This place was amazing and the people that work there. Yesterday after dropping my girlfriends daughter of at work my brakes went out. Sounded like metal on metal..I didn't feel comfortable driving the car with young kids in the car. Not only did they allow me to replace the front pads in their parking lot. Then also allowed me to use the tools to fix this issue. I am so grateful for the 3 people that was working that night because I couldn't of done it without your willingness to help. I wish I knew your guys names.Grateful

I came here to return a bad battery that it's sprung an acid leak. Most auto parts places don't handle returns very well. O'Reilly's is exemplary. They found my receipt without my having to bring one and they actually went out to the parking lot and put the battery in the car. These people are the very best

Always come to this store and never had a problem until today. I asked if I could get a scanning for my battery but was told I needed to take it to a professional. I was confused because I ve gotten scanned there before and was never told such thing, I m guessing he just didn t feel like going outside. Luckily Advanced Auto Parts on Noland gave me a Battery scan and got me right.

Excellent service, Jeff was beyond helpful. He tested my battery and alternator, even cleaned my battery cables!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great service! Had to make a late night run for a few car parts and got there maybe 10-15 min before close (I know -d move) and the guy that was there (didn t catch his name :( ) helped me figure out what headlight bulb I needed quickly and was kind despite it almost being closing. Store was in good order as well :)

I went in today needing wipers, brake pads, and rotors. Shawn there assisted me. Told me what I needed and was very helpful!! He's good at his job and is appreciated!

I came in with 5 minutes to spare needing a single relay. I got to talking to the workers there explaing to them my story about why I was rushing into the auto parts store at closing. Long story short, they listened to my story and even gave me a bag of FREE fuses along either a fuse tester. All out of the kindness of their own hearts. And that made me one happy customer. Kudos!

Very helpful, but make sure you find someone who knows what they are talking about, they like to hire people who don't know their parts as good as someone that works on cars so that if they sell you the wrong part you are definitely coming back to get another only reason I say that because my gf was over qualified to work there?!!? And that's was the reason, so if you go there know exactly what your getting so you don't get put into that situation

I truly believe this is one of th best O'Reilly Auto Parts stores in area. They have friendly team members that seem to do a great job with customer service, facing/stocking shelves and keeping good track of their inventory so you know the part you need is there when you call. Not just someone stating they have it on hand, you come in and they only have 1 when you needed 2, that kind of situation. Instead, it seems other stores lean on this one as back bone of the area and they keep up with their stuff.

So this was a Third O Reilly servs going to the other ones have been horrible experiences now I don t usually leave horrible ones, so this is my good ones that I leave tonight. I had a great experience with Orion who really help me out getting my brakes and rotors out the door in save me a little bit of time and a little bit of heartache. The staff here are great. I came in with a broken brake light socket and they showed me what I needed and told me how to fix it myself. I had a great experience and plan on coming back for car problems I can take care of on my own.

Friendly staff and fairly stock store. The parking lot is pretty rough with a lot of oil stains and trash floating around and the inside of the building isn't much better. The people definitely make it shine though. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful, I'm not extremely familiar with the operation of a vehicle but the employees helped me out a lot.

I have previously had unfortunate run-ins in the store but they must be upgrading their staff because I found Alejandro and Matthew to be very knowledgeable and help me with exactly what I needed for each day that I was working. I changed my review after my recent experience I hope they keep up the good work. Not 40 Highway though they are not helpful enthusiastic knowledgeable

Good little parts store, usually has what I'm looking for and if they don't it's usually next day at worst. Staff know their stuff and are friendly and helpful.

They are ALWAYS so nice and willing to help. They're friendly, and even when they've had a long day, they're still very kind and as helpful as possible. They even helped me diagnose my car's problems while it was raining. :) I ALWAYS go to them when I have any issue that can be fixed without needing a full auto shop.

It was raining cats and dogs and needed wipers 31 inches long for the RV. I called and they had them in stock. They were kind enough to hold them for me. The parking was big enough for me to pull in with the RV from one side and go out the other. Yay! didn't have to unhook. Great place and wonderful folks willing to assist you in your mechanical issues.

The young guy that was working last night on 4/7/2021 is awesome. I needed an rubber elbow thing for my car and this store was the only one open until 10 so I rushed there getting there at like 945 pm with no idea what these things were or where the hooked up to I only knew what kind and year of my vehicle and the motor size and he did the rest. He looked stuff up and found maybe not the exact thing I needed but something that would do the same job. So I'm not sure what his name is but you are an awesome auto parts store worker keep up the good work.
