Sam and his team were awesome! It was a quick and easy process to get my car s alignment done and they so accommodating to my schedule and allowed me to sit in the office with my baby so we could be away from some of the loud noise. Sam explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what he did to fix the problem. I will definitely be recommending Leroy s and will be back in the future!

All the other shops recommended this place strongly for an alignment, figured they can't all be wrong. The guys up here are friendly, informative and professional, and set a high bar for customer service. Leroy Jr let me reschedule as well after the parts I needed didn't arrive on time.They also let me bring the car back up after the work was done because I started hearing odd noise.Jr could have charged me without giving me any idea what the deal was, but refused to accept payment even after we had established the mistake/ sound was my own doing.They've gotten a customer for life with this single experience, absolutely will be using them for whatever I may need in the future, and absolutely will suggest them to any and all.

Can not thank the amazing and talented guy's at Leroy's enough for their fantastic work straightening dents in my 2002 Cadillac Eldorado. When all other body shops around town turned me away, Leroy's was the only one to take on the job. Especially appreciated they were able to get me in earlier than expected and couldn't be happier with the end result.Services: Body & Trim, Welding

Sam always takes great care of me and my Acura. Ive been going here for years and wouldn t go anywhere else. Sam explains things in layman s terms and will go above and beyond to do what is best for your vehicle. Would recommend 10/10.

was recently in a car accident and I called in to get an allignment spoke with sam. Was told he couldn t do it today but can check out the car to see if it can fit on allignment machine since I have a bunch of aftermarket suspension parts. Came in and he said it could get me booked up next week and he did an awesome job on alignment for affordable price. Great customer service tell them tint man with silver g35 sent you

I went there thinking I needed an alignment. They told me my alignment was perfect and something else was probably the issue. They didn t charge me a dime.

LeRoy JR was very straight forward and exceptionally HONEST with me and explained in full detail about the front end suspension upper control arm and ball joint assembly and lower ball joints that were required for my truck.

Brought my truck here because a suspension shop said my trucks frame was too rusted to work on. Leroy and Sam assured me that my frame is solid and has plenty of life left they are not interested in taking my money unnecessarily. I will definitely come back if I need anything from them

They are the best. We've taken more than one vehicle here for alignment. One they checked it, there were serious problems. They showed everything to us. We decided against fixing and they didn't even charge us for it! I HIGHLY recommend. Leroy's frame shop has always been providing great customer service. Very helpful letting the customer understand what is wrong and how to resolve the problem. Very reasonable pricing and the work is done right.

Went for an inspection, was shown my tires are worn to the core on the inside so failed inspection. I told them they did the alignment when I bought new tires a year ago They said I needed new tires and alignment, once again told them you aligned last time and now my tires are ruined! Well it was in spec they said. Anyway they refused to honor their work so I left never will return again!!! Unbelievable

Leroy's Frame Works is one of the best auto shops I've ever worked with. Workmanship was excellent. Leroy and his family are up-front, honest, and his consult on parts is helpful. It's not often that I go to a shop and drop $3000 in repairs on $4000 car, but at Leroy's I'm glad I did. We assessed the damage to the car together. (Car hit a curb and did major damage to axle, cradle, wheel, etc). The damage was extensive, but repairable. He found quality recycled parts, stayed within his price quote, and the car drives like it did before. Leroy Jr even took me back to examine the replaced parts so I could see the damage. Leroy's Frame Works is a rare shop where you can do business on a handshake and expect the best. Thank you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the mythical Honest Mechanic that you used to hear about and didn't think existed anymore. Upfront about costs and kept me informed if something changed after they started digging into the problem. I bring both of my vehicles to Leroy! Staff is great, wish I could hang around and chat all day with them.

My truck was recently involved in an accident and it ended up going to Leroy's Frame Works for front end work. I drove to the shop with the owner of the body shop that uses Leroy's, just so I could talk to Leroy myself and let him know that there was additional work that I wanted done that I was coming out of my own pocket. I was very clear and concise about the work that I wanted done, when I was notified that the work was done, I called and spoke with Leroy. I asked him about the additional work and he told me that he didn't think it needed to be done and went further to say that he would be happy to go back and do it over, I said no and that I drove up there just so I could be perfectly clear what I wanted, he chose to do what he wanted instead and that I will take that business elsewhere to someone that listens to what the customer wants. As such, I could never suggest or recommend his shop to anyone.. I'm sure that he does fine work but he sure doesn't feel like he needs to listen to a paying customer..Service: Steering & suspension repair

A returning customer Leroy s frame because he is honest and does great work, most recently, he diagnosed this newly purchased used vehicle having the same upper control arms awkward the repair person did install both right side passenger arms he then adjusted the steering wheel replaced the tires and it looked good until I noticed it floating like a boat and replaced it s struts. Somebody sold the wrong parts another both received wrong parts and then installed them and like icing on the cake adjusted the strut rods chamber castor even the steering column to seem right, other than the driver side was too far forward, I had it aligned on Sunday someone without a clue still pulls to the left, his reply it is maxed out . Leroy knows how to keep the steering fun and friendly to accommodate your needs and safety. Steering and transfer case to me the biggest factors in making a car drivable. Sure enough I purchased a new passenger control arm and installed it extended my strut rods to match with the passenger side already it drives right, now I m ready to go back for a good alignment.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Good honest people! Left my truck on the lift to show me what parts needed to be replaced before a alignment could be done. I got the parts ordered and installed took it back to them. My truck hasn t drove this well since I bought it. Highly recommended.

The staff here is very friendly & informed...they got me in right on time & my alignment was done sooner than expected, they didnt just do the alignment but talked to me & explained the details...great service, I know about cars & do a lot of my own work, but not all the details of an alignment, but they talked me through what's was off and how they fixed it. Will be going back for some more work in the future.
