Someone smashed my right passenger window. When I called them. They said they didn't even do that kind of repair. Yet the name of the company is Auto Glass of Independence. Color me confused

They popped up under a search for "Auto Glass Repair" search, but when I called they said they can't repair or replace auto glass.
