I was from out of town and didn't have much time to get my chipped windshield fixed. They took me right in and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them. Pricing was very reasonable too.

Called on a Monday afternoon at 5 pm for a windshield crack and they got me in the next day for my appointment. It is nice that they are open until 6 PM and have weekend hours, too.I felt the staff, especially Sarah, were knowledgeable and helpful! I was in & out in about an hour. Waiting area has coffee .Service: Auto windshield replacement

Amazing Prices! Called to schedule and the customer service rep was very pleasent, also applied two discounts for me with no problem. We appreciate Auto Glass Now for making it affordable to get our windshield replaced.. it's been almost a week with our new windshield.. and its a Job well done!

The crew at AutoGlassNow in Independence did a great job for me. Very easy to work with and professionally explained every detail of the process to me. Even though it's just an old Suzuki, they treated it like a brand new car! Price was exactly what they quoted me and got me in and out faster than expected. It's great to be able to use somebody local, and this is the second vehicle I've brought to them. Thanks again guys!

They replaced my passenger door glass in about 20 minutes, did a great job and were less than half the price of Safelite. Very happy with their work.

Amazing work! They had me in and out in under an hour. Even setting up the appointment was very smooth! They let me know what to do after I left, and with specific problems, they really helped to break it down! If you are looking for a good repairman that costs less and is reliable. I would highly recommend Auto Glass!

Hands down this was one of the best experience I ve had in service. I am not a very social person in public spaces because of anxiety but they truly made me feel welcome while I was here. I didn t feel like just a dollar sign. They absolutely took care of me and I would go back no question!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid $1018 to have my windshield replaced . Seven days later, I have a new crack and Safelite is says the whole Thing has to be replaced again and it s not their fault. A teeny tiny impact should not cause a windshield to crack. They sell an inferior product for a very inflated price and I do not recommend this company.

My visit was so easy. I was explained why my windshield wasn t able to be fixed but needed a complete windshield. They had to order it but was able to install it the next day. I had no issue at all. I would recommend this to anyone.

The Independence, Missouri Auto Glass Now is a no frills shop, but they got the job done and for less than I was originally quoted. Technicians were quick and efficient in their work. I was there at 8 a.m. along with 2 other individuals having windshields replaced. All 3 of us were on our ways by 9:15. Thanks for a job well done.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. The people who work there are dishonest. I went there because one of my power windows stopped working and I asked for prices. The manager, who said his name was Cameron, gave me a price and advised me to get a part and call to schedule an appointment. I got the part and called to schedule the appointment, but I also decided to get an official quote for my records to deduct from my taxes. To my surprise, the person over the phone told me a much lower price than what Cameron had told me. When I went to my appointment, Cameron was waiting for me with an attitude and said that the price he gave me was the price he would charge me because he was the manager there and he did the pricing. Obviously, he didn't like that I called and didn't let him scam me. He said that because he is the manager there, he can charge people whatever price he pleases. What a dishonest employee. I told him that I had a quote and that he needed to honor it, but he refused to provide me with the service because I had discovered their dishonesty. I suggest that you call for a quote to get the right price for your services before going there."

Great experience, dropped my car off at 8:30am and was out of their with a new windshield by 10am. Got detailed instructions about how to care for the new windshield so it would set right and sent me on my way. Very professional. Highly recommend them

I received my quote on 2/13 and scheduled my appointment for 2/19. I specifically asked if the glass was in stock at the independence location and the rep said yes. My appointment was for 8am. I arrived to the appointment and the manager I m assuming stated they had just sent a text at 7:55am that the glass was not in stock. While there, he supposedly placed the order for the glass to come in, in which he said could take 5-11 days. It is now 3/6 and have not heard anything back from the store. Don t understand why an appointment was set a week in advance and no glass was ordered. Terrible service

The service was faster than expected. The guys were polite and professional. And above all, they have the best rates in the city! Not to mention, the lifetime warranty on my windshield. I would recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone!

I came in with low expectations thinking they were gonna do everything in their interest to screw me over somehow and the exact opposite happened. Walking in I'm immediately met with a warm welcome and great customer service. Turns out for my appointment that was scheduled that day a third party call center got my info wrong and put down the wrong car. I've been driving without a passenger window and it's Been freezing so I was no doubt a lil upset. Instead they instantly look up the right window replacement and were able to get within 2 HOURS!! What makes it even better is they had the courtesy to wrap my window while I'm gone running errands which I felt most others wouldn't do. I came back and they took care of me for a very affordable price. 10/10 will come back if I need any other windows repaired (hopefully not )

The staff, Sarah, was very friendly and the quality of work was fantastic. Was amazed when Autumn pulled my van in and did the work herself. Whoever thinks women can't do auto glass work, doesn't know Autumn. Would recommend them to anyone.

The pricing was good in comparison to places I had looked at. I was told there s a warranty, which is helpful. The only downside was I d been told it d take 45 minutes but unfortunately it took 2.5 hours so I missed some of work when I d intended to be on time. They discounted it a bit to make up for that.

The guys were polite, professional and quick. They got the car in ahead of time and were done within an hour. Charged about $150 less than the first quote I got from another glass shop.
