I picked up my car after waiting months for the vehicle to be finished. They do not brother to call when the car is finished either, I had to call. My car was completely trash and there where scratches and scruffs all over my paneling and pieces of the paneling wasn t even completely installed. My steering column is also not straight and the paneling around my carpet wasn t even installed after they removed it. Complete trash of a place. The lady at the front desk will change the price on you, so if she gives you any kind of price upfront, be sure to have some proof.

We have brought many vehicles here and they are always honest straight forward with us. If it s something that is out of their scope of they won t do it. I trust bringing my new car here for all the mileage check points, oil changes, brakes and anything else the are able to do. I love seeing how they put employees first too! Great place to go to get work done on your vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Amazing family shop treated me like family and I actually shed a tear while sitting there the mother and father came in to say high and it reminded me of my grandma and grandpa the Notebook. This shop was ble to get me in within 24hours after my call to them. The receptionist was very nice . Very prompt service. I was in and out in no times. Sometimes you have to wait long past your appointment time for repair shops to start on your car. Not here. I really appreciated the quality of service I recieved from this shop. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Thank you Baker's! I-ll remember your shop the next time I need to take my car in for service. Good job!

We have used Bakers for years and been very happy with our experiences. Today we had an oil change done on the same vehicle they've done several times before usually cost $30 and some change. The price was double today, we paid $60 and some change. When asked why, we were told the price of everything has gone up, of course, but also they put a higher grade of oil in this time. I asked why? Why this time and not the others? The lady on the phone told me usually the boys just look at what can be used and use that type of oil but today she looked it up and it called for a FULL SYNTHETIC oil so that's what was used. Why didn't they use the FULL SYNTHETIC oil all the previous times???? She told me in the future to state what type of oil we wanted put in the car. GOOD customer service would be to ask me first if there's a choice dont just assume! Charge me the usual price (what you have always charged) this time and then we will know to designate what type oil we want next time. Oh wait, there wont be a next time! We can take it to the dealership for that price!!! OH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHERE HAVE YOU GONE? And businesses wonder why they are going under.

We took our Silverado in because it was shaking. Baker s had our truck for a full week for diagnostics, which definitely put us out. They said they didn t find anything wrong with it and charged us a diagnostic fee. My husband drives the truck to and from work, totaling around 1 hour a day. We ve had the truck back for less than two weeks and are now having to pay to have it towed because it broke down. I called Bakers to see if they could get it in and if they could refund us the diagnostic fee or give us a credit and they refused. The receptionist was confrontational and rude. To me, it seems like they never really looked into the issue to begin with. They just charged us almost $100 to let it sit in their lot for a week. I don t recommend this place of business.

I have been using Baker's for over 20 years. I love this family and they have done great work at a reasonable price. I do not worry when I use them, I know I am in good hands. Great customer service! I even go there for oil changes on all my cars. Highly recommend!

I had the oil changed on my car this morning, which I have Baker's do on a regular basis. Today my bill doubled. When we called to inquire about this we were told that our model requires synthetic oil and that is why the price was higher. My question is what were you all putting in my car the last several times it was serviced? The answer we were given was less than satisfactory. We were told they looked up the oil that was supposed to be used THIS TIME. I do my best to use local businesses when possible, but I was charged as much or more than I would taking it to the dealer. I am extremely unhappy and feel as though I should have at least been offered the difference back. My wife and I will do our best to let everyone and anyone I know of these questionable practices.

Took my car in to get my suspension done, they said I needed to order something else, ok no problem. Said she was gunna have the mechanic drive my car around and see if theres any other problems. They call me back 2 hours later and tell me my car is fine and that they won't do it. Picked up my car it had the same ammount of gas from when i dropped it off so they never drove my car. They also didn't put my hub caps back on properly and they came off my car while I was driving down the road. I suggested finding a different shopService: Steering & suspension repair

We have used Bakers for many years! They are very polite and courteous. Their repair services are reasonably priced and the work is done in a timely, professional manner! We would recommend their shop to anyone in need of auto repair service!

Best auto technicians, great family run auto repair shop honest, fair priced, and friendly staff.The only place that I will take my vehicles for service.They also do hydro dipping, and sell and customize golf carts.Best mechanics in Saint Louis!

Nice staff honest and decent prices no nonsense approach and flexible with schedule and your needs n happy to answer questions . Have had inspection done and I no showed earlier in day and they plugged me in same day and without any attitude

Fixed wife''s truck exhaust and inspection on Friday worked three hours pass closing to get done also very resonance would highly recommend also want to tell people stay away from house sing muffler ripped me off on my blazer
