Fast! Friendly service with a smile! They got me in quick and called me as soon as they were finished. Went into pick up and they were very courteous! I also appreciate that they are affordable!!! Thank you for the great service and repair! I am beyond impressed!

Went in on a Friday afternoon for them to look at an exhaust leak on my old truck. Left that same afternoon with it fixed AND a whole new exhaust system. They provide quick, knowledgeable, and straightforward service and are very reasonably priced. There s a reason they ve been in business for so long. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Budget Muffler to anyone.

Amazing and helpful men here. Showed me the issue and had it fixed in under 30 mins. Very fair and very honest. I recommend everyone come here. I can't say this enough how amazing this place is and their employees.

Car was so loud for months. Dreaded having to get it looked at. Couldn't do it myself but they had it done in less than an hour at a very comfortable price! 5 stars 100%

I have been going to Bennie and his crew (Dusty this time) for 25 plus years. Honest, trustworthy and they will take you under the car and point out what needs to be fixed/replaced and what does not (especially when the national shops told you all of it had to be done). I drive from Olathe because they can be trusted and reasonably priced.

Be careful taking a sports car to this place. They blew my motor (assuming they thought the exhaust sounded good, so they thought it'd be nice to go over the red line for who knows how long). They said they only touched the exhaust. When taking the motor apart, we found that the piston made contact with the spark plug (snapping it in half). Car was running perfect before it went to the shop. Would not recommend for any sports cars. Also, owner has a piss poor attitude. I don't EVER write reviews about people, but this was preventable and the OWNER does not want to take responsibility after seeing the day before my car was running with zero issues when they were inspecting the car.Edit: reply to the owners comment: Since you know nothing about MOTORS, when you redline a vehicle for an extended amount of time you risk blowing a spark plug. Once the spark plug blows (rips the threads out) the spark plug can only go up and down with the coil pack still locked down. When this happens, the spark plug is making contact with the piston because there are no longer threads to prevent this., meaning the spark plug is going beyond the cylinder head (which thats not suppose to happen). Make sense now?

I highly recommend Budget Muffler, LLC. Fast, courteous, friendly service. The damages to the muffler and tail pipe system where shown to me. Different options for repairs thoroughly discussed.

This is the best place around the greater KC area to get any type of EXHAUST or BRAKE work done. Very reasonably priced and a very GREAT bunch guys. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU DID ON MY CAR !!

don't do your business here. I came in today to get some high flow cats installed on my 98 p71 crown vic and the owner told me he couldn't do it because it was illegal or something and he basically just told me he couldn't help me. I will never come back here again they charged me 125 for 1 muffler delete off my old ford explorer this place is just out to get your money they don't care about anything else I recommend south kc muffler for all your exhaust needs

Went in to get back break pads and rotors.Everyone was nice .They got everyone in and out quickly.They explained everything, and showed bad parts.Didnt charge a lot for labor.Been in business for years..I guess that's why.

The guys at Budget muffler do wonderful work. I'm the pastor of a church here in town. We have had to take a couple of our vehicles there because of stolen catalytic converters. They've always given us the best deal they could do and they treated us with respect and care. We highly recommend budget muffler. Thank you sir. You guys are awesome.Thanks to Donnie and Big Al. You guys are the best.I had to take yet another bus in for a stolen Cat. Third one this year from our church parking lot.So sad. But Budget is awesome

Benny is the best! Been going there for over 40 years! Always treats me right!! And always fixes whatever is needed and it always stays fixed. I've sent many relatives and friends there over the years and am still recommending him to anyone who needs quality work done on their car at very affordable prices. Benny and his 'gang' are simply the best - and you will be very glad you took your car there for anything related to exhaust systems, tires, shocks, front end work and much more.

I took my Grand Prix GTP in to get the flex plate on the exhaust fixed and they also found a melted catalytic converter. I'm glad they were paying attention and caught it or I would have killed the motor in my car. The customer service was amazing and my car was finished very quickly. I was informed and showed all the faulty parts before anything was done. My car is so quiet now, I have to rev it up to make sure it's still running! Great guys that definitely know their stuff! Prices here are comparable to other places. I definitely recommend!

Super helpful over the phone, told me it could be a day or two before they got to it up front, they found the problem, told me about it in detail, told me a price point (super cheap imo) before starting work, then when it was ready for pickup, they told me about a few other things I asked them to check, and gave me estimates. They didn t pressure me or try to scare me into buying anything. Just let me get on my way. Definitely going back there.Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Went in for a possible clogged catalytic converter. They diagnosed the issue as a just that. Very good customer service and got it done in 4 hours...amazing business, the only place I get exhaust work done

WOW! I had a muffler problem and called Family Wrench (another excellent outfit). Family Wrench said don t do exhaust and referred me to Budget Muffler. I called Budget, and spoke to a mechanic who suggested an (easily repairable) diagnosis based on my description.I took my car in, and they were able to look at it immediately. The mechanic confirmed the diagnosis he d suggested over the phone, began the repair, and had it finished in a very short time. The cost was extremely reasonable. Everyone who worked here was kind and friendly, and my car purrs like a kitten again.This is an honest business, which I will highly recommend to anyone who needs to repair their cars exhaust system. You will receive quality work for a fair price. I will return here if I ever need exhaust work again!

Everyone I know recommend this shop. Hit a pothole (thanks Independence) and my exhaust fell apart. Pulled in expecting a lengthy and costly repair. Mechanic immediately got my car up on the lift. Pointed out it was repaired before and not very well. Multiple leaks etc. in and out in less than an hour. Quoted price was actually price! Easy 5 stars and highly recommendedService: Exhaust

I went to get my catalytic converter repaired after someone tried to steal it. Thank goodness that they were unsuccessful. But I needed it welded back. I brought it here. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner. They did it for no charge. Which was such a blessing.The service was very fast, and professional. They also resolved my issue quickly. The staff were very nice and friendly as well. I would definitely go back and refer them as well.

I went in 45 mins before close just wanting an estimate done and walked out less than 30 mins later with a brand new exhaust system installed and ready to go. They were amazing from start to finish. Even let me hang out in the garage just to watch and show me everything they were doing, as they did it. Sure you can go down the road and get a bandaid fix for a hundred bucks, but if you want your vehicle fixed the RIGHT way and in a timely manner, I'd definitely go here.Service: Exhaust
