because they don't keep or the anything in stock. So make sure you call ahead. So they can put it in stock and O'Reilly's does deliver

The store in grandview off of blu ridge has employees that actually know quite alot about cars& trucks and thats hard to find at some other oreilys out in s kc.
