On the road from Texas and my battery quit. The staff at this store were friendly and professional readily finding a selection of batteries for my vehicle. Upon purchase, they offered to even install the battery for me. I preferred to do it myself, so they loaned me the tools and when I finished they let me use their bathroom to wash my hands. 15 minutes later I m back on the road! Awesome store and folks!!! Thanks y all!

My Jeep broke down this evening while we were in Hollister. The employees at this store need a hefty raise! They were so incredibly helpful and kind to us. I was blown away by their sincerity towards all of us. We had three kids who hadn t ever experienced anything like this, and the two men who were working went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Thank you both so much!

Went in asking for car help on a road trip and couldn t be less helpful. Not a single other customer in sight and the employees just chatted away behind the counter with each other. They sold us the wrong product. We went to oreillys across the street and they told us we had the completely wrong product- unfortunate when the man working has on his name tag customer satisfaction manager

My girlfriend & I stopped here on our way to on camping trip when our oil light popped up. We had a technician come out and run the diagnostic. It was a pending code for a 6 cylinder misfire, which he explained in full detail. He answered every question we had about the vehicle, gave helpful advice, and directed us to a local mechanic who was able to solve our issue. This man showed exemplary customer service as well as empathy and made us feel comfortable.

I went over to O'Reilly's and they hooked up a code reader to see what the code was. I was able to determine what the problem was with my car and saved a lot of money because they offer the service. I have purchased products here regularly they are always quality and any problems I've ever had they have always worked with me to help me Resolve them. Highly recommend them!

They sell the cheapest garbage parts! 3 different alternators ordered before one actually spun around. Now that its installed it doesnt charge. They will only honor a warranty if ya make a vig enough ordeal. Moral of this story. Autozone is across the street. They know how to take care of someone. And have quality parts. Unlike oreilly auto parts.

The person that helped me was awesome. The charging system failure light came on in my truck. Went to Oreillys in Hollister. They tested both my battery and my alternator. Found my alternator was bad and found that the alternator failure had drained my battery. Said battery could be put on a charger and probably get more time out of it once alternator is fixed. Battery was 6 years old so I replaced both. He put the new battery in for me so I could get home. Gave me multiple options on battery pricing and alternator pricing. They went above and beyond.

My experience at this O Reilly s location was wonderful. A gentleman by the name of Cody helped me. He was very knowledgeable about parts and legal issues. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Our engine light was on, so we took our car to O'Reilly's where they will scan it for free. After scanning it, he told us we could use a certain product, which was only $20, to fix the issue. The product worked great. its saved us the money of going to the mechanic.

Was on vacation in the area and had a battery go bad. They set me up with a new one and installed in a matter of minutes. Didn't get the guys name but he was so nice and helpful. Absolutely recommend

Employee who just got off work came out the back side door cussing at a customer that was broke down and changing the part that was just bought from them for taking up the parking lot. So the customers said you can get out and he said if you think you can then do it, so the customers got his car out for him. When he was told we were gonna call corporate office, he said ok that's fine my name is charles.

Chad was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. 2 other customers also stopped and assisted us (Shawn and his wife) as we worked in the direct sun on a Saturday morning in their parking lot.

, I do not know about the other O'Reilly's but the one in Hollister is terrible. I ordered parts for a brake job which included new calipers and caliper brackets. They kept telling me that they didn't have the parts I needed and when I went in and talked to the manager he assured me that they did have them which they did but then they gave me the wrong ones. While getting the parts the sales clerk denied ever having talk to me about them and got defensive and belligerent. I would have only given this review one star but I added a star because the manager was wonderfully helpful and apologetic

Some of the staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable. Placed a order for a specific item ( brought in the part I wanted). The wrong part was ordered and took 3 days to get the part I requested.

Bought a battery for my car back in Dec 2017 O'Reilly installed it. Didn't fit so sold me a tie down kit. Got home battery was loose. Drove 20 miles back found out it was improperly installed. Never going back!

Well let s put it like this you don t have many other choices for car parts either is O Reilly ore waiting on a Ebay ore Amazon order. Walmart might have it for a couple of bucks more ore less the thing is if you need it they got it think about and get it, they always give you a good customer service and they will help you get the right part for you.

Chad and Kyle went far beyond any service I have ever got at an auto parts store they both spent hours trying to help me figure out the biggest failure of automotive brake system design thank you General Motors after about four hours of fighting my brake line fittings Chad came up with a solution to at least get me down the road it was an impossible job from the start but they never gave up much respect and I will definitely be giving that location my business from here on
