They were timely, professional, efficient, affordable and courteous. I needed my cars front bumper replaced, but also didn't want to wait weeks without it. I worked it out that I was able to pay for the parts up front and wait to bring it in until all parts were in and they were ready to work on it. They were very communicative every step of the way and I only had to wait a week to get it back. The last time I had this done somewhere else, I was without my car for about a month :(. Wayland and Loni were amazing! Would highly recommend this place for your body shop needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Never again. They had the car 2 months and I'm told to pick up the car and there are obvious flaws in paint and parts sitting on floorboard They didn't put back on. I complain and have to pay more to get the paint done properly and still the work is shoddy with peeling in door jambs and parts still on floorboard. Never ever ever again.

Completely unprofessional and will not stand behind their work. This car was red when I took it to maaco they were paid to paint it blue. As you can see from the pictures below the quality is very poor. When they look at the car they say it's fine. Adam Hoffman is the manager and never answers his phone when you call. The car is currently in their shop and they say it's ready for pick up. As you can clearly see it's not complete. I explained to them that the old color should not be seen and they claim it's not showing red at all. Door jams were paid for and complete paint job. Adam Hoffman says it will cost $8k thru $10k to cover what they were supposed to paint. Remind you all that the paint job was paid for in full already. Stop by and ask to see the supposed to be blue magnum with red showing magnum for yourself at the 291 store in independence mo 4/9/2022. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks!Service: Painting

They claimed to have ordered the right parts multiple times. Claimed to be doing me a favor and the bumper doesn t fit my car correctly. The paint is already chipping off. Do not go here.

After someone decided to bury their hitch into my door, I decided to take it to maaco. Definitely one of the better decisions I've made. They did a great job and the store manager (Chris) was super helpful, dealing with the insurance company.

I took my vehicle to Maaco in Independence MO due to a claim. I got the best service ever. My vehicle was in and out. The job was done perfectly and I love how I was treated, great customer service. Manager Michelle visually evaluated a fender I dented with a jet-ski-trailer, and then used a computer program to prepare a bid proposal. She was professional, efficient and, even, friendly! She stuck to the price and appointment-time. Best of all...the work performed by the techs exceeded expectations. If you go there and then receive just half the appreciation I have...you'll be more than pleased.Service: Body & Trim

I had Chris and his team respray my challenger s hood after a previous owner s poor attempt began to fade and peel.They offered me a quote quickly with no pressure.Price was great and they stuck to it in the end.Had to extend the timeline by a day to make sure the job was done right, and that s much appreciated by me.Looks flawless and factory finished with a lifetime guarantee. I couldn t be happier!Look, if you re a car person I know you probably have opinions about Maaco. You ve got to respect though that they offer varying degrees of service reflected by corresponding price points. I went with the highest package for my hood but even still the price was lower than anywhere else. The quality of the work speaks to this franchised location s skill and dedication to doing it right.Service: Body & Trim

The paint looks good, however when I came to pick up my car J tried add $200 dollars to my bill. I guess he payed close attention to me not having my receipt. So I had to go back and get it to prove what I knew I owed was true.

Despite the unpleasant nature of having your personal vehicle damaged in a collision, Maaco made everything the most pleasant it possibly could have been. From their great communication to quickly repairing my car and being 100% honest and upfront about the entire process, I can't thank them enough. Chris is the store manager and deserves a raise! Excellent customer service and I could recommend them 100 times over with more recommendations to go.Great job!

Took company truck in. Needed fender, bumper, tail light. 4 days is done. Pick it up to see bumper and tail light not done. Was charged for bumper labor but no bumper because it wasn't ordered. They replaced tail light and reimbursed bumper labor. I then figured out tail light strobe wasn't working. Solution, they'll order the bulb and let me know when it arrives. I've called 3 times, no bulb. Its been 3 weeks. I have to take to another place because strobe light not working is in violation of company standards. End result, no bumper, no tail light. And a lot of hassle.

My 2005 Honda Accord s paint was chipping, the roof, side panels, trunk, spoiler basically it looked absolutely horrible. After a few days at the shop my car came out looking Brand New. Shiny new paint!!! I could not believe it!!! They did an amazing job at a great price and I would recommend anyone to visit MAACO in Independence for a paint job.Service: Painting

My hood kept popping open and water comes through the separation on the doors. They said they did some adjustments after keeping my truck for a week.Two weeks later still having trouble with hood staying shut and after washing my truck i see that water still comes through separation on door. Called Maaco and Josh wants to send me elsewhere. Waste of $580. Businesses don't take PRIDE in delivering QUALITY work anymore!Service: Body & Trim

My experience was not common. My vehicle was damaged on company property by a company vehicle, headlight got damaged when a tractor-trailer backed into my parked car. So the company bent over backwards to repair my car. But Maaco sent pics to the company insurance agent, pretty much took care of everything. It took a little longer than they first promised though. Because I took it in the Thursday before labor day weekend. But it was done the following week. Not bad work either. I was satisfied. Now if I had to deal my own insurance and try to get the repairs done I might've had a different experience.

The customer experience with the new owner and manager was great! They were very kind and straight to the point, and understood my expectations. Since then I have had nothing but complements on my vehicle, would definitely recommend to anyone that needs fixed up.

I was in a hit and run accident and my bumper was half torn off and i really needed my car to get me to work. Their team here were beyond helpful and very accommodating with the circumstances right now. Very reasonably priced and have the nicest customer service. I would definitely go there again with any other issues I might have.

I will recommend everyone I know to this place! I have been dealing with a lot because my car was vandalized and some explicit words were wrote across my hood and the side of car from a psychopath. Took my car here, got my estimate done and they took my car the same day! They had my car for about a week, but with what was done with it, I expected that. You cannot TELL AT ALL the words that were scratched into my car. My car looks brand new! I was so happy with the end result. I am forever grateful of the work this place did. If I need anything done like this again, I am coming back here no doubt in my mind!

The car was in bad shape when we took it to Maaco, they did a great job of prepping it and a fantastic job of painting it! The workers really care how their work comes out!
