Our service was absolutely astounding! They set my appointment and arranged to tow my car to them on the very day I called for the appointment. I got almost daily texts to update me on services being performed. They worked with my insurance company and there were no hidden fees. They finished my car a day early! It took me 3 or 4 days to be able to come and get the car since weather had become snowy. They assured me that I could come when roads were safe and never pushed me to feel I needed to hurry. This shop offered impeccable service and I would highly recommend them!

Long story short, this is my second review because I had to return for re-work. The radiator placed in my car the first time was defective and caused my fluids to leak out. It wouldn t have bothered me if the weather wasn t below negative degrees outside and during the snow days. I couldn t even run my heat in my car, everything was blowing out COLD! Just to make it up the street, I had to constantly pull over and park to allow the engine to cool down and then try it again. It was embarrassing! Personally, after the experience, I genuinely believed they placed a defective part in the vehicle on purpose as get back! It s sad to say but that s how I felt. However, my second interaction was a lot better. It wasn t top tier but the lady who wore the senior hoodie was great to me! Greeted me the second time, used warm words, ensured to take care of the rental on their behalf (although my card was charged, it was credited back) and had my vehicle back and running properly in two days. Ironic!

I took my F-150 there for repair after hitting a deer.Customer service was very courteous and professional.I received many text messages and phone calls throughout the process to keep me updated on the repairs.I would rate the actual repairs excellentThanks a lot Crash Champions

Horrible service. Had my vehicle here to have body work done from a tree branch falling on my car. Had work done to only have body lines not lining up. After 2 months, the front bumper paint started to peel off. Brought the vehicle back to have them repair it. Its even worse now. Bumper doesn't even fit, paints scratched on car, headlight is rubbing on fender. When I went in to talk to them, they told me to call geico and they will handle it. I did deal with GM Cody. It felt like he didn't want to stand behind his work. Instead of finding a solution, he wants to find an excuse. Instead of fixing an issue, he would rather blame it on the car.Update. After a few months, I finally got the chance to really look at it. New bumper brackets, under hood decals that were supposed to be installed, never even got installed or put on. Everything was purchased and they had it in their hands.

Delay in getting estimate from when left in shop. Poor communication indicated vehicle would be ready on Friday received text on Thursday indicated update following Tuesday which lead me to believe it wouldn't be ready on Friday. Received text less than an hour before shop closed on Friday that car was ready, based on communication Thursday wasnt close enough to pick up in time. Caused me extra 3 days car rental based on communication. Prior to bringing it in I had new brakes installed. Brought in car due to pothole damage to fender and wheel. Brakes were very week upon pick up. They threw old parts into my trunk along with my donut on top. There was no need to have the donut removed to fix it. Now the cover that covers the donut is smashed. Won't use them again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

My car had obviously gotten into a wreck. They repaired the front end. They replaced one of my headlight units and not the other when neither of my headlight units were damaged in the wreck. So the headlights looks worse then before the wreck since they do not match. The unit they replaced, they put a halogen bulb in when I had LEDs. The color match is good but, you can obviously tell that my car was in a wreck when it's supposed to not be noticeable that it was wrecked. A good shop but, definitely not the best.

Read the reviews and they seemed great. Didn't have any issues until I picked my Dodge Journey. I asked what the balance was and the office personnel said 500 for the deductible.They repaired/ replaced the roof but the sunroof didn't work. Came back in a couple of hours. Then the taillight they replaced the light bulb was burned out. Waited for them to replace it. Then I got a call from the personnel asking where their check was ( with an attitude) What check I said, so the insurance company issued a check for additional repairs. I explained we hadn't received a check. The check was issued on October 4th. They called on the 9th which was a Monday. I didn't receive the check till the following Thursday after 5:00pm. Called them the following day and told them I would bring it over as soon as I could. Went over and was then told I owed another 1000+ dollars. I said that I didn't know and wanted to call my insurance company. Then all of the sudden the manager charges out of the his office and says that they will take me to small claims court. I explained I just wanted to call and talk to my insurance company. This guy is a bully. Their customer service sucks. I am a 5 foot, 70 year old lady. This made me so mad. I tried to complain to someone at the company and they never returned my call. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would not walk across the street to piss on them if they were on fire.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I definitely give crash champions five stars. I was informed on a regular basis the status of my car. It was finished 2 weeks before I expected it to be and the work was perfect

Do not use this place. They are out to scam people and get insurance to pay more money than what is Terrible service Terrible company, They couldn t fix the car and they charge me $180 tu put everything back I have no idea what they did cause I found everything in my trunk, my car was in worse shape when I got than when I left it there.

Not a bias opinion or anything, but if that terrible thing happens, come on over to Crash Champions where we can take care of all your vehicle needs and return it to it's original condition. Including all of today's technology, all of your new vehicles ADAS systems will be completely functional as they were from the factory!

Very much glad that my insurance redirected me to this place for repairs. They were courteous and efficient. I received daily updates and they finished earlier than planned. I received the car back cleaner than I dropped it off. Thank you!

Referred by my insurance company, process was overall ok, fast turnaround. My only complaint was one of the back-up sensors was misfiring when they released vehicle to me. They fixed it no problem or cost to me, but finding and fixing the issue before I got the car back would have been the 5th star. Seems like that would have been part of the checklist at the end since we are replacing panels with sensors in them.

Took way longer than they said. Then I find out they used salvage parts to fix steering brakes and suspension that was damaged in collision. Also body lines don't line up and door whistles when driving at highway speeds. They cost me a fortune. BE WARE

Brought my vehicle here back in May for repair of my driver side front fender/door. The representative who took my case(i forgot her name)was very friendly and helpful. They got my vehicle repaired in 1 week and the work looked immaculate! No complaints. 5 stars. Rarely do businesses meet or exceed my expectations , great job!

My insurance referred me to this business after getting side swiped and needing two new doors and some body work. Initially my experience was positive, they were quick to get me in and communicated well throughout the repair process, but my car ended up being returned to me with multiple issues that were not present after my accident.I ended up bringing my car back into the shop to let them attempt to fix the issues, but they were not able to, and wanted me to pay for an out of pocket diagnostic from a Honda dealership. My insurance was not able to assist either, as the issues were not present until Crash Champions touched the car. One of the issues was obviously related to the new door that Crash Champions installed (the door cannot be unlocked from the outside sporadically), and the other issue was due to Crash Champions removing the front bumper and putting it back on again after the insurance would not cover a new bumper (a very loud noise from the bumper when I drive on the highway). Both are very obviously due to the work that Crash Champions was doing on the car. I ended up having to bring my car into another shop and paying for it completely out of pocket.I would highly suggest anyone that is considering bringing their car here or being referred here by their insurance, to consider somewhere else. The convenience of letting the insurance handle the repairs is not worth the nightmare of dealing with a bunch of issues.Service: Body & Trim

MY CAR IS NO LONGER DRIVABLE!!!! If I could give zero Stars I definitely would I brought my car in to get worked on the front lady name Jessie is rude as all get out. I was notified my car was ready so when I arrived a check engine light on for coolant overheating engine that was not on there when I dropped the vehicle off I asked Jesse about this she told me to take it to Ford to get a scan done because their scanners do not work and now they won't fix the problem they won't even cover the scan from Ford I spoke with the general manager Harry Lughman and he is very rude he talks to women like they're uneducated and he already had his mind made up on the whole situation before I could even speak about the situation there's overspray all over my windows I would never take my car or anybody else's car to them even if it was the last place on the planet. I am very upset with how this company handles business because in all reality they had my vehicle from July 3rd to July 18th and on the 10th when they started tearing things apart is when my coolant overheating sensor faulted out and apparently their scanners are not good enough to delete the code so with that being said if they could they would delete codes so customers cannot see any problems that they may have triggered. Then they get out of it by saying well it wasn't caused by the accident well no it wasn't caused by the accident it's caused by your technicians taking things apart the unproper way.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had to take my car in for an insurance repair. Jason and Jessie are amazing. The work was done correctly, they were very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the duration of my repair. After the repair was completed I had a minor issue, I called and again spoke with both Jessie and Jason. They had me come back in, Jason rechecked my vehicle, fixed the issue and had me ready to go within an hour. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

This place did fix it faster than estimated. But the alignment is off despite them stating it's fine, there was a mystery substance all over my interior, my tire was flat, my car was so low in fuel it barely started, and I was charged more than discussed. The employees of crash champion were very nice and informative. I called the wrong location but was easily transferred to the correct one. The woman who came outside and brought me my keys was very helpful. The only issue we had with this location was the charges and fees that made allowing the adjuster to view the vehicle difficult.
