Justin and his staff have taken very good care of my and my family's insurance needs. They are always so friendly and helpful from the smallest question to any major issue I was having. Glad they are my insurance agent because I have had agents before that didn't care if they helped.

This is the worst insurance experience I ve ever had. I became a customer because I wanted to support local business in Houston, but that turned out to bite me hard. Earlier this year I added a 2nd car to my plan and they inexplicably charged me $180 for doing so, added to my bill over the next 3 months. I called to ask why and the ladies in the office never have any clue about my questions, even after they hang up and go ask someone. They called me back and STILL could not explain why I was charged so much just for adding a vehicle, which was on top of the insurance rate for that vehicle. Once the 3 months were over, my bill finally returned to the amount it should have been in the first place, but it wasn t long before they started raising my rates for absolutely no reason. I had a multi-line discount that was canceled for no reason and all of a sudden they started charging me 40% more for my original car I first added to the plan. My bill changes literally EVERY month and they told me there is no way I can pay 6 months in advance - they force me to pay every month and they use this to their advantage - my bill hasn t been consistent for 2 months straight all year. This is insane. The lady at the office told me that Shelby would call me himself to explain everything but that call never happened. I don t trust these people anymore. It s just a bunch of high fees and broken promises.

Tammy, Darby and all of the professional yet personable staff are the Best! ANYtime I have ever asked a question, needed a printout, a quote or information they have taken the time to get the information correct and quickly respond! They are a United team that can assist anyone with anything. I have never called or gone in when whoever was there stammered and struggled to help me. No call has ever been treated as unimportant or a hassle. In the office is eye to eye contact and they articulate and break it down till you understand it! Please don t change!!! State Farm Insurance - Justin Shelby office in Houston, MO! You are the Best Team!

I have used State Farm for my auto insurance since I started driving and been through every agent that has came through since then. Justin and his staff have been helpful multiple times with our auto, home, renters, life insurance, and retirement portfolios. The staff is top notch and quick to help with questions. I'd definitely reccomend checking them out if you ever need insurance, loans, or retirement options.

Hello, I ve been using StateFarm for our homeowners insurance along with our vehicles and many other things for many years. You are greeted with a friendly StateFarm family service team and you will always be guaranteed a smile on your face when you leave! If you don t have insurance I d definitely recommend StateFarm!

Just went in for a notarized stamp and walked OUT with renters and auto insurance plus the notarized was free ...Good people great service and very helpful Top shelf in my book!!

Great place to do business these are some of best people to handle whatever you need I have my home and auto insurance with them . I will not go anywhere else for auto financing. And with their ability to invest in IRA's they will be handling my retirement savings when the time comes they have EARNED my trust respect and admiration!

HORRIBLE!! I called to get my payment back that they took out of my account without permission and they ran me around the mulberry Bush and I called Justin himself and he never returned my call! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND STATE FARM JUSTIN SHELBY TO ANYBODY! EVER.
