Decided to give this place a try so I dropped off my truck in the early morning. They had it all day I had to call them before they closed. After a quote I won't even mention I went to pick up the truck. They charged me 120 dollars to diagnose the truck. I had already informed them of the problem and being a prior inspector and mechanic I was well aware of the job. They never informed me of a diagnosis cost. Go somewhere else..

Bullards is so great! I love the work they do, the communication they have with their customers, and their app that lets you know what needs done. Ryan is such an awesome guy to deal when it comes to updates and such. The owner is friendly and will take time just to talk to you. Bullards is the best all around and I ll never go to another auto shop! Thank you Bullards!

Went to Bullard for rear break pads and rotors. They did fast and efficient service and gave accurate quotes that didn't break the bank! Cory was very kind, professional, and honest. The team there is very professional. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnose and fix my issue quickly as well. The owner is really cool guy, and he picked me up when the car was done. absolute awful work. very rude, dishonest and over priced, damaged my cars wheels and refused to take responsibility or even take a formal complaint that they do shoddy work, just acted like a toddler on the phone when i called to tell them. DO NOT EVER GO HERE, OVER PRICED AND INEXPERIENCED TECHS THAT CANT PUT WHEELS ON CORRECTLY.

Really good people here. My daughter's Explorer had a tensioner pully going bad. They repaired it quickly. Then another issue popped up a couple days later. They were extremely understanding and helped us get it towed back to the shop for the second repair. Her dad and I live an hour away and worked with them over the phone. I get anxious that she might scammed or mistreated being young, alone and inexperienced with car repairs. They were honest, patient, kind and not only eased her anxiety but, ours too! I highly recommend this repair shop if you need a car repair in Independence. Exceptional customer service!

I ve used Bullards for our oil changes. If I have a concern, they check it for me at no charge. Always friendly and professional. UPDATE!!Once again, these guys came through for me. Today is Thursday the 21st of December, 2023.My car would not start and I wasstranded, miles from home.I had my car towed to Bullard Automotive and spoke with Cory.He was able to diagnose the problem with a car and my car got out the same day!That's the kind of service that you can't find anymore. They even drove to my house to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car.If you're tired of paying the exorbitant prices that dealerships charge, give Bullard Automotive a call! You'll be very glad you did!Let me tell you, these guys know what they're doing and they're reasonably priced as well! I'd made the mistake of going to a different car repair place awhile back, who told me I needed an engine swap on my car. I knew that was totally wrong. When I took my car to the guys over at Bullard, they found out the problems and fixed my car like it was running new again for way less than the previous quote I'd received. This is a great business I feel that I can trust. Professionalism, honesty, reasonable pricing and a friendly, helpful staff. If you're looking to get your car fixed properly and at a very reasonable price, look no further. These guys are the real deal! Was told by another mechanic that I would need all four brake pads replaced and new rotors. I decided to get this done at Bullard. I dropped off my car and a couple hours later they called me to tell me that my brakes all looked fine. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism they displayed by not trying to oversell me. They'll certainly have my business from this point forward and I'll be telling my friends about them.Service: Brakes

What another company was going to charge me $1300 to fix, Bullard charged me less than $300 and got me fully back on the road with no issues. The service was friendly and informative and kept me up to date about all the ongoing issues and fixes being done. My only gripe is there were a few times I called and they said they were looking at it today when they weren t in fact looking at it that day. But even though it took longer than expected, everything works. And that s really all you can ask for.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They over charge me 1500 for hub assembly and barriers that I didnt need and then they wanted another 200 for valve check for my truck and I found out it's was only 7 dollar part that I fix it and the problem went away so before you take your car or truck to these people get another shop to look at it first make this place your last stop they are scammers

Very good service, very good work, I believe I found a reputable auto repair place. After 4 months and three repairs. They are playing guessing games as to what is wrong with my vehicle. They do not stand behind the work they do. And even though work is completed and still have the same issues the owner advised that s why it called an estimate.
