Long irritating process for absolutely no reason. But the customer service was excellent gotta step in an see Pam she's really patient and will let you test drive anything that catches your mind and is okay if you give your exact opinion of the car after the test drive so overall not to bad. Great for solution for people that want to rebuild there credit. Have a good day

Came in because I was told that I was pre qualified and could pick out a vehicle. Drove 30 mins out of my way to be nit picked to death because I've lived in the state just barely under 3 years. That should have been caught in the pre approval if it was a problem. I was first told 100$ to test drive and pre qualify, it has to be cash. Then once I get that together they tell me I'll need at least 1500$ down plus my trade in. Epic waste of time and frustration over not being in the state 2 more months.Went to Lee's summit Honda and got a beautiful car for less down and they never once asked how long I've lived here. Go see Dylan at lees summit Honda!

Quinton helped me out today. He told me everything I needed before coming in. I came with my $1500.00+ down payment and my insurance money. I was hooked up with a $500.00 promotion that stops on November 30, 2023. Stop by call in to speak to Quinton no Lucas. He will get you taken care of. They are kid friendly as well. Please bring snacks and expect 3-4 hours of processing. Stay blessed and be patient.

I have been with this company for 18years and have gotten a total of 5 vehicles from them they are like family to me and my mother but the corporate office that is over in Kansas is the worst they will call and bug you over one payment and will not read notes on the account that the dealership has placed on the account or someone else ........I think that they need to go back to the way it was before corporate got involved with the customers where is wa just dealing with the actual dealership noone else the corporate office is very unprofessional.

Today my Aunt and I had to give her car back bc her Co-Owner (sister) passed away suddenly on the 2nd. The 1st payment hadn't even been paid and only had the car like a week. The man that was I guess in charge that day was a joke. Completely unprofessional! He made the rudest and the most distasteful comments to my already grieving Aunt. We will NEVER do business with them again.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING OR LEASING WITH AUTO NOW 1 BECAUSE I BROUGHT SOMEONE HERE WHO'S A FEMALE TO LEASE A VEHICLE AND THEY HANDLED OUT A WEEK TEMP TAGS AND TRIED TO GET AWAY WITH IT UNTIL I CALLED THEM OUT ON IT AND THE LADY CLAIMS SHE DIDN'T KNOW THE DATE WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE BEING A BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR DATES AND TIMES THEN 2 THE PERSON CAME DOWN WITH COVID AND WAS UNABLE TO WORK BEING IN NURSING AND MISSED A COUPLE PAYMENTS BECAUSE SHE WAS UNABLE TO WORK FROM COVID AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD WORK WITH HER ON PAYMENTS THEN THEY REPOED THE VEHICLE AND THEY SAY SHE OWES 4 PAYMENTS WHEN ONLY SHE WAS 2 PAYMENTS BEHIND FROM BEING ILL WITH COVID AND THEY ADDED A LIST OF FEES. THESE ARE HARD TIMES AND THEY SHOULD WORK WITH PEOPLE ON PAYMENTS.

Dealing with Pam will be under rated because they don't have a 10 star choice. BUT I will say Pam D ROCKS & worked with me to the point I wanna adopt her into my family!!! Pam D thank you for the help & patience.It's been a year and I am super disappointed in the SUV... Within the week the SUV started shaking and it's over priced... I tried to talk her down, but that was not an option... I understood that this type would cost $11,500 but I was charged $16,995 plus the percentage... I didn't want to get this SUV from here, my husband convinced me and I have regretted this decision for a while now... Out of the year I've had this SUV it's been in the shop on average 5 to 6 months time... Smh... I have paid the $200 deductible plus gone without a vehicle during the fixing stages and was on-time with those high payments and I've asked for help but I signed the paper... I would NEVER want anyone to go through what I'm going through... Please stay clear of this place... And if you have a great experience, let me know so I can know how to shop for an SUV better...

Buying a car was never easier. Quinton was super laid back and extremely helpful wasn't pushy like most dealerships. They made sure the car was serviced and detailed before we picked it up... so glad my wife and I decided to return to autonow for the third time everyone here is super nice and easy to deal with and they go the extra mile to see that the customers are happy when they leave

Quinton was amazing!! I came in with not so great credit and he was able to work his magic and get me in a car in about an hour! The customer service was phenomenal! Everyone in the office was very professional but also made the experience personal and made me feel as I was part of the AutoNow family as soon as I walked in!!!! I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a vehicle! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

My sister purchased a car from them, it had multiple problems, took it back, gave her another, it had multiple problems, took it back, gave her another, she replace wheel bearing,tie rod ends, electrical problems, replace the fuel pump,broke down 10 times,tow 4 times,, I own a shop in Tennessee, been in business for 30 years,went up to visit, look at the car, it been wreck and poorly put back together, she 64 years old on a limit income, it broke down now, can not afford to fix it, I wish they will make this right, give them 5 stars if they do,this is the 3rd car they gave them, all been bad.
