The people here were very nice. They weren t plain or boring and have a sense of humor so it helped make the experience better. I even got a nature valley soft baked oatmeal square that tasted so good. And I got water. The water tasted amazing too. The guys there were cute too . I appreciate their help on getting a new car.

This was only my second time buying a car, but my first time for an actual large purchase and newer car. Leo Bess was wonderful to work with! As soon as we walked in he greeted us and was very thorough. I knew what I wanted to get so he made the process easy. He was also able to answer all my questions and I left feeling very assured. 10/10 would recommend!

I had the greatest experience with my car shopping!! Aaron Beck and Joel Fortner were very patient, kind knowledgeable and did an AMAZING job of finding the exact vehicle that matched exactly what I was wanting!!! I would recommend Cable Dahmer and these fine gentleman to ANYONE!!! I would never get a car anywhere else but Cable Dahmer!!!!!!

The experience was great! I was greeted by Marvin upon entering. Marvin s customer service was excellent from the time I walked in, until the time I left. The guy did a great job of listening to the necessities/qualities I was looking for in a vehicle. He then proceeded to educate & show me the vehicles that would best accommodate me as to what I was in search of. If you re shopping for a vehicle at this location, make sure you ask for Marvin. He won t disappoint!

I worked with Marvin and he was amazing. So friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle for my family and I and helped me find the perfect one!Definitely would recommend Marvin as a salesperson to help you out. He s not pushy like your normal car salesman and really helped us to get the best deal possible.10/10.

Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. Matt was phenomenal; straight forward, fast, honest, easy to talk to and stuck to his word 100% without being pushy or too sales-y. We knew what we wanted on a tight budget and he made it happen. Seemed like a very shady experience. I never got any updates during the entirety of the time my vehicle was there. I had to call in every time. They told me after a week that they replaced a sensor, and did not tell me it was finished until an additional week had elapsed, but nothing else had been done/replaced. When I came to pick it up there were parts sitting in my passenger seat, and the cover for my AC blower motor was undone. When I got the truck back the AC blower motor was on even when the truck was off and this was never an issue until I brought it in. They quoted me another price to fix it and I brung it back in. I paid for both of these services completely both times that I came in to pick up the truck, but now I m getting invoices through the mail requesting that I pay again for the services I ve already paid for. This is the most shady auto repair business I have ever worked with and I now unfortunately am reluctant to return my business to this establishment again.

I had one GREAT car sales man Matt Jones went a few steps above any other sales man I have come into contact with! He found my car in a different location, brought it to the dealership and then contacted me about it!! He made me feel no guilt whether I bought it or not. I will refer more people to him!! It was snowing pretty bad out when my tires ran flat. I didn t get my car from Cable Dahmer but my friend Kathy Porter sent me here for help. She said they were the best car dealership in town. Jeff Babbit came out to help instantly and he was the absolute best. He offered such impeccable service. He s a true asset to CD! I was impressed. You don t get that kind of service anymore.

Do not buy a car from their used lot. Very unprofessional sell tactics and want to play games. Will add on extras fees that you weren t told about. When we asked for our keys back they refused to give them to us still for a while. Had to ask about 8 times for our keys back. When they did give us our keys back they said our car was somewhere out back and to go find it. Will never do business here and do not recommend anyone to do business here. All they want to do is play games.

I just recently bought a car at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. Very good experience. Matt Jones made things very easy and had answers to any questions I had. Finance was also great and made it all easy as well. Definitely recommend if you re looking for a car in the KC area.

Recently purchased from Dalton and he was wonderful! Was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions, returned my calls on his day off and was patient with my two small toddlers. He went the extra mile to accommodate the craziness that comes with having kids present while purchasing a car. I highly recommend him and cable dahmer.

I originally felt confident and thought I made the right decision by doing business with this place. I purchased my FIRST car from here last year in October. Although the vehicle I bought is used and older in age I never thought I would have so many recurring issues and expenses within just a few months of having the vehicle. Within 5 months of having the car the engine was overheating and I had to pay nearly $400 to get the thermostat fixed. The next issue was finding out the steering rack on the vehicle was faulty and was faulty the day I originally took the vehicle home after my wheel locked while driving multiple times. It was later to find out there were nuts and bolts missing from a professional mechanic. The first service guy I spoke with tried to tell me there was nothing we can do and tried to make ME responsible for something that was already unsafe on the vehicle before I purchased it. All I do is mainly drive to work! Which is the main reasoning for needing a vehicle outside of having my own transportation. Myself and my passengers were put in danger! Luckily I got to speak with David and he found out the part was under the dealerships warranty and I got the steering rack replaced for free. However only 9 days into having my vehicle back and my car just randomly stalls and I m not able to start it back up at all. According to them everything was running properly . I have been keeping up with the maintenance on this vehicle as much as I can but I m starting to feel like issues are continuously happening. I am worried about continuing to drive this vehicle because I feel like my life has been put in danger not once but twice! I understand a used vehicle is not perfect but considering how many issues I ve had and more and more expenses within such little time is concerning. Think twice before you purchase any used vehicle from this place. I have had the most stressful experience with my first purchased car unfortunately. They will sell you a car with safety hazards!
