Scheduled appointments are best. However, my alternator decided to act up and they said bring it in and we will get it done as soon as possible. No promise made just that they would work it in. Thank you for all you do!

This service department is amazing! Went in for an oil change and they took care of a recall so I didn't have to make another appointment. Unexpected kindness and going above and beyond is what it's all about. You guys rock! Thank you so much!!

Went there to have a backup light replaced, but didn't need. Asked to check my front brake fluid level. Tech said I needed some so he got a bottle and put it in and said "no charge". Great place. This is why I always go there for all my servicing. Great techs!

Over the years I have purchased two new vehicles from Metro Ford. They provided all routine maintenance and repairs when necessary. The service department is a professional operation who thrives to attain customer satisfaction.

Very disappointed in the service department BUT TAMMY in customer service was exemplary in handling our situation which was going down hill real quick due to a very Very RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, " I WASH MY HANDS of this problem " guy...( I didn't get his name but Tammy knows of whom I speak of)...it's been about 2weeks since our incident and I'm still extremely upset about all of it AND am still in question about the cost and the " coincidental" situation in which the $2000 price tag came about.....if anyone actually reads these comments I'd be opened to someone of higher stature reaching out to me for further explanation of this incident...

Just stopped in for oil change on fleet/Company vehicle...... Had me in and out with a packed house! Much better than previous dealer I used!
