I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and I can't say that I've had a better experience at this location before, the whole crew was amazing,fast and professional. Whatever the new management at this location is doing keep it up. David took the time to explain everything to me that my car needed done in a way that I could understand but at the same time I felt no pressure to buy anything, and as a women going to a shop to get there car worked on I'm already nervous that I'm going to get lied to. But this was not the case here. Very honest set of guys at this location.

I called this place for a price. When I arrived the price was much higher than quoted for the exact same service. Then, a still higher but different price was given. Then, after considerable protest, the price that was quoted which is what I paid.These people are scammers trying to take advantage of those who wish to have a vehicle serviced.Never again jiffy lube!! I advise anyone to avoid this company!

My grandmother went in to get her oil changed on her Chevy Impala and they wanted to charge her $91.00 for conventional oil and only holds four quarts. Taking advantage of the elderly is low and greedy! I wouldn't trust this place and will never recommend it either. Stay away!

Staff was polite enough, and sounds like they were short staffed, but I go to places like that to get a quick 5 minute oil change and I waited 30 minutes in their lobby and they didn't get a single car done in that time, not to mention take my info.

People here are all extremely friendly and happy to answer questions. Prices are fair and the waiting room is comfortable this is the only place I go to for an oil change.

Rude. I will never go back to this Jiffy lube on 291. Zack Gave me a list of lies about why he couldn't do my oil change.. First it was are you paying cash our card. I said cash he said no one went to the bank so they could not make change. I said Ill pay with card then. He said okay its going to be 35-45 minutes i said okay then he said I don't know if im going to be able to get you in. I look over and there are 4 people there and one car. Its 4:40 I said I thought you didn't close until 6 and he said yes but our system starts to shut down at 5:15. I said this all sounds like a lie if I've ever heard one and I said okay and left.

Great experience! Every place I ve taken my car to I ve been treated like trash. Other jiffy lubes included. Just something to me to give this one a shot and I m so glad I did. Best customer service I ve seen in a while. Was greeted super quickly and friendly. Was done in under 20 minutes. Definitely will be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The fact that they took a look at the intake air filter, showed me and told me that it was good to go and didn't need to be replaced for now. Another words they didn't try to up Price by adding different things that wasn't necessary. Since there wasn't any cars in the other bays at that time, The whole crew worked as a team On one tiny fiat just to change the oil. Outstanding friendliness. The building paint definitely needs to be updated.

This was my first time and I'll definitely use them again. I barely got my first sip of coffee before they were all done - much faster than where I've gone in the past. I also wanted to pay for a tire rotation, but they advised me not to because of the level of wear on my tires - they made the right advisement on that and saved me money. I'm now a fan of these guys and will definitely come back again.Service: Oil change

Heading out of town on a trip and needed our oil change. Stopped by this shop to get an oil change done. Got right in and they let us remain in our vehicle. Much more comfortable than the waiting roomThe technician who was doing our oil change was efficient and appeared to know what he was doing. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Instructions for pulling in, when to start the engine for tests, and when to exit were excellent. They took the safety of their personnel and our vehicle very seriously. I will continue to have my oil changed done at this Jiffy lube. Well done gentlemen !Service: Oil change

I've always been able to get in pretty quickly. I think I was there for maybe 30 minutes. The staff were nice and helpful. I didn't feel pressured into unnecessary services. This was my 1st time going to Jiffy Lube.Their whole team was very friendly and helpful and they got my car done fast. I have been to other places and have been there for about 4 hours.But these guys were amazing the whole check in and the time it took them to do the oil change I think I was maybe there maybe 10 minutes.This is the only place I'm going to go ever again for an oil change.Service: Oil change

They replaced my axle. I thought it had something to do with my brakes, but those were fine it was my axle. They showed me the exact part that was broken and what needed to be done. Jiffy Lube was the best!They were very knowledgeable, my car had the air filter installed the wrong way, all the time I couldn't figure out why there was a bad smell in my car, like musty...they did the oil change, brake fluid change, rotated the tires,,,I was so happy to know my car was in good hands. I loved the fact that their looking out for my safety when I didn't know my brake fluid was not in good shape. Those are all details that I appreciate as a customer. So happy with their service. Definitely go there. Very insightful, they gave me a discount to meet my budget. Just so happy!

Called ahead and was quoted $159 for a transmission flush. The price I was given was wrong, but the job had already been started when I found out. The manager, Caleb, got me 50% OFF my next oil change for hassle and turned my bad experience into a great one! They really care up here and want to make it RIGHT for their customers. Good job!
