Marcus I'm sorry you felt like your experience there not up to your standards.. if you are are giving reviews you should be fair enough to tell the complete truth.. I work at that shop in the office and we value our customers and are very honest about the work we do. Marcus has a 2013 BMW.. that alone should say something.. You had came in because of coolant leak ..we did diagnose for $75 . I charged you for a total of 164.? And the mechanic and myself told you that there was a vent pipe that was needed and was on back order... We could not do anything other than to put in a new tee connector to minimize the leak and wait for the part to be available. It was explained clearly that that would not fix the issue...it needed replaced with vent pipe .. then when you asked me for estimate you felt like $889. Was to much.. I explained to you that 75 comes off it for the initial diagnose fee..We value our customers. I'm curious as to to what dealership price fixing would have been?

Worst place I've ever took my car. Got charged 150 car wasn't fixed. Then told me I had to pay 700 to get part to fix.

Great shop! Needed safety inspection. Got me in quickly and gave me an honest inspection without trying to upsell me. Thanks for forgoing the bells and whistles in favor of quality. Five stars!

This place charged my nephew $230 bucks to replace a $30 dollar belt that was nothing but lifting up the tension. They didn't even have to unscrew anything lol. I feel like they took advantage of him because he was 17 and didn't know anything about cars. This is 1 crooked outfit and a bunch of sheisters I wouldn't take your car here if I was you. These are the kind of shops that look like they about to go under anyway and they just get what they can however they can. All the good reviews left on there are people that know them and are trying to get they rating back up. This is 1 extremely crooked organization.

Fixed my car problems fast, and very honest lady working the counter, I think her name was Holly. My dad gave her an extra $40 for a tip and she thought he had made a mistake. Will definitely rerurn if i meed more work!!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I was transferring my car to my niece and needed to get it inspected for the transfer of title. They got us in and out in no time and it was a painless process.

I am changing my review, Tony your mechanic ripped us off for 650$ . He claimed to have replaced the wheel bearings on my car, I have the paperwork showing he returned the parts and never put them on. I took the car to another place and they even said they were never replaced. I paid for NOTHING. I am not comfortable going there and complaining because I don't want to see Tony. I want to speak with the owner. He claimed to not have access to the owners phone number. This did happen months back, just realized that I was screwed. He tried to charge me 1000$ . It was a horrible situation.

Tom is one hell of a mechanic. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to just anyone. When it comes to expertise and experience, he is THE guy you want under the hood of your car. Foreign or domestic, if he hasn't fixed it before, it does not exist! Ok maybe that could be stretching things a little, but not much. He explains everything in detail and shows you what exactly is malfunctioning, why it is doing so, what needs to be done to fix the issue, and what can happen if you ignore the problem.

I was in town for the Royals and Chiefs games and had car trouble. These guys fit me in and got my vehicle fixed and back on the road. I was a little weary of being taken advantage of because of being from out of town, but that wasn t the case at all. Problem fixed, fair price, treated with respect. Would definitely recommend going to this place.

Jim was very knowledgeable he diagnosed my problem, had me fixed and out the door same day, his estimate that was exactly what he charged me, and most importantly it was afordable!

Buddy sent his F150 here for repairs and it didn't run right after that. Took it to Jones Automotive and they found the serpentine belt was installed wrong. Not going back here again.
