They did an awesome job on my vehicle. Chase went over everything when I dropped my car off and estimated 4 weeks to repair. During the 1st week, he called multiple times to update me on the process and said they were way ahead of schedule even though parts were delayed due to sleet/snow KC got that week. The following week he called to tell me they were done. Paint matches beautifully with the rest of the car and everything else (backup camera, sensors, bumper, trunk lid) looks great!!

I had an insurance claim for auto damage and heard about this Caliber Collision. I came in and worked with Chase and Nicky and both of them were very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Chase was very informative and helpful, and worked to get me back into my vehicle as fast as possible. I would go back to this facility for any repairs I need. They are quick, clean, and professional. If you are looking for a great repair shop and are nervous about the service you will get, Chase will take great care of you. 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you Caliber and Thank you Chase for a seamless and painless process!

Deer Season....They got us in for an estimate. They let us know when it could be repaired.They are nice people. They know what they are doing. They are recommended by State Farm insurance. This means they do good work and at a reasonable price.2 -3 week delay because more deer accidents in November.

I will never take my car back here. I left it for repair on Monday march 3rd and on March 13th they called to tell me they were towing to another caliber collision because they didn't have time to work on it. It sat for a week and half w/out anyone touching it even though they originally said it would be done in a week. When I pressed and pressed as to why they didn't start the work, they finally said it was because their techs quit and didn't have anyone to work on it. Every communication from this location was a lie and I asked them to please tell me the truth, I don't like being lied to. I called and spoke to Kyle multiple times and felt he was lying to me and giving me the run around. The bonner springs location where they transferred it to isn't any better.

From the first phone call with Nicky at caliber collision was a great exsperiance. Kyle and Nicky kept me informed the whole process this shop went over and beyond and did other work to my vehicle outside of insurance estimate and kept it all in my budget . The work was great and to top it all off the Manager Travis was awesome to talk to and he has a great team working for him I would definitely recommend this shop . My car was damaged at Interstate speeds by being sideswiped by an out-of-control driver. The Caliber service rep, Chase Hukill, was very professional and understanding of the situation. His estimate was done efficiently. Even though the vehicle was eventually considered a total loss, Chase and his team took care of me through the insurance adjustment process. I highly recommend this Caliber facility to anyone needing collision repair advice and/or service.Service: Body & Trim

My experience here was outstanding. Everyone I worked with was committed to the best interests of the customer. I met with Kyle, and later with Chase, both of whom were super courteous and explained options to me. One guy from the shop even explained some of the work to me. I brought my Stinger into Caliber after some nasty scratches caused by road debris. Chase Hukill was my service advisor and I always felt like my Stinger was #1 priority in the shop. He gave me frequent updates and worked on getting it too me asap without cutting corners. The crew even discovered that my ac condenser got crimped by the bumper, glad they fixed it before I found out a few months from now! I was also really impressed by their 6 food fence with 2 feet of electric wire on top, no thieves breaking into my car with that kind of defense :DI'd certainly recommend them to anyone needing some work done.Service: Painting

Valet customized my front left fender and bumper of my truck. Chase gave me an estimate and stated if they found more damage as they had it apart he would let me know. Worked with my insurance and got everything fixed, and even got with insurance to agree to additional damage. Looks great and was updated all the time. Nikki at the front desk was always a friendly voice to hear when I had to call as well! Highly recommended!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hit a curb during icy weather and it threw several alarms regarding steering etc. This was right after holiday season and Caliber Collision was able to get my car in quickly. They were efficient and provided me an estimate of both cost and time plus updates twice a week. Chas (service person) provided me detailed information and updated the quote as applicable to findings. Chas and company did an outstanding job on my car and exceeded my expectations by having my car ready sooner than initial estimate. Car drives great. Caliber did a tremendous job on my Ford Edge 2016. Had major body work to do and they were very thorough. They adjusted and worked well with insurance. Car was cleaned inside and out. They also provided communication to keep me updated through the process. They were great to work with.

It Was the best place I ve ever taken my vehicle. they finished it within an extremely short period of time because that was the only vehicle we have. they were very Informative and helpful in answering every single question that I had. They did an excellent job on the cleanup inside and out of the vehicle which wasn t part of what was required. They made it look brand new. They exceeded my expectations.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did my repairs after I was in an accident, with all the parts on back order they STILL got my car fixed in a decent amount of time. Nikki, at the front fest was AMAZING, and even texted me personally to let me know if a certain part had arrived, and Kyle was always keeping in contact with me to make sure I was informed on what was going on. The one thing that will have me back there for ANYTHING my car needs is the customer service, I swear I blew their phones up and they never ONCE sounded or acted annoyed or irritated.
