We looked at cars yesterday, and though we didn't find something that works for us, Scott was helpful, friendly, and kind.We told him our budget and he showed us the cars that worked and offered a significant discount on the ones we took for a test drive.Ultimately, we walked away for a really nice deal on a low mileage 2015 kia because we live in a neighborhood where those cars are targeted for theft and it's a bad fit - but the car was great other than that.If you are looking for cars in this price range I would suggest JJs as your first stop.

Very friendly, however they clearly do not test their vehicles or just lie about them... bought a traverse and just got done replacing the starter(was told it was a bad battery), still trying to find the ac leak, (was told just needs recharged). And lastly the transmission has issues... I honestly blame myself for not looking more thoroughly. They did however fix a vacuum leak on the car. Just sucls I wasted 5k on a car... Just please please thoroughly check the vehicle you wish to purchase.

Horrible took my mother here because we was recommended by someone NEVER AGAIN. HE MENTIONS HES ON A FEDERAL PATCH & MY MOTHER GOT THE CAR RADIO DONT WORK WINDOW DONT GO DOWN MY MOTHER PUT 3400 DOWN & LET HER TAKE THE CAR AND TOLD MY MOM TO BRING BACK THE 600 NEXT DAY AS SHE DID AND HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THE TITLE I HEARD HIM SAY IT BECAUSE I WASN'T GOING TO LET MY MOTHER DO IT BUT SHE WANTED IT AND NOW NO TITLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY SHADYYYY AS HELLLL

SHADY. The level of junk This place is selling is beyond belief. Any reputable car lot shouldn t be trying to pawn off a car that is far from being able to pass a safety inspection. Suspension parts hanging off, doors that won t even open or close etc. ridiculous.

They sold a relative a car without a 2nd seat belt in the front - illegal in MO, didn't give a receipt for all the cash paid, refused to give back $400 stating towing and diagnosis of the trade in (which wouldn't have been done if the car could pass inspection (they said it passed at their place but MO says it can't pass w/o 2nd seat belt.) They also didn't list the trade in on the paperwork to register the junker they sold my relative. They tried intimidation tactics with the relative to keep the truck he traded for the junker. They owe my relative $400 + the night he had to call in cause first day he drove it, on way to work it had to be towed back to him. They take advantage of people - beware!

We had stopped by lt Thursday and was greeted in a friendly manner, we decided to go back by Friday and was asked by a guy if we had been helped to which I replied no. The guy proceeded to go inside and sit down. We remained outside about 10 - 15 minutes without any assistance. As we decided to leave the guy knocked on the window and motioned for us to come inside. Why would we go inside when he knew we hadn t been helped. They need to understand MONEY IS THE SAME COLOR REGARDLESS TO WHO IS SPENDING IT. Would give a negative rating if I could. AVOID THIS PLACE. This review is for the JJ on 40 Highway.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They sold me a car not telling me it was a SALVAGED CAR. Gave me a normal pink slip and ended up getting a rejection letter in the mail saying it was SALVAGED. They never told me upon buying and the men are impossible to understand or get any information from. If I'd known rhe car was salvaged I wouldn't have bought it.

I was really nervous buying my first used vehicle in years, but I needed to do it. JJ s were incredible! They made sure my vehicle was safe for me and my 3 kids. I couldn t have asked for better customer service or sales. Bonus my vehicle has already driven me and my kids across the state missouri to visit family twice. I definitely will go to them for all used vehicles I need from here on out.

Update: suv started having major transmission issues and 1.5 years later vehicle will not shift and needs a new transmission altogether. -We visited on a saturday afternoon and came back tuesday to pick up the vehicle. Good condition on the vehicle plus affordable prices. Our salesman was Jason and he was professional and the minor issues we had with the vehicle were addressed and fixed by the time we picked it up. While signing/finalizing paperwork Jason put us on the queue for the sugar creek license office and by the time we finished paperwork and I drove to the license bureau it was our turn to get the tags. Overall a very pleasant experience and I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle.

Would not recommend this business to anybody, very very unprofessional in the way they do things, both cars I paid a deposit for were not ready at time of pick up, in fact one wouldn t start and then died on the side of the road for the final test drive, and the second car they were supposed to fix the brakes & when I went to drive it there were NO brakes when they told me it was ready!!! If I would have been going any faster I would have wrecked the car on the test drive!! These were the cars these people were trying to pass off as reliable for somebody with two young kids I NEVER got my $100 deposit back that I paid to hold two cars I DIDNT BUY. stay away!!! Not customer friendly, & untrustworthy. FIX YOUR CARS BEFORE TRYING TO SELL

We went to look at a car at another dealership right down the road. Happened to stop by their lot to look at a car. They were very helpful and honest. I bought a car for a fair price with no pressure. I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this place deserves one.

Neither here nor there. Bought my car from this place and sales team was nice but more wrong with the car than you can tell in the test drive. A little over a year and it's still running after a few times of working on it. I may or may not buy from here again. Looking at all options next time

Very impressed with this auto dealer. Normally auto dealers have a lot of scamming going on. At least this is been my history. Chris is the salesman or sales manager on site. He seems more interested in having a happy customer then the actual sale. I have not purchased a car from a dealer for years. I will most likely try to come back.

I bought a 2007 gmc yukon Denali from them a month ago for close to 7000 . And a month later im having to spend alot more money on a transmission and to have it put in cause it has to be programed to the suv. When i said someone to them about it they wont answer me. The employee was all nice. Intell you have problems with your vehicle and they knew it had problems and still let me and my 2 kids drive off in it they dont care they just worried about money. So i recommend not buying from them. Or check your vehicle really well and dont take there word for it .

I bought a 2003 Ford Expedition from this dealership, they took very good care of me and my car. As long as they have a dealership they have a customer. They are real and sincere unlike any other dealer they don t want just your money but they want you to be happy in your ride!

Hi, First off if I gave this review when I bought my Ford Freestar van I would have given a 5+. Chris seemed extremely nice and gave me a good deal. He came across as a carring guy, a guy trying to help me out. I left feeling good and that they would take care of me. I had been to lots of car lots that day with cash and I felt JJs was the most trustworthy. I'm real sick and on disability and my old van had broke down. My brother had given my cash to get a reliable one to get me from Up north by Cameron to KC for Drs. Apointments. Then 21 days later....around 1000 miles....the torque converter went out of the van. I can't afford to fix it. I wasn't worried to much because I had read reviews where coustomers had said that even with major problems they helped them out. I was wrong. I called Chris and don't know why they chose to not help me out. He told me that his boss Jason said no We are not helping her. I was floored. Seriously tricked by all the good reviews and even ones who said they had "serious" problems and was helped. I'm am now, less than a month owning it, have no vehicle to help me get to my Drs. Where is the compassion? Where is that great customer service I read about? I guess the all mighty dollar trumps it. Sadly I'm giving a 1 star. I really like Chris and am just saddens by all this.

My friend took me up there after my wreck. She bought a car from here and her brother and his wife. The people are knowledgeable about the cars on their lot. I did not feel pressured at all plus they fixed things on the vehicle that I noticed and some I did not! I would definitely buy from them again.

Great experience. Polite salesperson. No pressure actually suggested we sleep on it before buying. Car had a couple minor issues which were raken care of by the on site repairman. I wpuld recomend this dealer to anyone looking for a resonably priced vehicle. Total price of the car was same as tbe down payment at a buy here pay here lot. We are payment free!!!- thanks Chris

First time buying from a cash lot. Chris took great care of me. Bought the car on Saturday. Came back in Monday morning to get the car inspected. They did a fresh oil change and also went above and beyond that.I was getting a hot burning smell from the rear of the car. Found out that left rear caliper was sticking. So they changed out the rear breaks and left rear caliper and also cleaned the front breaks. Most other cash lots would have told me to kick rocks. Not JJ Auto. I will look to them again, when it's time to buy another car.Thanks JJ..!
