I stopped at this store on 11/27/2023 because my driver s side headlight burned out and while they weren t able to successfully fix it, they tried everything they could to do so. One of their names was Sam but I m not sure of the other guy s name. I live in Springfield, MO so it s unlikely I ll be in this location again but I appreciate the outstanding customer service!

So thankful the nice older man was there to help me. The old lady who checked my battery didn't want to help me replace it even though mine was bad and I bought a new one there.

Usually have the parts I need or can get them quickly. Priced slightly higher then some other places but I don't have to wait on shipping.

I went to Auto Zone on 9/11/23 and Joseph is amazing, he went above and beyond to help me. I watch him help others just as good. Thank you Joseph to the store, please get cameras, Joseph trying to catch this guy walking around the store obviously stealing.

Jim was amazing talk about a man with some knowledge sometimes ladies and gentlemen boys and girls you need to stop and listen to what wise man and the wise words he has for you in your vehicle remember if you come to this part store you need help unless you know what you're doing you need help listen learn evolve. 6/18/23 Still the best AutoZone I ve been to. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful!Went here today to buy fuel injector cleaner. It was on sale two for whatever price it was. I bought two. The man was very nice and helpful. Since my breakup, I ll need to maintain my car myself, so AutoZone will definitely be helpful in the future.

I buy all my car parts here! They have everything I need and if not all I have to do is wait one day then they have it delivered! Been going here for years. Jim is a good guy and takes care of his customers!10/10 would recommendFollow me for more honest reviews!!

Brandon helped us and he was amazing. We ran the codes for the check engine light, he helped us get exactly what we needed and my car was running way better, almost instantly after we did what he recommended. Also gave a little side lesson on how my engine works which was spectacular! Highly recommend, will be back for all my vehicle needs!

I went in to buy a bulb for my rear tail light, very fast. friendly service, PLUS+ the sales clerk at Autozone was a female, as I am female, to, She even offered to come outside and assist me in replacing the burned out bulb in my taillight Wow I was amazed and so very thankful to this wonderful and helpful Lady. Just hoping, you can thank her again, for me, and applaud her for her dedication and helpful, cheerful attitude to your customers

Asked for specific thing, had to wait as two workers just stood there, guy was so upset over helping me find the part. I asked which if the 3 options worked for my style if car, which most look up on the computer upfront....he said he didn't know,pick whatever etc. Than walked off. There was no other customers waiting by the way. So not helpful

Staff is knowledgeable here and friendly enough for what I was needing. Seems like people nowadays always expect you to try to steal something though I dislike that feeling on me.

Adam's have the best customer service very knowledgeable about car parts and he always go above and beyond to help+ thank you so much! The store very organized and clean and they always greet the customers very recommended it!

The guy (so called manager) didn't know how to test alternator had to go to Oriellys. I was there earlier in the day standing in line got up to counter he started helping me then asked me if I could hold normally that wouldn't bother. This time it was because the woman that he seemed to be flirting with was ready to check out so he went to the other register to help her.

It was a great experience. They don't have handicap access. That means there's no automatic doors. You would have to call them. For the part you need. If they have it. And bring out to you. Just ask them

The store over on 291 and and 39th Street I've had the best best friendly family field service and correct service and I've had it in any other place I will never go back to O'Reilly's or Advance or even Napa or even other!!!

I bought everything to flush and redo the cooling system, I thought. Turns out the lady did not order the thermostat and thermostat housing that she told me would be in at 0800 the next day. So I took all the hoses and clamps and the new serpentine belt home planning to do my work bright and early monday morning. I went to scout camp for visitors sunday to see my son and on my way back planning on picking up the rest of my parts. I came in and asked for my parts and they did not come. It turns out she failed to order them and didn't charge me for it. Now I have everything but what I need to complete this job. Very disappointed and this is not the first time your location has messed up. Several times in the past I have gotten the wrong brake rotors or calipers and not known until I try to install them. I will be returning the hundred dollars in parts and be taking my business elsewhere. Folks depend on your employees to be knowledgeable and help them get the parts needed, when we need them. This store clearly needs more training and supervision. This is not the first time for me and I am sure there are other customers that have issues as well. No way it's just bad luck for me this time and the multiple other times. They are friendly but I am not shopping for friends. I need the parts to be right and be there when they are supposed to be there. I am done with this store.

Didn't have what I needed, they asked me to wear mask, but the employee had a mesh see thru mask on, guidelines requiring masks had been removed in Jackson county. She talked me into making a purchase of a different product that was junk when I got home and tried it. I should have walked out and got exactly what I needed. I won't make that same mistake again.

I was in line waiting to get a product when a gentleman was ahead of me waiting to check on a stereo for his truck. The girl working there told him to come behind the counters and over to the bottom of the tall ladder she was on for him to check it to see if it was the right one because in her words, very loudly, "Hey, come over here and see if this is the right stereo you want cause I ain't comin down off this ladder and walking all the way back up if its wrong"! I said, "Wow, isn't that your job"? The gentleman left. I didn't blame him. She is the rudest and laziest person to have to deal with.

Store was okay,not a very good selection of products, I stopped in for some spray paint and it ranged from $7- $13, for one 12 oz. I found the same can at walmart for almost $4 . The guy working there had a bad attitude, seemed annoyed I didnt need his help so I priced a few more items while I was there also way over priced, not going to go back to that store again. Guy could have had a bad day so I can give them that but the high prices is what made me decide not to want to go back.

Customer service was outstanding they were very helpful with information, all seem very knowledgeable. Helped me very quickly, gave me suggestions on what I needed to do and how to come back and take care of anything if I had a problem. will be back to use them again

Always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to DIY machanicing. Wonderful bunch and their customer base shows this. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but its worth it because you will get the same amount of attention as the person before you. Clean store inside and out. Congrats to autozone regional manager for finding this store manager .... Better keep him/her... Thumbs up all the way.

Shopped for years at Oreilly, but after being given rude attitudes and wrong parts multiple times, I took my family's business to this AutoZone. Older Gentlemen (Gary?) who is usually there is absolutely phenomenal at helping and is very calm. Will continue going here from now on.Update: His name is Jim Gitlan, he's awesome, just bought more stuff from him today.
