After working, to be able to go and set in a quiet place, wonderful. Soon, I started visiting with another lady I hadn't seen in a while. It was relaxing. Then, a young gentleman said to the nice lady almost done, but I want to ask about tires. 2 need attention, not right now, but soon. Then another young man said, "And you are ready now too. Said my goodbyes and thanks you. VERY NICE

Went in to order a truck they took all my information. Told me when window opens come back and place it. Received called couple days later saying they have almost new used trucks came come look. I told her I want order new one she told me they are not going to order till all used ones a gone. This was back in June

The service department is terrific! They went out of their way to help me with a last-minute vehicle issue and when they discovered they needed another part, they provided transportation to get me home.

These people went above and beyond to get my truck repaired. Was a warranty job and probably had the potential to be a long drawn out situation and the people in charge just stepped up and made sure the right things happened so that I got my vehicle back ASAP. Kelly in the shop and Josh up front and your whole team I really appreciate you stepping up to bat for me! Keep up the good work and I will be back.

Need to put prices of vehicles on web site shouldn't have to call for price. Other places aren't so secretive of their dealings. Makes you wonder why they don't post.

Will not buy local ever again. Bought a suburban not even 3 months later transmission went out. We put 6,000 down on it then they told us it would cost us another 6,000 for a transmission.

I was driving through this area with two of my children and two dogs when I started having issues with my vehicle. My husband was a few hours away and I a few hours from home. I saw this dealership and pulled in to the service area and told them what was going on. Having no appointment, not even a Ford, in an area completely unfamiliar to me, these guys took my vehicle in and fixed the issue no questions asked. The very meaning of great people. I was so appreciative. Next time I ll drive my Escape ;)

Piney River Ford is always fast and efficient with all of their services. If they need to keep your car or truck for any reason they will offer you a loaner car. They will also come to your house and pick up your vehicle. Great service.

Great dealership and great people. I was interested in purchasing a truck. I scheduled an appointment to see the one I was interested in but my work schedule keep me late. When I called to reschedule they welcomed me after hours so I could keep the appointment. Both the finance manager and one of the owners waited. No pressure was put on me to buy. I was hoping to negotiate a lower price. The sales manager said they had already quoted the best price available. Last night I went online and did a nationwide search. Only to find that he was right. Today I am the happy owner of a new truck. Thank you so much!

Heather was awsome. The whole lot of them lol. All polite,and easy to talk too. My wife and I even bought a truck because of Heather's awesomeness to provide excellent sales service and a price that was right.My wife and I were not pushed around verbally,or sought after like a shark, like most lots do.They even fixed our Focus.

I wouldn't even give them a star rating, took them a month to figure out a misfire on my moms car in Jan. I was a fool for bringing my dads truck there for a front end alignment because they couldn't line it up because the steering wheel was crooked. I took it to a local shop for half the price and guess what. It drove great and the steering wheel was straight. The service manager Kelly has a big head and doesn't know how to run a shop. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want poor quality work and no guarantee in there work. Very poor service dept

I have purchased 2 vehicles here and the salesman were easy to work with. When I stopped in recently to ask questions they were great at answering them without hassle. They have been a low or no pressure sales staff and the pressure honestly comes from the banks not the staff. These have been my experiences with them and I hope that doesnt change when new management takes over March 27, 2020.

Renewed my faith in Ford. After dealing with Wehr Ford and having them lie and take way to long to get my vehicle fixed. Piney River Ford is a little further, but so worth the trip for excellent service.

Total waste of time. Called ahead and made an appointment to get an alinement done. Specifically asked about the year, make, and model of my vehicle. They said yes they could do it. Arrived, they took in my truck, then called me and told me that it was too big to fit on their machine and they couldn t do an alignment on it. Very displeased with their customer service. Would not recommend.

We were vacationing 5 hours from home when we got an error message on our Ford F250 Super Duty. Pitney River got us in the same day and fixed the truck! Very nice and knowledgable!

Been waiting since April 7th to get my car repaired from hail damage! Went for my rescheduled apt today no rental set up or available and still running behind! In the meantime the Dealership was sold! Taking my business elsewhere!!
