Not once, but twice I have had the occasion to request services from Caliber Collision on 40 Highway in Independence Missouri. Both times the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. On this last occasion, I backed my car out of the garage with the passenger door slightly ajar and caught the door on the garage framing. It shoved the door upwards so that it was impossible to close. My family was pushed to wall with things needing to be done and getting our car in for complete repair was going to require a costly rental car and a lot of additional time and stress. Imagine our surprise and absolute joy when the gentleman (I wish I had captured his name), took the car back into the shop and found a way to realign the door so that it actually worked again. AWESOME! We now have time to get our other issues taken care of before we put the car in the shop. Thanks to Caliber we saved time, lots of extra stress and the cost of a rental car. Above and beyond. That s a rare thing to find in today s market place. Thank you!

Had a great experience with the workers at this location. They did everything in there power to finish my car as fast as they could while also keep the quality of the work at a high standard. Very nice a people to deal with. Even when I was not the best customer to deal with they kept it 100 percent professional and still did there job. I would recommend them for sure .

If your car is as wrecked as mine was, after someone bashed into the passenger side bumper with a trailer, it might take more than a month, but it s worth the wait. They did an excellent job and the price wasn t bad either. Plus, I was impressed with the friendly customer service.

Drivers, hear this: if misfortune finds you - you would do good looking @ caliber over here on the 40 hwy, awesome staff - clean facility, and after driving for an hour nothing has fallen away, I searched hard and satisfied of my experience. Don't want to see them anytime soon but I do.

this place is very close to my home, which was a bonus, and they took care of my car very quick, though that what needed to be done took a week and a half which did not seem too bad considering what all the things that needed to be fixed due to a foreign object that about took out my hood, windshield, and grill.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was so nice, repairs were fast, they washed my car and vacuumed the interior which I did not expect. Overall very pleased with this location.

The Caliber Collision in Independence off 40 highway has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Nicole Berry was completely rude and disrespectful because the techs broke my door handle and tore the leather on the seat during the initial repair of my vehicle. I will never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there! On top of needing to take my car back for repair of the damage they caused. They already had my vehicle for almost 2 months of minimal damage from a deer that wasn t done right and needed to be fixed again. Horrible!

Did an amazing job. Vehicle was repaired quickly and you can't tell it was ever in an accident. Staff was professional and took care of everything for me. I would highly recommend them!!!

Have a 1988 Porsche 944(aka Baby) needed front spoiler repair after hitting a piece of metal on the highway. Upon trying to find a body shop to do the repairs, No one wanted to take on the challenge because of the Porsche brand and the age of my car(which was excellent condition) Caliber accepted the job, was able to schedule right away. Located replacement parts without difficult, and did modifications with excellent results. Work took less than a week. I am a happy camper!

Good customer service. Took awhile to get truck body work completed between staff shortages and delays with receiving parts. Overall good experience. Work was done and completed to my satisfaction after a couple visits. The detail guy is phenomenal. Always made truck look amazing inside and out after each visit.

This was the first time using Caliber. The associates were very attentive to our concerns and helped complete our vehicle repairs in a timely manner. The detailed cleaning of the interior and exterior was a bonus. We did have to return to have one part replaced that was missed upon orginal service, however, overall we were very pleased with the attention and service that the Caliber team associates provided to us. My son and I were driving across the country in September and unfortunately, we hit a deer in central Kansas. We were able to limp the car to Kansas City where we would be visiting friends. Our friend David lives in Sugar Creek and suggested having Caliber inspect the vehicle. Once we were comfortable with Caliber performing the repairs, we left it with them, and we rented a car and continued on our trip. We later flew back into Kansas City to retrieve the car in December. Our friend was able to store the car at his house after Caliber had finished their work. We are thankful for the quality of the work performed and would suggest them to others in need of similar repairs. Thank you for helping us in our time of need. - DonServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service and these people genuinely seem to care for the customer. Getting the car into their shop was fairly quick. My condenser and radiator were both busted as well as the engine cover and the bumper was unattached with a missing fog light. Fixed all of that and even cleaned/ vacuumed the car.

Staff is helpful and friendly/pleasant every time I come in and I have no issues with customer service. The problem is that I have had to come in multiple times now for problems not being addressed. I have returned four times now for the same problem and it has not been fixed. The last time I left, I was promised, and assured that the issue was fixed. This lasted two weeks, and the problem is now returned to its original state, and I am having to drop the vehicle off again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Valet customized my 2019 GMC Sierra pickup fender. My insurance gave me an online appraisal and I took it to Caliber. The guys there found more damage and worked with my insurance company to include the additional damage found so it could be repaired. Chase kept me up to date on timings and work was perfect. Marc was great to deal with and made it hassle free. Paint work is flawless and both times my truck has been here, i got it back washed and vacuumed, cleaner than when i dropped it off. Won t go anywhere else.
