I had a simple repair that was ignored by other auto glass companies in the Kansas City area. I was referred to A-Team Glass and they took care of it without any hesitation. I will be recommending A-Team Glass to all my family and friends!

A-Team Glass it top notch! I dropped my wife's Toyota Sienna van off for an issue with the sunroof. I was immediately impressed at how clean the office was and the decor was pretty cool. Very welcoming office and staff. I dropped off the van with Brandon and he took the time to listen to the issue we were having with the van. I left and couldn't believe how fast A-Team Glass solved and completed the issue. I barely made it home and my van was fixed and ready for pickup! I would highly recommend A-Team Glass for great service and hospitality! You can choose to go with nationwide chains, but I would recommend going small business and local. You won't be disappointed by A-Team Glass, Inc!

A-Team Glass did a fantastic job on my son s truck today. I reached out via Facebook Messenger on Sunday and they even responded same day when they were closed. I was able to get scheduled right away. I waited for the work to be done and it took them less than an hour. They were able to fix the back window so it doesn t leak anymore. I used them once before for a windshield replacement too. I would definitely keep using them and recommend them.

We needed same day service because we were heading out of town when I accidentally busted out our back windshield. They got us right in and installed our windshield quickly. Very happy with my experience with A-Team Glass. I received a quote quickly to replace my windshield. They were very reasonably priced especially compared to larger well known companies. They were able to see me quickly, I was in and out of there shop in 1.5 hours, customer service was great! My windshield looks amazing and they even cleaned my dashboard and vacuumed the front of my vehicle! I highly recommend them and will go back for any glass needs in the future!

We had our front windshield replaced on our newer model Toyota Tundra. We are about 30 minutes away from their location, but decided to make the drive based on the positive reviews we read about their service. They were right! The price was about 1/2 that of a well known national company and their service was A+. They were able to get us in the very next day and the repair was seamless and fast! Apparently when a windshield is replaced on a newer model vehicle, the lane assist option must be re-calibrated at the dealership after the windshield is replaced. Our dealership quoted us $400 for this service. Thankfully, A Team was able to retain the lane assist option while switching out the windshield which saved us this additional $400. We are so thankful for this savings! Besides the price, the service was amazing! The staff was kind and you could tell that they actually enjoyed their job! Thanks A Team Glass Repair! On the 7.3.2022 i got my jeep Cherokee for a windshield replacement to them so here's what i got:1 great worm welcome2 simple processe.3 a call that my car is done in time.4 a really good price and customer service.5 end up with a smile frome all the staff and it was really a place i was happy to attend.Thank you A team staff you was a good old time good business quality i am satisfied with. 10 stars out of 5.

Wed. July 13 2022 I received a windshield installation which seemed to be a good service until I went home and had a close friend in the auto business look into the work that was done. At first glance he noticed the seals accross the cowl were not adhering to the windshield.There were areas where I could stick my finger inside and touch the bottom of the window and and areas that were detached enough that water could run down the window and leak inside of my car. The other issue is the passenger side windshield wiper fluid was not working. He advised me to take it back to A Team. Friday July 15 I took it back and explained the issue in which I was immediately met with a denial of anything done incorrectly. The lead auto tech looked at the reported issue and stated the windshield fluid cap was broken and that they would replace it but the seals on the cowl was not their responsibility because it was brought to them that way and that it was a wear out over time issue. I immediately explained to him that my cowl was not warn out and the seals were not detached before they started working on my car. He dismissed my claim and stated he needed to order the windshield wiper cap which took them 45 minutes to replace. After the repair he stated he was done and that I shouldn't have problems. I asked what were they going to do about the seal and could they put some sealant around the detached areas and he stated they could not do anything that I would have to replace the cowl. I stated again that they messed it up when they removed my windshield and he commenced to argue me down about it being warn out and it was already that way and that it comes from the cowl being in the sun and warn.. Well the problem is I have a garage and I work from home so my car isn't outside in the sun so his claim got refuted and then he immediately dismissed me once I told him that. This place was unprofessional in dealing with my problem. 1 they broke my windshield fluid cap 2 destroyed my cowl.. I noticed the cap was minimal in cost to replace but the cowl cost more than the replacement of the windshield which is why I believe they tried to blame wear and tear instead of fixing their negligence. Affordable good value don't go anywhere else they are also fast and can get you in sooner than safelite can and for much cheaper

They were AWESOME!!! My appointment was at 10 am and they took my car right on back, replaced my windshield and i was out by 10:40. And not to mention the friendly office staff. If I wver need glass work done again. They will be my first call. Highly recommend.

Had a crack on my driver side windshield on Monday night. Made an insurance claim but the insurance company had me put the claim though a different company and it was going take 2 weeks for them to either come out and replace the windshield or for me to come in to a shop to replace it. Tuesday called around and one of the places I called up was McCarthy Collision Center and they info me that they go with A-Team Glass Inc. Called up A-Team Glass and after talking with staff they info that they can have a mobile tech out on Thursday either morning or afternoon. Picked afternoon Thursday. Tech came out and got the job done. Thank you A-Team I really appreciate everything you all did. The new windshield looks great. I would recommend A-Team to all my friends and family.

I called right after they opened. Lady over phone gave me price and said they could have glass in by the afternoon around 3pm. I got call around 11am to come in if I m close by. Took approximately an hour to replace the glass very fast service. Same day replacement unlike the quote Safelite have for next week and $20 more. Friendly front end staff would recommend.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Mystery crack in van windshield meant replacement, and Dave's Roe Shop recommended A-Team. Replacement was scheduled quickly (2 days) at a convenient time for me and the work was done in about an hour and a half. I chose to bring the van in (threat of rain) but their mobile option is the same price. Waiting room was adequate with Keurig, popcorn machine, TV, reading materials, and a bathroom. Everybody was really friendly and helpful, and yes they vacuumed the front before giving me back the keys (bonus!) Windshield looks great and price was affordable (self pay), highly recommend.

Awesome customer service from start to finish and we have been telling everyone about our experience!Christy was excellent on the phone in working around our schedule in a pinch as well as helpful on some additional calls. Tony Griffith, repairman, was prompt in arriving, called first as requested, patient with all our questions, professional, friendly & efficient. Owner Brandon was very good as well on phone interactions.Appreciated "up front" pricing with no hidden add-on surprises like mobile charge.All your 5-star ratings are well-deserved:)

I don't often write reviews, but this business deserves it. They did a great job replacing the windshield molding on my older car. Both surfaces of the windshield were also cleaned very well. This place was also a little bit less expensive than others in which I received estimates.

I called A Team Glass to repair a chip in my windshield. When I spoke with them, they informed me that I should contact my insurance company because chips in windshields are sometimes covered 100% (no deductible). I did just that, my insurance company confirmed this and that A Team Glass was an approved service provider. I called to schedule for the next day and they came out and repaired the chip at my workplace. The tech. was friendly, professional, and fast. It's nice to know that this company is looking out for their customers. I would recommend A Team Glass to anyone for their glass repair needs. Thanks for the great work!

A- Team got me in the day after my windshield and rear glass were shattered by a large rock that was thrown at my car. Women I spoke with on the phone were so helpful with scheduling. They had me ready by 10 am, and even cleaned up all the shattered glass for me! I was really anxious about driving because of the accident and not having to deal with the mess afterwards was so helpful! My driver's side window wouldn't roll up, so I brought to A-Team Glass and they fixed it. Then after a month my window wouldn't roll up again and they fixed it free of charge. Now, I'm back again because my driver's side window won't roll up and they are not charging me again. Hopefully this time it works. I gave this business five stars because the ppl that work here are so nice and they genuinely care about your needs. I would highly recommend A-Team glass for all of your glass needs.

I had a unique situation involving the back window glass of my SUV. Part of a bolt (that went thru the back glass) had broke and it wasn t able to open and shut correctly.I found A-Team via one of the owners on Facebook and was able to get my SUV over to them the same day. Travis took a look at it and was able to offer a glass repair solution vs full glass replacement. Much more cost effective. This was 3 days ago and the repair job they did was awesome. Thanks guys! Excellent customer service!! They replaced a windshield for me in the Spring of 2018. However, my wife noticed a "distortion" in her line of sight. We let go for a few months until my wife couldn't stand it anymore. I called and Brandon replaced the windshield again...new glass looks perfect!! Thanks all!
