They always have tires my size and fast service, I never have to wait very long. Prices are very reasonable.

The workers and especially the owner were super kind. They work fast, hard, and accurately. I, personally, may not show back up anytime soon. I ve been absent minded since my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I regrettably forgot to mention that I had a $5 bill and $45 on my boyfriend s card. He seemed to be upset no matter what I said. I still do appreciate him going above and beyond. I should have stated my budget along with the fact it was split. I left embarrassed. But I do definitely recommend them and they do deserve 5 stars. They really do know their stuff. My personal experience at just check out left with my anxiety high.

Best place friendly service that can address all your tire needs and repair. I can't count the number of times I been told the tire is unrepairable and taken to EL JEFE and they were able to to do it no problem. Great place to purchase used tires as well.

Had a nail in tire tread. Had my vehicle towed to El Jeje. They knocked my tire out of balance because now that wheel shakes when driving. I saw him do a back kick against my tire when he was trying to get it off. I did not realize this was a problem until I drove my vehicle. I'll go down the street to American Tire next time. They are reputable.

It was a pleasant experience. They were nice and helpful. Doesn't really appear what I would think of as a garage and I think they mostly deal in tires.

They are the best in KC put Walmart and discount tire to shame. They are great people and are always looking out for the customer. Friendly service

They did good work, they were quick and efficient. Would have given 5 starts, but told me a price over the phone then changed the price when I got there. I know I have custom wheels and oversized tires, but I told them that when I called for pricing. I would use them again and would recommend them, just know the price may change.

In and out! This place is great if you are looking for affordable repair or replacement. The "used" tires i purchased were practical brand new. Out the door $70 per tire. Thank you for the great customer service!

Went to El Jefe off a google search while waiting at another tire shop. The first stop didn t have my size tire, second stop was so understaffed no one even asked what I needed. Then I went to El Jefe. I should have started here and will be my go to tire shop in the future. Super friendly, fast and cheap. Paying for a replacement tire isn t fun. This shop helped the process be so much easier. Very much recommended.

Purchased a tire, after hitting a pothole on highway on Monday, then had to replace it on Thursday, due to tire worn on inside and showing wires! Never again!!!!

I just needed a new tire mounted and balanced. They took care of me in less than 20 minutes. The price was right as well. Thanks I will be back for my next tire needs.

Haven't got any used tires for a few years and sure they're more expensive now like everything else but got two tires in just a couple minutes today that are in incredibly better shape than the ones i came in with. Good service and a fair price. The Boss knows how to fix OR replace tires, your choice

This place is amazing! They have excellent used tires and good customer service Literally saved me $600+ They did everything within 20 minutes. I'd recommend anyone to go here for new or used tires forget the mainstream places. Thank you El JEFE TIRE SHOP!!

Why overpay and wait forever when you can come here and get a good deal in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't even have an appointment and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

These guys are super efficient and it made my day! I arrived at noon in the rain, and in 10 minutes for just $16 they fixed the leak that had been driving me crazy for months.

If you need a fast tire fix. They are the place to go just off I70 by Walmart on 40 hwy going towards QT on the same side of the street.

My experience at this shop was a good one. Everyone at the shop was professional and friendly. Abner was the rep who specifically worked with me and he was careful around my car and mounted and balanced all 4 of my tires quickly. I recommend this shop.

In and out in about ten minutes, very nice and genuine. Went to so many different places before them that didnt have my tire because it had been discontinued. They got us a new rim and tire for a good price in the exact size we needed.

A family member recommended I come to El Jefe Tire Shop if I ever needed a flat fixed. The first time I went I brought in the flat tire and they very quickly got it patched up. The price was reasonable and the owner was friendly. I have been back a couple times since then and have been very satisfied with the service they provide.

I've gotten at least 3 of my 4 tires replaced by these guys. They're always super friendly and incredibly fast, not to mention the price is quite nice too. I usually buy new tires, but their used ones are in such great shape. I was lucky enough to get the only one in my size with about 90% tread left.

After finally finding the correct phone number on Google, I called to get a quote for swapping out 2 tires. I was quoted $16-$20. When I arrived to have the tire work done I was quoted over $40.Do would not recommend this place to.my worst enemy.
