Had my wife go in and have the front end of our van looked at because I didn't have time to look at it and it needed to be on a lift, they jumped straight to transmission problems because of the clunking noise and the vibration, it took me not even a man to jack it up and to find out that I had a severely worn out CV axle shaft on the driver side. And they had the van up on the lift in the shop for 15 minutes didn't even check anything else, didn't even go oh yeah by the way you have an oil leak, and all the manager kept saying was that's what was written up before it got pulled in the shop, just kept going okay okay okay okay okay okay okay okay okay like it was no big deal but you took advantage of a woman and we're going to charge her $5,000 for a transmission which wasn't even the problem, I hope whoever looks at reviews see this and does never go there because they will take your money, and won't fix your problem, all that was wrong was a very worn out CV axle shaft they would have known that if they put it on the lift and looked like they were supposed to in the 15-minutes that they had and on top of that I had a bad power steering hose, okay there's your whining noise right there low power steering fluid it took a whole bottle of power steering fluid, you would have known that if you did your job right! I will never be back to this place and I will do everything In my power to spread the word so that on one else gets ripped off and get taken advantage of

4 hr wait for a car Inspection that was fine ,Then I made small repair they asked. I came back immediately that day, They then told me to wait another 2-3 hrs for them to step outside and glance at my car to check it was fixed, normally places don't do that,ended up being an all day process for me so unfortunately I won't be back for this reason.

Mike was my tire tech! He was great! I was recommended to Greg s Tire from a co-worker. After receiving several quotes from other tire shops, all competitive I went with Greg s Tire for their aggressive approach to get me exactly what I wanted. They exceeded my expectations, & I will definitely use them again in the future.

Didn't get a chance to talk to anyone. I Stood at the counter in the lobby for over 10 minutes. They kept looking at me through the window in the service area but no one came out to ask me if I needed help so I left. Very disappointed I heard it was a nice place but didn't have a chance to even see.

The guys at Greg s Tire Center got me in on a Saturday afternoon to patch a tire and completed the task quickly and politely even though I came in last minute.

Great service for fair price. They try to find you the best deal, but still get you quality parts. I always get tire warranty. Has saved me several times.

Service and Phone Courtesy I ve called and sat on hold for 48min. Granted I was filling my time, but more than 5-10min max! Seems reasonable to me. My Question would have taken moments. Now they do have tons of + reviews and mistakes happen sure. Still. Plus I could hear the conversations taking place (I ll show decency) not exactly classy! Perhaps someone needs to be retrained on the phone system? Had I been put on hold proper, this wouldn t have happened.I ve called back busy for the last 20 min. The phones likely sitting on the counter.. w me on hold still. How effective is a business who s line is busy for an hour?

I love these guys. They have a customer in me, for the rest of my life. Been loyal to them for about 5 years now and they always tell me the truth about any vehicle issues. These gents always explain things in a way I can understand, they are patient and are all ALWAYS Perfect Gentlemen. I consider them family and am glad I had the opportunity to meet them. I recommend this location for all vehicle services. 1000000 percent !!!!

Called on Saturday don't remember excat time whoever I spoke to said to be there in 5 minutes mind you hes not going to speed my son made it up there the person lied and told my son he was suppose to be there hours ago not true I have the call log on my phone and when I called him back he switched his story around he sound frustrated because it was close to closing time will not go back or recommend noone there

Nice people. They were very informative to me. I found out that I could get everything I needed done to my car done here. Oil change and brakes and an Inspection all at the same place. A small wait but not very long depending on what your getting done I would guess. Over all I approve of this device and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for all your help Doug.

Said they would work on my classic truck. I towed my truck there for work to be done. 7 days later they call to tell me they don't want to work on it now. I Towed my vehicle back to my house to let it sit again. They had my truck a week and left the window down for 7 days. Leaves all over the interior of my 1970 gmc. Not happy. Don't use this place. Wasted my time and tows.

Second time I've used Greg's tire center and once again very satisfied customer they explain to me in detail what was done to fine my vehicle's problem. It was ready to go by the afternoon. If you're looking for a good qualified Auto service business I highly recommend Greg's thanks guys!!

I had been calling around various places to get an appointment to get my car looked at. I called Greg's and they told me to come in within the hour and they could help. I went to them with a very loud humming that shook my entire car. They were able to get my oil changed and address the issue very quickly. They ran into some issues along the way but got the job done very early the next day. While the part was pricey, the labor was fairly priced for the quality and customer service provided. I will be returning for my regular oil changes and any other work that needs done!***Edit*** 8/29/19Even almost a year later, I still love going to Greg's! I've been taking my high milage car here for a while and I loved the work they've done so much, that I started bringing my partner here to get his newer car serviced. Greg's has been leaps and bounds better than the dealership that we were used to going to. They take their time to explain the problem without talking down to the customer. They remain honest and they suggest ways to save money without compromising quality. I love coming here and this was seriously one of the best finds!

Firestone is not my kind of place for my auto maintenance. They re not good with male customers, but good with female customers. They re more into flirting with female customers. I don t like this place.

When our family friend/mechanic retired he suggested we come here! After years of service on multiple vehicles we have built trust and will continue to use them as our family's mechanic! Very professional, fair quotes and pricing and of course they do great work!

This place is so good its scary. A desk person installed my hubcaps from amazon and didnt even charge me. I came in to order new hubcaps. I mentioned that the ones i purchased did not fit. He informed me that the new syle caps have to be installed a certain way to cover the valve stems. This place is the best ever!!!

Been here multiple times and I can easily say I ve never been disappointed. The staff is great and the work they do proves it. If you re having trouble finding a good reliable spot to bring your vehicle for work and are in the area, 10/10 recommend this place.

Honest and great mechanics Especially Mike took my truck up there 3 different times and Mike made sure it was done right and In a timely manner.. for sure recommend Greg's I won't be going anywhere else been going here since we moved up here 4yrs ago safe to say i have found my go to shop...BBQ is on me fellas.. thanks for all you guys do

I bought a car and needed an inspection done. I decided to come here based on their good reviews and they did not disappoint! I did not have an appointment and they were clearly busy when I got there but they managed to work me in anyway. I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. Also I was concerned about the condition of the tires on this car and was thinking I may need new ones but they explained and showed me that the condition of these tires was actually very good and there was no need to replace them any time soon. They even looked up the manufacture date on these tires so I would know how old they actually are. These guys are all courteous knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them! I will definitely be coming back here for any automotive needs I have in the future.

The folks at Greg's Tire were awesome! Went over a curb about a week ago and it got squirrely enough to take in for the alignment. They did a quick job, took it on a test drive before they even talked to us. Told me about another issue and gave a fair estimate. The total bill was under $90, when the other shops I called in the area were at least $95 before taxes and service fees. Best of all, they are a locally-owned small business. I'll definitely be calling them for an estimate on other work I need done.

I called all over trying to get my truck inspected and all shops were booked for weeks.i finally found Greg's and they told me they could get me in but it may be a 2hr wait,within 10minutes they got me in and got my inspection done.the staff were very friendly and professional.i highly recommend this shop and can't thank them enough for their speedy and professional services....5 stars don't describe how happy I am with their service!!

Went to Greg's to get nitrogen put in my tires. They told me there was a 2 hour wait. I had no problem with this and they got it done in half the time with a much needed oil change. The price was reasonable and the staff very polite. I was very satisfied.

Every experience I've had here has been great. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly / competent, and I'd return any day for another alignment. To be clear, I visit this shop with specific requests and no diagnostic work on their part.
