Cheap, fast, and well.You can only pick two. Walmart's auto care center provides cheap and well, and doesn't have the capacity for fast.If you want it done fast and well, you'll have to go pay 120 for your full synthetic oil change somewhere else.

Heather the department manager, all staff today phenomenal job. Yes I came in no appointment. Got a big Ole bolt in my front driver side tire on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, ended up buying two new front tires to match. Wait was expected as they were shorthanded. However did my grocery shopping and patience is key. Now home and relaxing. Tires look amazing. Again thank you and all staff in the automotive department were great to deal with. No negative vibes. I'll be back to check in on how Tires are doing in a few months.

We had an appointment for an oil change at three we were told at Five (two hours later) that they were unable to perform the oil change due to incompatible filters. Keep in mind we've had our oil changed there multiple times before. Then to top it all off they reset the oil life to 100 so we have no clue how much is left. Awful experience overall.

they dont try to sell you on things you dont need like dobbs. the prices are great on tires and oil change.

No reason for an appointment clearly. Showed up at my appointment time just for one tire change been one hour and they still haven t even taken the car in.

I came in with a flat tire moments after closing. I had been in-between the gas station air pump and here for a pressure gauge twice now. I asked Dylan if there was any way they could help with a flat even though they re locking up, he worked quickly and efficiently and got my car in and out. I am so thankful since I have work later tonight and couldn t go without the tire work. Thank you to the high ridge auto team tonight and especially Dylan

Prompt service. Had all 4 tires changed and an oil change. Took about 2 hours. Happy with it.

Terrible service. Was told an hour to 1 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 80 min. Find out they haven't even started and told another hour to an hour and a half wait. No cars in any of the bays when I left....really disappointed.

I purchased my tires online. The online service allowed me to pick an available time for the high ridge tire department to install the purchased tires. I arrived at 9:42 am and was told by the gentleman at the counter my vehicle was next. Well it is 12:26 and I am watching my vehicle be pulled into the shop. I watched three other vehicles get pulled in after shopping for groceries for an hour and a half. Blame is placed on corporate by the employees and they don't seem to care about a customer's wait time with an appointment. Just writing this review for other customers to understand this tire center takes their sweet time with no worry to your time. I understand walmart doesn't care about the customer review because there is always ten more customers lined up behind you. And reading all the other reviews no walmart employees has responded to ask what can be done for a better experience going forward. So future shoppers beware. Make sure you have a few hours set aside here. Time spent waiting with an appointment was 3 hours and 18 minutes.Service: Auto tire replacement

I love this Walmart, but never will I use this tire center again. Waited 7 hours. They broke something on my tire. Said it was taken care of. Left with the new tires and my tire light went on the next day. The issue they broke wasn t fixed. Said it was broke before coming. Had to get a manager involved. Absolute nightmare. Never again. Please get tires somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Went in for new tires, they charged me an insane amount for just two of them. Two days later I noticed on e of the tires had gone completely flat. I called them about it and they asked me if I had a warranty for them. They never told me or even offered that when I bought them. They told me to bring it in then charged me 15 for a flat tire repair. A few days later my tire is once again flat. Now I have to get a new tire. Don t buy tires here.Service: Tires

Got 2 new tires in Springfield as an emergency and one of them blew out on my way home. I know it wasn t anyones fault they gave me a defective tire but high ridge Walmart made it right and replaced my tire, I just had to pay $10 for a new warranty. They also repaired my leaking valve stem for free when I had to go back a second time for a flat on the 2nd new tire.Don t buy Douglas tires, you get what you pay for. Everyone at this automotive center was lovely though, great customer service. Just go early in the morning (in and out in 30 minutes) since it s first come first serve and you could wait a few hours.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I took my vehicle here to get a tire plugged. It took some time for someone to come to the counter to assist me. The bays were empty, but maybe they were busy doing something in the back. I spent around 1.5-2 hours waiting for my car, but I shopped around for a little bit. I think it costs a total of $15, and now I'm good to go. Overall it's the service you would expect from a Walmart store, so I don't have any complaints.

They advertise a bunch of different tires online but when you get there they never have them in stock so you have to order them. They are usually cheaper than most competitors.

1st day went there and there was a 2 hr wait. I wasn't aloud to make an appointment. FCFS. 2nd day I went there the same guy from the night B4, walks in. I asked what's the wait like this morning? It was 830am. He says idk I just got here. Mind you my daughter and I had been standing there already for 20 mins waiting for anyone to check us in or greet us and this jerk walks up just being totally unprofessional. Their customer service skills there are awful! I will never go back. But hey everything happens for a reason. I went down the road to the express lube place by McDonald's. They had no problems getting me in, it was $20 cheaper, way better customer service skills, and I got a free car wash!

I was told it would take one hour and 45 min for an oil change. So I waited. But others were put in line ahead of me because they knew a worker. I have been waiting for 2 and a half hours and it's still not done. Everytime I come here this happens. I see people come in after me for the exact same oil change that I get but yet are done before me. And they never do what they say they will do. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. This is absolutely ridiculous and costumer sucks

I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. They said 45 min. Came back an hour later to check. My car was moved over to a different spot. I said great my car is done. They checked and no the man said they just move cars some time. So I asked them why is the car that was behind me in there now.. I don't know I'll check he said. Then he said there is still another car in front of yours. But I promise I will get yours in next. So I went outside then try pull another car in. By this time one hour and a half later. I said just forget it. She gave me my keys and I left. I noticed my gauge said oil life 100 per cent. I went back and said I guess I owe you for a oil change. I paid and asked hey do I even get a 5 Dollar coupon for being honest and coming back. They just laughed. I did not think this was funny at all and still don't.

Waited 3 and a half hours for my tie to be fixed. It was just a nail in the tread. Should have been a 10 dollar fix. They came to me said you need a new tire it's 65 dollars. Ended up being 85 dollars 45 minutes after they pulled my car in. The cashier was unprofessional. Im not going back there for any kind of auto service again. Very disappointed.

Was told there were no cars ahead of me so it would only be 20-30 minutes for my tires. After waiting an hour I was told the computers crashed and they lost my info so they never even started. Now there are multiple cars ahead of me so I've been bumped even though i was here long before the others. Horrible customer service and a total waste of time. After waiting over an hour I had to leave without ever getting tires. Such a waste. Will never go back.

Worst experience yet.DO NOT GO HERE for auto service. An average tire change takes 45 mins. I have spent over 3x that amount waiting. Got here around 4:30 and they close at 7. It is currently 6:51. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never receive my service or anyone I knows service again. Wasted almost 3 hours of my time.

Came in for oil change 3 hour wait without even saying anything even though they knew I would be in store . Learned my lesson now I ask and the guy in back said well 40-45 minutes ..... an hour an 45 minutes later it was done. I won t go back .

I payed for warranty when I bought my tires but they wouldn't warranty when I got a nail in 1 on the side. Why did I buy a warranty for them then ? That's what a warranty is for. Was a waste of money & my time. I will remove this if they fix this problem.

I kept getting a flat tire, I took my vehicle in. They got me right in and fixed me up while I shopped. Only costed 15 bucks.

I got here around 9:30 and still here waiting to get 1 new tire. I have been here about 2.5 hrs but its typical of Walmart. Plenty of work but few staff to help the customers.

Brought a tire for a patch. Took it off the car and brought just the tire and even marked on the tire where the hole was. They tell us it'll be "about an hour" so wr wander around for an hour and a half. Go back to the auto center, nope still not done. Sat in parkinglot for another hour and a half and they finally deliver.

Great customer service. Had to bring tires from another location to this location. They were very helpful compared to the customer service at the first location. I will always come here first in the future.

Don not come here for an oil change. They said there was no one ahead of me and they would get me right in. Took them 2 HOURS. Had I known that I would've done it myself.

Called to see if they had time to patch a tire for me. I was placed on hold without even being greeted and left there. After being on hold for five minutes I gave up. Won t try again I assure you.
