I m. Waiting on my $1045.00 I pd them. For a problem they did not fix And. A gasket. Put on due to truck leaking. Oil. Picked up truck. On a Friday. And had a towing bill of $300. From cape Girardeau! Called. Text left messages. For months. No body cared to respond to me at. Not 1 time. Told better business bureau. There s no way I could of communicated so many times with no response ! Like I was lying. It s odd all messages were perfectly. Communicated Taking. My $1045.00. Until I called and let them know truck had not been fixed . They tried To tell BBBUREU THAT. IT WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM. THAT HAD AOCCURED. BECAUSE. AGE OF THE TRUCK! This was not the case. . Also told Bbb that they would be happy to look at the seal they put on that started leaking. Labor alone for that was. $550.00. Not 1 time did owner ever respond!!!! Take any responsibility. Of saying I do apologize. For not fixing the problem. And the. Bad labor performed and mistakes were made. Here s your $ back. No. He talked fast. Made excuses to Bbb. Nort me. They stole my $!!! Deduct. 2. Antifreeze bottles. You bought and that s it and that s fair!!! I had. To pay $300 towing bill because you didn t fix why I brought it in. I had yo pay other shop. To find and correct. Problem they did. And u never would communicate with me! Not one time. If min contacting u 4 x a week ! Had to pay them to fix the gasket u put on wrong and was leaking oil. You have treated me horribly!!! If I owed u $1045. 00. Would you walk away? I m not either until you do what is honest and professional. And keeps their word. In their advertising!!! If not. It shows. How unprofessional, how you lie and say the customers safety and concerns are our priority! So much. Of. 60 x Contacting. You in different ways. You never responded. !! But you responded with a lot of fast words. To the better business bureau! Lol! You know you did my dirty. And took my $ for services no rendered. ! Make it right?Service: Engine repair

Aaron is professional and does quality work on ALL 3 of my vehicles for 8 years. I had basic maintenance done on my car and had the best front end Alignment. My car is only 2 years old and now drives like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I would recommend them for sure keep up the good work Gazaway...

Excellent customer service! Six months ago I took my truck in for a minor vibration. They fixed the vibration by replacing the u-joint. Six months later the u-joint failed right next to Gazaway and they fixed the issue for FREE since it was part that they just replaced! They went above and beyond to make things right!

Super convenient, not 5 miles from my house. Very friendly and attentive. Needed to get my car inspected made a call and they fit me in to there schedule almost immediately. Thanks for your accommodations guys will do business again.

Went to get new rear brakes on my GMC Sierra 3500 Dually. Ended up getting all replaced after inspection. They worked on it all day, very happy with the service and hard work that they performed. Stayed late so that I could take my truck home. Awesome job!!

Gazaway Collision Center is worth all 5 stars! They had my vehicle in and out in great time and it was perfect....looked the same as the first day I bought it. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers in a time of need.

Aaron, Kahla and the crew are masters at turning projects around quickly. That garage is pack full of knowledgeable mechanics, they know how to explaining complex issues so you really understand what needs to be accomplished. Great value, awesome service!

I just went in for a safety inspection for my truck but I noticed all the bays were full. Everyone was working. The receptionist was friendly. I would suspect it would be a good place to have your vehicle worked on

Honest fast affordable service. I looked everywhere to get a lift new tires and wheels on my new rubicon with everyone over charging and tryin to sell me things i didnt need. Went here glad i did he knows his stuff. Teraflex lift new bumper tires wheels def gave my jeep the look i wanted. Still have more to do but def will get it done here. Honesty goes a long way in my book.

The people at Gazaway Auto are awesome! They're honest and fair.Recently I was driving to work and my car over-heated. I pulled over at the nearest gas station, which happened to be next door to Gazaway Auto, and then my car died. This was at roughly 6am. I tried to turn it back on after 20mins, but it was still in the red. I decided to leave my car with Gazaway and I left them my key and slid a note in the front door.My car was ready the next day. I was just low on coolant. They could've told me anything was wrong with my car, but instead they really helped me. I paid by phone and picked my car up the next day. Great experience :o) I'd definitely go back.

Fast service! Comfortable waiting area. Nice staff. Offer's full inspection. Seems to be a rarity around Hillsboro w/out a long wait. Prefer an independent shop over a chain.

They checked out my ac in my car, which unfortunately turned out would cost more than the car was worth, but they didn't charge me a dime to check it. Will definitely be returning !!
