These guys are literally the worst I ve experienced. After charging much more than the estimate, they did not fix everything we agreed on and took twice as long. Worst, they charged the battery BACKWARDS and blew all the fuses. I had to have it towed out of there and repaired at a legitimate shop. They caused $1,000 worth of damage to my vehicle then refused to pay for repairs. I will now have to take them to court to pay for the damage they caused. All this place cares about is milking as much insurance money as they can. I couldn t recommend this place less. DO NOT bring your vehicle here.

You would be foolish to do business here... They lost the key to my truck, and gave a bid to the insurance company without even starting or moving my truck..the excuse was they were doing as the insurance adjuster advised them to do....They don't care if your vehicle is fixed or not..they just wish to help the insurance company take your money...

You would be foolish to do business with these people and you will get screwed.. they lost the key to my truck and placed a bid in with the insurance company without even starting it or moving it..fyi. I had it towed there because the lady crawled into it and knocked the gear shifter off.. They do bad business.. And I did report it to the Better Business Bureau Shame on them

Quick and extremely accurate quotes. Good people, good business. Excellent job on my car! Won't price gouge like Crash Champions(they quoted me $1100 more and took me calling three to four times to get my quote back 9 hours later after having an appointment scheduled...) Hopefully I won't be needing service anytime soon, but definitely would go back Kivett's Body Shop if i need it! Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

took my vehicle to Kivett's and they did an amazing job on my wrecked car! Jimmy is honest and he and his staff do a tremendous job. I always recommend them to anyone who needs some body work done!

Very Poor Customer Service. The do not stand behind the work they do and berated me on the phone when I simply just tried to get the car back into their shop to fix what they thought was fixed. Don't believe them when they say they have a lifetime warranty on their work, it's false. Good Ole Boy mentality type of stuff going on down there I'd suggest staying far away from this place.
