Downright trash. They are not respectful to you or your vehicles, do not hold their word regardless of what agreements you make. They are a very shady business & I would never recommend, please find somewhere else to take your vehicles to get worked on. Took my truck to them & they dismembered it as well as stole any valuables I had inside of it. Disrespectful & have 0 disregard for you or your vehicle. Gave me my truck back with my transmission halfway taken apart & parts are nowhere to be seen.Service: Transmission

Dave with D&D is honest and determined to fix the problem with your vehicle, regardless of what it takes! He never gives up (although I'm sure he'd like to). You can't go wrong with D&D.

I trust bringing my vehicle here over any place. The owner, Dave, is knowledgeable and doesn't try to gouge you. He does honest work with honest prices that get the job done. Highly recommended!

David was a great mechanic to work with. After getting a ridiculous price from a dealership, for a torque converter. David. Was very fair with his price and completed the work in a timely manner.I also brought my wife's mini copper (foreign vehicle) to Dave for a motor swap. It also went very smoothly and was done in a week.I would definitely use D&D Auto in the future. It was a pleasant experience.

This place is awesome! I had my 2015 F150 taken there after everyone else (dealerships) wanted to charge me $7000 to replace my transmission yet none of them could tell me what was wrong with it! Dave had it for 2 days and let me know it was ready and explained what the issue was and fixed it for only $1600. Yes thats a lot of $ but he did what needed to be done to fix it. Not try to sell me on $7000 dollars! My truck again drives like it did when I pulled off the lot years ago. I had my truck dropped at D&D by a tow truck and had never been there due to being at work. Had only delt with Dave over the phone. When I came to get my truck somehow Dave knew before I said anything who I was. He asked "you must be here to get an F150". Awesome individual! He didn't just take my $ and give me the keys! No he sat down with me and told me all about my trucks issues. Then we just kinda hung out! One can't ask for better people than this! I will forever take my vehicles here! And thanks to the KCDuke for recommending D&D!

The mechanics know their jobs well, professional and they work hard with a fantastic attitude. The owner, David cares about his workers and his customers. He's honest and dependable, he provides impeccable customer service.

Honest hard working mechanic. My entire family has used this shop for over 20 years with absolutely no complaints. Very reasonable prices and Dave won't ever recommend services that you don't need- a stark contrast to the average auto repair facility. Triple A rating from the BBB is well deserved!

I highly recommend D & D Auto Srvc. Great customer service, they didn't try to nickel & dime me, or try to rip me off because I'm a female. They kept it simple straight to the point and no b.s.. Very pleased with the work and amazed how quickly it was done. Thank you David.

The professional manner and the detail that was given not only to my vehicle, but to me was a breath of fresh air. It's a rare thing now a days to find genuine honest people who aren't out to do you wrong and are willing to work with you. That's exactly what D&D is all about!!! This place is AMAZING went in to get my daughters car repaired for the safe transportation of my grandkids wow so helpful and a quick repair and didn't take all of my money I had called around and there were repair wait times weeks out but not here thanks to my new friend Dave!

My experience here is limited, but the service is fist-rate, and very affordable. Dave, the owner, is a nice guy. Anyone who can change a timing belt and water pump on a Volkswagen Jetta at the price he charges is all right in my book.

What happened to doing right by the customer? When I spent my hard earned money, I expected good customer service in return. If you didn't have time to fix my car, then you should not have taken my car in your possession. You lied to me about service provided. I took it to another repair shop just to find out you did not do the work. You took money for work you didn't do. This is not good business etiquette. This is not honest work. It's time to retire.

I have to say....this place will be the only place I take my vehicles! The work was top notch and not drug out. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Uncle had horrible service here... I shouldve known better. He said he would call when my car was ready, he never did. We called him and was told our car was towed and we owe over 200$ to pick it up. Do not go here if you want things done in a timely manner

Put a new motor in my truck 3 months ago. One of the best prices around. Very honest. Taking back to get something else fixed. Only complaint is they seem to be busy. Makingbitbhard for me to get in. Only because we don't have a 3rd vehicle.

Dave rebuilt my transmission and it was installed by my personal mechanic. When he first took it apart the insides was all broken up inside. Drove it for a couple day's after I got it back and it was acting up again.We took it back and explained how it was acting he drove it and went to working on it to find out why it was doing what it was doing. It for some reason was acting a way he had never seen from a truck with rebuilt tranny. He finely had to take it out and and rebuild it again. I drove it home today and it is running great now. I hope it continues to run like it is. Either way I am happy with the time he took to make it right and will not only use him from now on, but will refer him to friends and family.

My boyfriend's family loves this place and has gone here for a long time. He recently picked up his car from there and it was a fast and easy process, the guy helping was super nice and got us in and out

Quick and simple! Needed my transmission replaced. They got it in the shop on Wednesday to rebuilt it and it was done by Friday afternoon. Very friendly as well! I would recommend them anytime!!
