Jason, The general manager was absolutely fantastic. Answered all questions, informatively and patiently. needed new windshield wipers, and some other things and help me find a coupon because I was broke as a joke. Just super super nice cannot recommend this place enough. His helper was also crazy nice.

The gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube in particular were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to take care of me and my car! They were kind, professional, very informative, and I was mind-blown with how quickly and efficiently they finished my car and worked as a team! Thank you for providing amazing service!

I have been getting oil changes here for about 5-7 years and have always received exceptional service. They don't try to upsell, only telling what you need. Because of this, I trust when they say I need to replace something. I have moved away from that area and still make my way to see Jason and team.

Jason was extremely helpful and even with the extra mile to try and help me figure out a fan noise that had been bothering me. He listened to my concerns and didn t treat me like a girl ; he was respectful and gave me some good tips. I will absolutely recommend Jason (and his thorough and equally helpful coworker). I always go to the store on 40 Hwy in Independence, MO. The young man that helped me was very nice, answered my questions and everything was perfect. They always are there, even though there seems to be new people every time. I recommend this location to all the folks I know.

Had us in and out in about 20 minutes. The door was open and I could hear them confirming with each other as each step of the oil change was completed. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, I'll definitely come back!

I really coming to this store because I always get every service done that I wanted done. I have visited other Jiffy Lube location trying to get a rotation done and was notified that for some reason or another, they couldn't complete that task. But Jason and his crew, I am able to get everything done without delay. Also, this location has always been clean and comfortable.

I really liked the service I got, the young Man that waited on me was very courteous and willing to help me when I this him I couldn t pay for the cabin filter. I showed up needing an oil change and my fluids topped off, but while they worked on it they saw a few other things that my car needed. They showed me what it was, helped me with prices, and made sure my car got what it needed while staying in my budget. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.

When I arrived, I was offered two oil change options, one for $112.99 and then another for $99.99. While I was waiting for my car, the employee (Jason) checked in more customers (who all happen to be male). Each customer was offered a cheaper option than me ($79.99). As a female, I would not recommend this business. Sexism and incompetence are really unacceptable.Service: Oil change

Accidentally undercharged me. I know, why is that a complaint? The next day, I get another receipt, for a larger amount, with some random other signature. Now their phones are conveniently busy... Time for my lawyer to deal with them.

Quick and speedy service! Awesomely outstanding friendly customer service. I rolled up and explained what was going on with my AC in my truck and immediately they knew what was happening and immediately fixed the issue. Flushed the system and recharged on the spot. Followed up with me to see of everything was working correctly.Thank you fellas for your expertise!

Update 5/23/2022 - Without diving into too many details, something has changed at this location. I won t be returning.April 2023 - I thought I d try again. It s so hard to get an oil change here I don t know why I tried. I showed up 35 minutes before close on a Thursday. They said they couldn t get me in because they were already closing down. But I could come back at 8 AM during the week.So I showed up at 8:15 the following Tuesday. Waited about 10 minutes until somebody came out to tell me that the morning shift people didn t show up to work. But I could try back after nine and maybe somebody would be there.The best way I can describe this place is that it seems like a few people who have no idea how to change oil stole some uniforms and took over the place and they re trying to see how long they can pretend to run an oil change store before people find out.

Great service, extremely thorough. Brett was better than my local dealer technician, very detail oriented, reviewed all manufacturer timelines for lubrication changes. Also he found stripped threads on my oil pan drain plug and replaced. Very very fortunate to have come in when I did. You won t be disappointed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First one guy pulled me in and started on my car, then switched to the manager in the middle of the process of an oil change and he was brisk and rude. Gave me the tablet to fill out my information which I did, and said I was done with it then he left the tablet with me for over 5 minutes while talking to some lady who walked in not sure if she worked there or not, cause she was in street clothes and basically just a sports bra. I said I had a coupon on the end and didnt get a receipt just said yeah we send it to your email. I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time in a different state and loved it but I will never go back here.
