Just picked up my sons car that had extensive hail damage. We received great service and the vehicle was returned with all repairs made. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to anyone needed work. It was a pleasure to deal with them, specifically Austin and Dan.

This is a great place, all of the people that work there are very professional and do a great job. If your car needs to be repaired and you want a place that s focused on customer satisfaction then this is your place. Check them out they do a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Used this place for an insurance claim after vehicle was stolen and recovered. There was over $4,500 worth of work done including what was supposed to be a full detail. It took them 2 weeks to complete it but when we went to pick it up it was awful! They missed so many issues with the body and tried to tell us that it was already there. Robert kept making comments to both my husband and I that it's not just a free for all. We knew the condition of our vehicle before the theft. He argued something that he had no knowledge of and made us feel as if we were doing something wrong. The "full detail" was embarrassing and even Robert was appalled at the appearance of the interior. Over spray of chemicals was EVERYWHERE. An upholstery stain in our passenger seat was still there plan as day. They charged our insurance company for 3 hours of detail work for that! Also, upon the 2nd attempt there were still issues with again, what was supposed to be a detail. Trim pieces were left hanging off as well and were not installed correctly even after complaining about it. Our rear drivers side door now doesn't shut correctly. They broke a plastic plug for a panel in our third row seating and didn't even bother to fix or replace it. Robert talked to us like we were expecting the world but they couldn't even bother to wipe the dash and mirror down. In the end, I would NEVER go to this place again. The service we received was atrocious and I recommend you get your service done elsewhere.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

They did a really good job, I have my truck back so I can t complain, looks as good as new. If anyone needs quality work done on there vehicle check them out.

I received courteous treatment from the front desk all the way to the person handling my repairs. They kept me informed through the entire process. The parts came in quicker than expected and the repairs were made very quickly. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone. Absolutely a delightful experience. They were very kind and courteous. Everyone was very helpful in the advise on how to proceed forward with our Insurance company with our vehicle that was considered a complete loss. Would definitely recommend and would use them every time I need body repair on any of my vehicles.

My experience was better than expected. Setting appointment was easy, dropping off car and they handled the rest. Estimate was done in approximately 48 hours. They gave me the anticipated completed date and gave me text updates as parts either showed up or were delayed. They actually beat the anticipated completion date by a few days. We did have to take it back for a correction and they fixed the hood while we waited. Their paint looked amazing. I was shocked it looked so close, even on a 2013. Once they aligned hood, everything was even and perfect. The office and waiting area is clean and I had zero issues.I do wish they had a rental car place here or nearby or maybe a ride to hertz, etc, but that s only a minor issue unrelated to their service.

I'm giving a 3 bc the delay in time may have been my insurances fault but the communication and updates from Crash Champions were off by a lot. Communication was off with not only me the customer but also with the insurance agency through Crash Champions.

Let s see I received my car filled with work dust, interior moldings that were not fastened to the car, exterior trim fasteners missing. And let s not forget about the damage they did to my vehicle and try to blame a dog. After taking to my local Kia dealer an additional 2k+ was added to the bill to include fixing damaged compressor lines along with a headliner that though was being replaced was ruined even further by the negligence of not properly reinstalling a seal boot. Showing this company skips steps. Now after a 3400 mile trip I ve found out my third row seatbelt doesn t operate correctly due to an additional trim piece not being installed correctly.

Use junk yard parts scrappy work and service save yourself a lot of money go elsewhere! Knee assembly is code for scrap yard steering braking and suspension parts.

My car was a very rare car 1 of 2000 my heart sunk after the accident wasn t sure if I was going to keep it in my collection of cars or not , after the repairs where done I believe that there is anyway that someone could tell that it had been in an accident. Hopefully nothing else happens to it and I will have it for as long as I live

*Review edited after Crash Champions fixed the issue in my previous review*I brought my car into this place when it was still Cable Dahmer Collision (I guess they changed their name in the last 3 months).They fixed my Driver's side front door like they were supposed to. However, In doing so, they broke a molding on my Driver's side back door.When they handed my keys back to me, they told me they'd order the part and replace at no cost, and have not been able to do so months later.Will not be returning in the future if they can't keep their word and fix what they broke. Related picture is attached.Edit: I was able to get in contact with the right people, and they made things right. Other than this issue, I have had good experiences with them, and the work they did was otherwise good. The employees have always been friendly with me throughout my experiences.Service: Body & Trim

From the time that I got an estimate to the thine that they were ready for my vehicle to the time that I got it back was less than 2 weeks and half of that was them waiting on me to either bring get insurance approval and bring it in or pick it up. They were fast, friendly, efficient, thorough, helpful, thoughtful and did amazing work, even offering most of my old parts back in case I wanted or thought that I might need them for the future. I will definitely be back when the need arises!!

This company was great! I was in a wreck and my insurance companies recommended providers were looking at a 3 month wait. This company got me in the following week & it was fixed about 10-11 days later! Kept me up to date the entire time! They took care of me right away. It took less than two weeks to get my car fixed from being hit by a semi truck. The front desk employees are very friendly and welcoming. The guys in the shop are amazing! You can t even tell my car was in an accident. I hope I won t ever have to but if any of my vehicles need collision work done I will use crash champions.Service: Body & Trim
