My car would not start on one of the coldest days so far this year. The tire was also making a noise. Sean knew exactly what noise I was describing and Jonny and his team fit the car in that day! Craig (I think) (sorry, my phone kept cutting out) kept in contact with me through the process and got everything fixed. I am back on the road and it is running as smooth as ever! Thanks so much! We cannot recommend Metro Ford enough. We ve purchased and sold multiple vehicles here and this is the only place we will have our vehicles serviced. Every department is top of the line, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my first time buying a vehicle from Metro Ford. I had a Great experience there and will always go back when I need a vehicle. Erich Phillips was my salesman and it was a great first time experience. Told him what I was looking for and he found the perfect car for my daughter. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Erich wasn t pushy and there was never any pressure to buy. At this dealership there are No dealer add ons which I loved. Thank you Erich for all your help. I will be a returning customer. A Big shout out to the sales manager. He was very polite. This place feels like family. Everyone was so nice.

First time I've placed a factory order and it delivered. Got lots of help understanding the on-line specifications. Updates from Ford were few and far between (I count that as part of the buying process). But even though we'd never met, Metro Ford made everything work and delivered exactly what we ordered.

I had never done business with Metro Ford until I ordered a new vehicle and the order went to Metro. They have been great! Very accommodating and easy to work with. Have worked to solve every issue that has arisen. Highly recommend them and intend to use them for future service needs too.

The folks at Metro Ford were very accommodating. We had already shopped their inventory online, and we knew exactly the vehicle we wanted to see. The entire process was quick and easy, even though we made several changes to some extras we wanted late in the process. Tall Paul, Handsome Paul, and John were particularly helpful!

*Staff were very friendly and communicated well*Was given a false diagnosis - They told me I needed a new engine for $15,000. Took it to a new mechanic and they said its a fuse and it needed new coils and spark plugs. Now they got the car to start and it costs $14,000 less to repair.*Dirty - Left a roll of duck tape, a dirty rag, pieces of tape, and old coils on top of the engine block and on belt. Also damaged the outside trim of my door.

Honor the appointments you make, don't pass me off to make a quick buck!!!!! I waited 7 hours for a service that should only take 2 hours MAX!!! You do not deserve to be called a service dept. Real service I would have my truck back BEFORE NOON!! As it is my day was ruined by this service dept. Don't come here unless you are willing to wait for them to service your vehicles. I have used them for years and never been so outraged at the service I received 12/29/23

I just bought a 2024 Bronco from Metro Ford. They did an AWFUL job on the ceramic coating. Now there are rag smears, blotches, & handprints all down the side of my Bronco that reappear when there is any dust in the air. The service manager was extremely rude & basically told me to go away & they won't fix it. DON'T GO TO METRO FORD!!

Body shop ( uninsured driver from WY county of course )!BUT INDEP FINEST GAVE HER THE CUFFED PERP WALK STARS ! ) $8500;, Extended Warranty another 2500 for ABS Brake Light / Traction Control & Transmission Mod. Warranty Company's holding up the work , so they GAVE me a Brand New Ford Escape as a Loaner

We purchased a 2023 Ford F150 from Metro Ford and were very satisfied with the entire shopping/purchasing/follow-up experience.Metro Ford has always been our "go-to" dealer because of their fair and honest approach to both new car purchases and service work over the years.I especially like that their quality service work over the years that we own our vehicles (my last Ford Explorer I kept for 10 years, 260,000 miles) allows us to get premium price from the vehicles when we sell them! Great place to trust with your business!

Had a $900+ computer installed that controls heat/air conditioning in my Grand Marquis (on record) I mentioned the switch because one had to hold up on it for the fan to blow high. They said that was how it works. Two years later my mechanic said I need a new switch & that's not how it works. Respectfully speaking but they're scum in my eyes, I was treated awful...

"Your dealer that makes the difference" rings true yet again!I purchased my first truck a 98 Ford f-150 from Cory Thompson in 2002 when he was a salesman or a young sales manager. Tonight my son purchased a black ford f-150 from Cory Thompson's dealership where he is now part owner!! I have purchased many vehicles from Metro over the years and have helped purchase vehicles for each of kids. Always treated fair. If you are considering a new or new to you vehicle purchase give Metro Ford an honest shot!

I enjoyed taking my time ordering my truck and Rob was great at making sure I got everything I needed. He helped us out with making sure I got all the extra stuff I wanted for my truck. I couldn't be happier the way I was treated and would recommend going to Metro Ford and ask for Rob he's the best and will make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Do not buy from this dealership.We purchased a vehicle from out of town as we needed something to drive quickly as our other car was totaled. Our Explorer was delivered to our house. You could smell the cigarette smell before you opened the door. It was so strong. We have bought used vehicles before and have never had this issue. The Explorer was a 2021 with under 20,000 miles on it so it wasn t some old vehicle. The smell is so bad that we can t drive it. The dealership said the car didn t have a smell after they admitted driving it to Branson the week before and that it had been on the lot for 30 days and they needed to get it off their lot.(this was after we had purchased it) They did finally agree to give us $150 for detail. The detail will cost over $300 as it s engulfed with the awful smell of cigarettes. It s so bad that the detail shop was not even sure they could get the smell out. The person detailing our vehicle next week literally said I can smell it before he opened the door! My frustration is they didn t disclose this to us, tried to act like it smelled fine (when it s actually horrible), and then disclosed that they were driving around in it the week before. (Maybe taking it to auction) who knows. Do not buy online from this dealership. Be careful purchasing from them at all. We have bought used cars with under 20,000 miles before and they all smell like new cars. The fact it had been smoked in and smelled like a smoke shop should have been disclosed to us. I don t care if it s a used car or not. They should have done the right thing.

The service manager Tyson was very nice. My F150 was abruptly rattling and noisy at hiway speed during a roadtrip in which I was traveling past Madison Wi. The truck also lost power momentarily then recovered. It felt like the brake was applied briefly. I did not feel safe continuing in the vehicle and dropped it off at Metro Ford.They said it was an exhaust shield that needed tightening and application of a clamp or two.I got a ride back to Madison three weeks later to find the problem persisting on my way back home. It started within five minutes of the ride.The repair was charged at 3 hours of service.That s excessive.Plus it didn t fix anything.Plus they found some other random thing to repair on my extended warranty. The whole folly was around $400.I called twice and did not receive a return call from two different service writers .
