Great place. Had to order wheels for lug partner but found some really cool wheels and tires. Got the radio I wanted and a dash cam. Dude hooked it up. Can t wait for it all to come together..Everything came together. I love the look. They got the job done a little late but they delieved my truck to me after they was done. Couldn t recommend a better place.

The guys at custom audio creation know their stuff. They have been such a huge help to me in adding glow light's rock light's and new fender's so that my new Bronco looks like I want it to look. They have done a GREAT job!! next they will be helping me with new rim's and tires I trust them for all my work. The guys in the office are very friendly and very eager to help customers. I would absolutely recommend them if you were looking for quality work! I give them a five plus star!!

I came in mid afternoon and had a specific idea on what I wanted. I wanted aftermarket wheels and tires but I didn't want to have to lift my truck or have to cut or trim anything in order to achieve the look I wanted. They were able to meet all my needs, same day. Got a great looking setup on my truck and all staff members were great to deal with. Wheels and tires look great on the truck. I have a more aggressive tire for winter and a spot on stance. Very slight offset that gives my truck a very tasteful look. Will be doing more business with them.

We used custom audio creation to put in a remote start on my daughters car for Christmas. Ethan was very helpful over the phone when we were deciding which one we wanted. They got us in quickly so we got it installed before Christmas. They told us it would be done in 2 1/2 hours and it was. They explained to her how it worked. They did a great job.

Very nice family shop with great products! Nathan did an awesome job on my truck and was so kind to help show me how to work my new radio. Tim and his wife are great to talk with and willing to do what they can to make everything right for you.There were a few ups and downs with communication but overall I m satisfied with the outcome. You guys are awesome!

Love Custom Audio. If I could give them more stars I would. From start to finish, they listened to what I wanted, went over the different options with me, gave me their opinion on which stereo and back up camera would match what I wanted. No pressure. They hooked me up with an awesome stereo in my BMW and the back up camera has a picture that is so clear and wide. Completely amazing group of people work there. Even when I had to go back to get some help with the speaker sound, they were the best. Definitely worth every penny and some of the best customer service I have experienced lately.

Prices are a rip off and owner acts like he's doing you a favor taking your business. Other people in there are cool but that sense of entitlement is not going to keep you around. Dummies who don't understand pricing And like to throw away money might find this place useful

Amazing team! Extremely flexible with schedule and budget to optimize my car audio goals! I didn't have much experience with car audio but I felt like I could trust the guys to come up with the best overall system while at the same time not overselling with things I didn't need. A+++

I had a head unit installed in my F-150 yesterday. I was really concerned about my OEM features working with the new head unit and they assured me that there eould be no problem. I love the product and their work! Very professional and quick. Will definitely be back for the next step in building my sound system.

Tim is the best person to talk to about getting what you want!!! I have brought him 2 of my vehicles now and wasn t disappointed, except for the tech not labeling the extra rca cables I had installed, would have been a 5 star experience

Had a custom set of headlights wired up from Tim and his employee last year and ended up having problems from the company that made the headlights (swlights). I thought at first it was an install error at first but it was a wiring error from the other company. Tim had his employees troubleshoot the electrical problem and even talked with the owner who made the headlights and explained the problem there were running into with installation. 5/5 Tim was helpful during this headache of a situation and the quality of work I recieved was good as well.

Bought my subs through Tim at Custom Audio Creation paid for a certain pair of subs but they only had 1 in stock and he actually gave me a set of more expensive subs instead. Professional, polite, courteous and ready to help

Super expensive on everything they do. Some shady people behind doors. Once it's installed I'm your car and payed them.. ain't no turning back. Good luck. there's no way a custom box should cost 1k for 2 12s.. not to mention box was not built to spec. Might as well got a prefab box. Trust me, don't go here for anything I can't wait till they shut down in the future

Great customer service. These guys will go above and beyond to get you absolutely completely taken care of. They have amazing options like layaway and two forms of financing. This place hands down know what they are doing and what they are talking about. I will recommend this ten times over. They do super flush installs and if they say your speakers are gonna hit, they mean it. They have rims, speakers audio dens reverse cameras and beautiful showroom come down and check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

I have had multiple builds and I was very pleased each time. The staff is Knowledgeable, personable and detailed at ensuring the product install is done correctly. They take the appropriate time necessary to make sure it s done right. Definitely recommend.
