Kerry was such a huge help. They took the time to call me and let me know my brakes were getting bad even though i hadn t went in for that! Getting me in for mounting of new tires and an alignment (every other shop was weeks out). Dropped off at 7am and picked up same day 10am. Their prices are unmatched and their care for their customers don t go unnoticed! WAY BETTER THEN ANY DOBBS, PLAZATIRE, ETC.Service: Tires

These guys are awesome. When dobbs quoted 1300 of work they got it done for $700. They had a quick turnaround time and excellent customer service.

I don't typically write reviews but if any business deserves a 5-star rating, it's Xperienced T&A. After the Ford dealer failed to repair my 2014 Explorer correctly (but charged me $$$ of coarse!) I was referred here and I found myself more than pleased with Kerry. He looked at, test-drove, and diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back on the road. Kerry and his mechanic are incredibly knowledgeable. They are friendly, and professional. They have "old school" business ethics (like honesty in work and pricing) and I highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes

I had exhaust work done he said it would take 1-2 days max it took 4 days. I called him every day asking when he expected to have it done he kept insisting he would have it done that day. Finally after I get it back it has multiple exhaust leaks half the clamps were not tightened down. I called and asked him to fix it he agreed told me to bring it in on july 6 and it would be done the same day. I asked him if it would be done on the same day and not take Extra time because I need my truck to haul cars. After I asked him if it would be done on the same day he started yelling at me about how he went above and beyond to get the work done. After I told him that he did junk work he told me to forget it and hung up. I would never recommend this place to have work done. Super unprofessional and does lousy work that anyone could do better at home. TLDR Work will take twice as long as stated and will be half finished and he will decline to finish his work.Service: Exhaust

I have been using using Kerry to work on several of my vehicles for many years. Every time is a positive experience, which is why I continue to go back. Pricing is fair, turn around time is good, but most importantly, I trust his work. They literally just jacked my vehicle up, destroyed the rear control arm, and damaged the front end. I can barely get it home. It s destroyed. They said that it was like that when I drove it in. DO NOT GO TO THESE FLY BY NIGHT SCAMMERS! I m waiting for a return call from my attorney now. Don t make the same mistake that I made by going to these moronsThis guy claims that he has pictures from before he worked on it? Lol He took those pictures about 30 minutes after it was pulled out of the garage. I used my debit card for purchase. The time that I paid is on my phone. The time that he took the pictures is on his phone, so we ll see how that lie works out for him. Also, I hardly left and came back. I drove to the stop sign that s right off the parking lot and immediately turned around. You destroyed it WITH the lift. Your meth head employee couldn t find anywhere on the car to pick it up. He kept trying, and you ultimately had to do it for him. You are incompetent, and a crook. Your parking lot is a junkyard of broken down personal vehicles, and that s the truthAnd boxes for a place to stay? Lol. You are a compulsive liar! I told you that I have my own business making picture and art frames, and that I could use them for shipping. I have proof of my business and daily shipping as well, along with my house that I own, which would prove that everything that you say is a lie. I ll see you in court, no doubt! I bought a 2004 ford windstar needed a fuel system put in cause it wouldn't start. So Kerry and his guys did a diagnose on it and new exactly what it was. The van was sitting for 10 years it had a half tank at least of bad gas. They changed the fuel pump, filter rail lines and all 6 of the injectors now she's up and running. I highly recommend these guys great work and good people

Friendly and fast, with good business ethics. Kerry and his team went the extra mile to save me a LOT of money on a failed transmission by dealing my warranty company to get me a fair deal on a replacement.I purchased a used car 10 months ago that was now experiencing transmission issues. My car dealer, Lou Fusz Subaru STL, attempted to get me to overspend on needed repairs, along with THOUSANDS of unnecessary repairs (like up to $10k). I almost got a new car but decided to come here for a second opinion. Kerry spent time with me over the phone and told me in great detail the issues he saw and provided his recommendations going forward with associated cost estimates. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem being the catalytic converter and found a great price replacement and fixed it quickly. He did not try to upsell or play the games the corporate shops do. Kerry and his guy are great. Very polite and professional! We thought the problem was bearings replaced them and come to find out it was just the tire. He didn't charge me for the labor for the bearing(taking off and putting back on). They were very kind and helpful but they didn't find out what was causing my car not to start sometimes but I ended up selling it right before it blew up on the person I sold it to sadly so there was definitely something wrong with it but I had it looked at another place as well they didn't find anything either
