Had an exceptional customer service experience from Rob today! He really made finding all we needed for a full brake replacement and spark plugs super simple.. We will be returning for all of our autopart needs!

Wonderful experience at the Sterling location! Rob the salesman was absolutely fantastic. He was informative and pleasant and made sure we were happy leaving the store!!! Would recommend this location to everyone!

So I went up to purchase some parts, one of which was a bit of a custom project and had questions. I had the few other things I had picked up and was waiting in line and I was waved up to the counter. When I got up there, the young guy proceeded to scan my items so I told him I had something I needed to have him look up and his response was " Man don't bother me while I'm eating" in a rude tone as he continued to chew on his little chicken tender, so I just turned and left and probably won't come back. If you eating lunch and can't be bothered then you shouldn't be at the counter calling customers up.

1 Star because 0 isn't allowed... Staff has went to $#!? except for the black haired kid with glasses, he's cool... One guy just kept insulting the guy over and over, I literally felt humiliated for him, for NO ONE should be treated this way by Co workers and especially not in front of paying customers as to I recently bought my Sparks plugs and alternator as well as a over expensive $56 belt when I'm pretty sure the $39 was in stock as to online says it was... No more business for this location, and most likely done with the franchise altogether

I went in to get a jump on my car. I didn't have jumper cables but a young gentleman walked across the parking lot quite a distance and jumped my car and said no charge. I wanted to pay him 25 or 30 dollars but he refused it and I'm mentioning him here today.Folks, I'm saying we need more employees like him around, I'm planning on going in and giving him some money anyway.God Bless him.

This friendly shop helped me out of a real jam today. The windshield wiper arm came off when I turned on the wipers! Fortunately it detached but didn't "fly away" and so I was able to pull it off and see if I could reattach it. NOPE. I thought maybe if I went to Advanced Auto some nice employee might be willing to help me and I could just pay him a couple of bucks for his time. Instead, one of the employees came out in the freezing cold, and not only put it back on for me, and showed me how to do so if it happened again (I asked him if he would) but then refused to take any money despite my protests. I definitely recommend this shop and will be frequenting them in the future when I need to buy new wiper blades or whatever!

Was sold the incorrect light bulb based on their system. Went to exchange was told they don't do that there. But wasn't the consumers fault. Left a message for management to reach out have yet to recieve a call back. All around bad service. Gentleman on the phone was sweet. Feel like staff and management needs better training. And Jacob may need a pay raise due to being so helpful. No management on night crew as well.

This store is always my first choice, staff are friendly and welcoming. Sonny price matched some chain lube for me and saved me a couple bucks, I appreciate little stuff like that.

The quality of service in this store has dropped a lot. I went to return some pieces and they did not want to give me my money back because I did not have the receipt since I have an account and number saved and yet they did not want to proceed, they behaved very arrogantly.

Walked up and down most of the aisles before someone acknowledged I was there. I was able to find what I was looking for but the main reason I come to this store is that it is much closer than competitors.

The counter guy was super helpful. I had an Amazon return. According to the site it said that UPS locations would pack and send for me which wasn't the case here. I had to go but a mailer which defeats the purpose of sending a return for free. But I don't think it's his fault. I think on the website they only meant at the actual UPS stores and not the UPS satellite locations. I was on foot that day (walking) so I had to go with what was closest to me. Anyway I'm not in any way mad at anyone. It was fine. Can't remember his name but the aforementioned counter person was fully extended as, a coworker was out sick. He did his VERY BEST which was perfect. Thank you!

They really shouldn't have their delivery men work the register if they have never done it before.....spent over an hour there plus just to get a few things I needed..... but other then that everything was good, I know they ate low on help right now,

The gentleman that helped me met me at the door here to get me taken care of. He was fast friendly courteous and gave me a handshake as I left. That is unheard of these days. I would definitely recommend anybody going to this particular auto parts store and talking to that particular gentleman. He was extremely helpful. Update.....went back today and nothing has changed. Still friendly and helpful. Still great.

Most employees are not interested in your problem and just want you to hurry and leave.there are probably 2 employees that actually have mechanical experience so it's not my first choice of auto parts stores.

Excellent customer service. The young woman that helped me I believe her name was Heidi was more knowledgeable than all the men in there. Got a battery for my car at a great price and put in my car.

Tried to tell me I had no warranty on a thermostat I bought but the amatuer working behind the counter didn't understand my warranty was under my speed perks originally purchased at a different location. Much of my time was wasted until a different location was able to help me.

I will never go to Advance Auto again my brakes went bad they were under warranty is tore up my rotor now they'll replace them I've been 25 Advance Auto is already today and one more to go and I still have a 15-minute job taking me all day tell me is that have warranties work these days come on Advance you should have taken off your parts to just get a warranty and then come back come on?

Clean environment, polite and knowledgeable employees. Seems like they often don't have what I need in stock here, but all I have to do is show up at the other store with a receipt, and it's in and out. Other Advance stores should follow suit with the professionalism employed here!( Especially the Blue Springs location... Horrible, terrible , just plain AWFUL customer service there!)

2 stars b/c of a very young guy that thought he was funny his interjection was out of place. I dont know if he worked there or was hanging out with the young guy that range me up. Both were very unimpressive and do ypu no service to your brand!! My engine light came on so I bought 1 quart of oil and coolant. It worked!!! My mother lives in this neighborhood not me!!!

I stopped yesterday and bought plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Today I opened the bag and there was not a wire set. I called the store and without identifying myself, the receipt the part number or anything "Terri" said, oh that must be part 9617. I had a moment of relief thinking she saw them and had them set back. It was a brief moment. Somehow she magically knew the part number, and in a matter of a second had also checked the shelf, the inventory, and found out there was not an extra set in the store. (Not sure if it was a he or she, but think it was a she, so I'll use that pronoun.) I asked if she was going to check the stock and she said she already did and she is sure they were in my bag.I asked for a customer service number and she told me to google it and hung up on me.Somehow I am to believe that I am the only customer and she is the only one of the employees that rang up a customer? How else would she remember the sale so well and the part number and know there wasn't an extra in their inventory. Remember that I still had not identified the receipt, transaction, time of day, or anything else that would allow me to be pulled up. I didnt' even use the phone from the number that is on the account. I think it is more plausible that Terri has a friend who needed a set of plug wires...

They were so helpful. They helped me put my new tags on my car. The screws were all rusted up. They spent over 30 min on my car. I couldn't thank them enough

Shopped for oil change special with oil and filter. Special had ended. Purchased oil and filter using online coupon. Saved $10. Clean well stocked store
