They took care of everything and all the issues my car had got pointed out to me so I could verify/see for myself. Great place and great service. She even printed off estimates for repairs and labor. My new place to go with all my vehicles. 5* rating.

The Service was not the greatest. My car didn't get work done I don't know what to do with this whole sanatical. It was the worst experience that I've ever had. I told one price over the phone. Got there they hadn't even looked at my car and quote me. Another price picked up the car and never got repaired. The whole thing was a joke talk to the district. Manager Act like he didn't evening care. He was so busy trying to change my situation into something else for his self. And use an excuse for every employee that he had instead of solving the problem, they didn't even diagnose my car instead he tryed useing ever excuse still didn't get repaired arrived at 7:30 AM in the morning, my car and still didn't get repaired. I had to pick it up at3 o'clock PM that was a messed up situation. I left with the same problem. I came in withThey didn't even look at the Car period.

My gratitude towards MIDAS knows no bounds. Witnessing one of their workers entering the store, I found myself in a desperate situation, seeking assistance for multiple issues. Despite the pouring rain, this individual went above and beyond to extend a helping hand. If only more auto service providers offered such exceptional customer service. I am immensely thankful for their support! I highly recommend checking them out, as they truly deserve an outstanding A++.

i got my oil changed here 5 days ago. Today, I popped the hood to replace an air filter myself, and turns out that whoever changed my oil did not put the oil cap back on. they also did not put the dipstick back in all the way, it was halfway sticking out. not putting the oil cap back on is a huge deal and could have resulted in an expensive repair. something like that should not have been overlooked. terrible job midas.

This was the best experience I've ever had with auto repair. The staff were friendly and I got the sense that they genuinely cared about me, my vehicle, and most of all my safety on the road. They took the time to explain the diagnostics, price, and work in a way that I could understand and make a decision how to proceed, as finances were a factor for me. I'm not the most fluent with mechanic jargon so I greatly appreciated this. They were even able to pull some strings, shop around, and help me out significantly with the price for the parts.I was towards the end of a month-long road trip across America, with still more than a thousand miles to go until home, so you can imagine my anxiety about having my check engine light come on while driving on the freeway, with limited funds remaining to fix it. Mechanics have an unfair reputation of taking advantage of women who lack technical knowledge, and overcharging us for unnecessary repairs or parts. This was absolutely not the case here. The price I paid for the work I received was fantastic!! I was also given advice on what I could expect from the car on my journey home, when I should visit a local auto shop, and how to treat my car to take care of it until then.I made it back home to Canada safe and sound! I cannot thank you enough!

4 is about as far as I go unless I'm head over heels in love with a company. This was my first visit. I will be back. Fast service was great and the guy in the office was friendly and chatty which I enjoyed.

Some of the kindest people I've worked with on my car. I was very nervous that I'd be told there were major issues with my vehicle that weren't as bad as they seemed just to stiff me, but instead the manager was resoundingly kind and explained that my problem-while likely to get annoying-isn't fatal to the car and actually discouraged me from spending money I dont have on an expensive part to fix it.If you want no nonsense explanations and work, please come here. They're great at their jobs, and great with their customers. I will definitely be back should any new problems arise with the car.

Had a coupon for the $29 oil change with tire rotation.After they were done they charged me $102 minus the coupon. Whchcsme out to $84. Was told my Nissan used a higher grade of oil. Did not get tire rotation. They should have told me the higher price before doing the work.Will not be going back.

They replaced two lug studs on my truck, had it towed there. Nick got me in and out smoothly and with reasonable time and price. Nick is a cool dude and he loves Chili Definitely recommend

I went to Midas a few days ago thinking that I had to replace my catalytic converter because of a weird rattling sound my car was making. However they had discovered it was a bent brake plate and fixed it with no problems and no charge though they were astronomically busy that day. They got me in and out within my appointment time and I m very appreciative of that.

Chad and his team are very hardworking and honest guys. They've pulled some magic tricks off for me and my 22-year old truck. Hard to find honest mechanics but this shop has em for sure.

Jeremy and Casey replaced my rotors and pads in under 1.5 hours so I could get back to work!!! These guys are awesome. They pulled all the stops and even got me a discount for doing an honest review. Super friendly and professional.

Just needed a oil change and it seems like they ALWAYS try in sell you on something wrong with any vehicle I bring in, while there finance options seem reasonable, they are waaaaay overpriced

LIED TO TRY AND SELL ME A TIRE. Said my fire was not fixable because where it was at. I knew that was bull. Took it to a different shop where they don t try and take advantage of women. Of course they fixed it in under 30 minutes for $20. Instead of 100-200 for a new one.

Horrible Horrible Horrible place to do business. For 2 years I have been dealing with trying to get brakes & rotors on my car. I have had to have the redone 3 times already. Now they are refusing to even look at them. I just had another mechanic look at them and hecsaid i need new brakes and rotors. They use the cheapest crappie parts. And the manager Chad is very arrogant and should NOT be in charge of this shop. Beware before you go to them.Service: Brakes

They did a good job inspecting my vehicle for the entirely wrong inspection type. I needed and ID/OD inspection and they argued with me about it and I just trusted they were going to mark it down as an ID/OD inspection also. But they need to go through training and realize. You need an ID/OD inspection on out-of-state vehicles no matter what. Not a full inspection.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

We got our vehicle inspected here and they were great! Didn t wait too long and thankfully they didn t find any serious issues on our car so we could get it tagged. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely screwed me out of $1,600 and a car. Spent a year and a half trusting these people to take care of my car and instead they kept telling me different things were wrong and now refuse to make it right by fixing my head gaskets for the lower price because the mileage . So instead they offer me a $9,800 quote for a new engine with $1,600 off. Okay so why would I do that when the mileage is too high for the head gasket? I wouldn t. They only offered me that because they knew I wouldn t take it. Ridiculous. And now the boss over the manager here won t call me to explain but did admit the previous manager did do some shady stuff .

They didn't check the air pressure in tires or even the fluids (besides the oil ) same-day driving 35 miles away from Independence my truck acted up really bad as I did made it up the exit of Blue springs to a nearby gas station come to find out my coolant level didn't even register in the container. Also my windshield fluid was nearly empty. The front counter guy was extremely nice during the time that I was getting my vehicle service done but short when I called him about the.

Chad did a great job going over a pre-purchase inspection on a truck for us. We were from out of town and Chad went out of his way to explain the condition of the vehicle and any repairs that would be needed both immediately and down the line. Glad we came in to have Chad and his crew provide great service to us!
