I have had the unfortunate need for back to back care of my car lately. I hit potholes on 435 twice. 3 weeks apart. Coming from work @ 11pm. I was upset and needed expert advice. I made decision to upgrade my wheels and tires by the direction of Firestone. In the wait of new wheels I called 6 plus times asking questions. Every time they were helpful and patient. I'm picky and frugal. I appreciate Firestone on Noland for all the professional care I have received. I maintain my vehicle and use Firestone for my service. You get what you pay for and you get great service from Firestone.

I have been a mechanic for 25 years I don't have a alignment machine Went there for a simple alignment with all 100% new they had it for 8 hours parts they could not align the front end they said that it couldn't adjust front end when asked why the could not give a straight response 2 different people different answers then try to say there nothing wrong and it will be ok I safety of the car and tires are not cheap when confronted about they got defensive when confronted with facts the lead mechanic just up and left building come to find out he has very little experience when confronted with the truth

Needed IDOC for out of state vehicle purchase through Enterprise Car Sales. Inspector available (unlike other Firestone I tried to get needed paperwork completed twice in Blue Springs off Highway 7). Was told wait would be 20ish minutes, which I feel is not bad for walk in. Firestone has an account with Enterprise car sales and therefore the needed odometer reading/inspection was free to me.

They went out of their way to make sure everything was running as it should. They explained everything on my car that I needed to know in the way I could understand. Great service.

Always fast service and have had great interactions with Michael. Always helpful and understanding. Google does say they re open to 7pm currently they re open until 6pm.

They were super nice they got me in and out it took at least 25 minutes thank you Firestone and they also replaced a tire that was bald that I got from a tire store on highway 40 Firestone is awesome

Jerod, Jason, Mike, Trystan et al installed 4 Alenza Ultras; cleaned fancy Tahoe wheels; and treated me and all other customers like family. All displayed management skills. Firestone execs better rush to this place and conduct promotion interviews before other needy auto-service-gurus do! Good help is hard to find. These guys are excellent!

First, the positive about my experience. The service was fast and friendly. The shop was clean and organized.Now, the negative. They are short staffed and closed two hours earlier than the hours found on Google Maps. I showed up to find a sign on their door stating their new hours. I posted an edit request on Google Maps. I ended up returning home and scheduling an appointment online. Inflation is everywhere, and tire prices are no exception. Their prices have gone up quite a bit since my last visit.

I had stopped in on a road-trip, after having my tires redone at a chain store and driving 1,000 miles. I stopped because something felt wrong. Michael and his team quite literally saved our lives, because if we would have driven any further the wheel would ve came off due to the bad work at the chain store. They got me in and out in 3 hours, and made sure that my whole car was safe to drive home. I 100% recommend this Firestone, as their team is shows compassion like no other chain store I have ever seen.Service: Tires

Can set appointment online and it's honored the next day. Mechanics are knowledgeable and don't mind breaking down the issue and possible solutions

Excellent service and friendly, helpful employees. I had an appointment for a Missouri state inspection which aren't popular with mechanics because they don't make any money on them. The shop was exceptionally busy that day with cars double parked waiting for service, but I was welcomed and serviced just like I was spending a lot more money.

I woke up to a flat tire but had to go see my husband in the hospital due to an emergency. I told the manager of my urgency an he was so kind and empathetic to me. They pulled my car right in, fixed my tire and had me in and out in 20 min or less! That is what I call great service all around. I cannot thank them enough. I'll definitely go back for all my tire repairs moving forward.Service: Tires

Customer service is friendly. Came here for four new tires installed to get the lifetime rotation, alignment and mounting. However, I noticed my vehicle was only taken to the lot and the garage and back. It never made it to their alignment area. When my vehicle was ready for pickup, I asked the sales guy if they aligned my Audi and he said they can align but not for Audi s. It definitely seemed like they withheld that information from me in the beginning because that s the whole point of why I came here. Had I known beforehand, I would ve gone elsewhere. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay additional for an alignment. It did seem like the sales guy was talking fast to avoid me questioning it but the services were already performed so of course I had to pay. Hopefully they honor their lifetime tire rotation and I don t have to deal with that nightmare of them saying it never came with my tire purchase. Yikes. Maybe this place can be more up front with what they can and can t do and remind customers of any warranties.

Where to start... I replaced the shocks in my 94 F150 and I wanted to verify the alignment. I spoke with Shane on the phone and told him I was running a few minutes behind and he said that it wasn t a problem, he was as well. I thought it was nice that someone was at least honest with me. I got there and was shocked to just see Shane and another employee named Josh running around trying get everything done. When Shane checked me in, I made the comment about being short staffed (I m thinking to myself that the service would lack). Shane called me 30 minutes later and said that my truck was aligned and said it was ready for pickup! I was blown away. Everywhere else has always taken an hour minimum. Great service and great people! Thanks again.

It was horrible. They initially recommended 4 options to fix my vehicle, but I didn't need any of them. After eliminating the cheapest option, I enthusiastically took the most expensive, an almost $700 fix. Did I mention none of their recommendations were correct!? Sean took off the misdiagnosed fee of $107, but still charged the remaining amount...FOR WORK I DIDN'T NEED!! After going to 2 other Firestones, I was told by both to go to my dealership because Firestone didn't do the repair, which would cost approximately $2000. I went back to this Firestone (on S. Noland) where I was given a partial discount of $250. I was offered the full discount if I returned the next day, so they could retrieve the part that didn't need to be replaced. Of course I took the partial discount because I absolutely did not trust them with my barely drivable vehicle (made worse). I didn't even try to haggle for a full refund that day. Admittedly, at this point, I was also disappointed, exhausted and distrusting. Most importantly, my time (approx 6 hours), safety, and hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money were wasted for a repair I didn't need. Because of how gracious and knowledgeable the other locations were, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Firestone on S. Noland.

2 of my daughters were traveling to KC for an weekend event from Ky. Their car's brakes were having issues. I called Firestone and talked to Gerard that they would be there in a few minutes. He said that he would get them right in and reassured me that he would take care of them. Which he and the crew did. My daughters went to a restaurant next door to eat came back about an hour later and with new front brakes were on their way.Thanks for your service and my peace of mind.

Quick service and great service adviser! Just needed a tire mounted and balanced and it took less than 15 minutes. The service adviser was already friendly. I did notice when I got home they threw away my green tire valve and replaced it with a black one. Kind of wished they gave me the green one back so I can put nitrogen air back in it if I wanted to.

I have never had issues with this store or the people working the "front end." I only once had an issue with a worker in the back working on my vehicle, three or four years ago. It was resolved very quickly and I have not had an issue since.

Stopped in because my brake warning came on. They weren t able to get me in, but Kirstie went above and beyond called around to other stores to find one the could take us. That is customer service! Manhattan, KS store could take lessons from this place.

Had a wedding in KC on Saturday and drove from St. Louis. Saturday morning I got my tires rotated and oil changed at a jiffy lube before leaving St. Louis and during our drive from St. Louis to KC car was having some serious issues. Finally made it to KC at 4:30 on Saturday and called no less than 15 mechanic shops that told me they wouldn't be able to help until Monday, until I came across this Firestone location. Called and they were more than willing to accommodate us. They were not only the only place open on Sunday but diagnosed the problem and fixed it. While waiting for our car to get a new radiator, radiator fan, and check to make sure the jiffy lube guys did their job, Matthew personally drove us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up and brought us back to the location when we were finished. The customer service and knowledge was overwhelming and they were amazing. If I lived closer to this shop I would take my cars there anytime I needed anything done to them. I am strongly considering driving all the way to this location from St. Louis anyway, because a great auto mechanic shop, that has your best interest at heart, is very difficult to find these days. Thank you all so much for restoring my faith in your industry. Now we just need Matthew and his crew to open a location in St. Louis. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 15!! Great work and amazing people to deal with.
