Adam is amazing, trustworthy and will not waste your time. Prices are fair and reasonable and you can tell everyone loves working here. He explained everything to me when we had issue after issue with my Jeep and I will be telling everyone about this wonderful shop. I will also be coming back with any future automotive needs! Do yourself a favor, pick okeane!

I took my Older Toyota Camry on Friday February 2 to O'Keane Automotive Services in High Ridge. . I was Very Please about their Honesty and their Work.I talk to Adam, who is very nice Owner and he was Very Honest and Up front with me on what needed to be repaired on my car and what didn't.I highly recommend them.

Being an older woman I am used to being dismissed by male based companies. This is not the case with O Keane Automotive in High Ridge, MO. I have never been treated with such respectful and honest professionalism. Adam and his staff tolerated my calls, my questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us. This is an honest and reputable business and I would recommend O Keane Automotive Service to everyone. Thank you for your kindness Adam.

I've been a customer of O'Keane Automotive for 25 years now, which I just realized. Also, I wonder why it took me so long to do a review of O'Keane's, because I am always singing their praises to anyone who will listen.My first experience with O'Keane's, I was delivering a pizza to them. On my way there, my right front ball joint went out. After my car limped onto their lot, I asked if they could fix my car. By the end of the day I was up and running. And the most impressive part was the cost was over $100 less than what I was charged for the same work on my left ball joint by another local shop that is no longer in business. And that was less than a month before my serendipitous visit to O'Keane's. Adam and Tim are the best! Thank you guys for everytime you got me back on the road safely and affordably!

Great experience with this place. They seem honest and even gave us a suggestion over the phone to try before bringing our car in. Definitely will come back the next time we have a car issue

Took my vehicle here after experiencing some very concerning electrical issues. They diagnosed and repaired the issues in a very timely manner and charged a fair price. I can't say enough good things about O'Keane. Adam (the owner) is such a GOOD human. He's not in the business of taking your money and nickel and diming his customers. He genuinely cares about getting to the root cause of your cars mechanical problems, fixing them, and fixing them the RIGHT way. Adam communicates with you through the process and doesn't BS anything. Mechanics have a bad stigma (in my opinion), however Adam and his crew at O'Keane are NOTHING like any other mechanic shop I've ever encountered.If you're looking for a mechanic that cares about you AND your vehicle, look no further. I'll never go anywhere else, and you shouldn't either.

Adam and his crew are great! They remember you and even though it might take a few days for your car to be seen, their low price and honest work are well worth it. Been going here for a few years now and always get the same outstanding work. Highly recommend. Best car shop in Fenton, MO. I feel like good, honest car shops are hard to find. A lot drain you of your money, O'keane's doesn't. I'm glad I was referred to them by a friend. I had engine repair at another shop in Fenton for $527 (spark plugs and ignition coil). Same work at O'keane's (spark plugs, ignition coil, plus valve gasket cover) $375. Give them a try. First time using O'Keane Automotive as it was recently recommended by a friend. We have several trust worthy options for auto repair that we have gone to in the past, but they are not that close to us which makes it inconvenient when dropping a car off. Wow very impressed with the professional, thorough and friendly service by this business and Adam!First I saw all the 5 star reviews and thought, really? Everybody had great experience, really? Well now I know why. First when he called me to discuss what was wrong with the car he was very thorough in discussing what the problem was and the repair options. When my wife picked up the car she was very impressed as well. We will be back for sure! Not only is this place very close and convenient, but it may just be what this four car family is looking for. Highly Recommend them!

My wife made the appointment and they where extremely nice, professional, and explained what needed to be done. I came in last year for state inspection. I'm sorry it took so long to post this review, but I would like to tell people that O'keanes automotive was probably the best automotive shop experience I could that I've ever had let alone could ever imagine. The owner was at the desk when I came in and he treated me with such courtesy and respect I would I thought that I thought does he think I'm you know like undercover Boss or something that I own this city.(by the way, I'm using my sister's email for this and that is her picture, but she's so much better looking than this fella riding this review here, that it would have been a very not good to look at picture if I would have put my mug up there. But anyway her phone her address her pic so thought I'd clarify that in case nobody could remember that face in the shop)He treated me like I imagined he would treat a million dollar customer and which is as it should be at a retailer but I rarely find that as the case. I'm kind of scruffy looking I came from work with a scruffy looking truck that needed inspecting and he fit me in without an appointment and I was even late and he still fit me in and he was the kindest and most personable gentlemen you could imagine. And the vehicle was done super quick time I was at least it seemed that way to me and it was a very nice comfortable quiet waiting area it was very immaculate the whole place and all of the employees seem to work like well-oiled machine and not one raised voice or cross word which I hear in so many different stores and restaurants including the place I work, but this was a very tranquil type of atmosphere even though it was busy. The lot was easy in and easy out even though it was full of customer cars and I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated and I will absolutely go back to O'keanes and I recommend them highly.

I'm the type of person that does 95% of the work on my cars myself because I enjoy the work and often I don't trust shops to treat my cars as good as I would. I'm very happy that I've discovered O'Keane. I've worked with them a few times now and it has always been a good experience. They are honest, talented and genuine car enthusiasts.

This place came highly recommended to me and im so happy I went here. I had some significant brake damage as well as some routine maintenance I needed done. I called and they got me in the very next day! I went for emissions testing in order to get my car legal. Little did i know I also needed a IDOD an when I called they got me right back in the same day within min!! Adam is so amazing!!! I usually do my own repairs myself if I am able to, so I am picky about who works on my car. Also from having bad experiences in the past with shoddy work, and unneeded repairs at places I've went before. That said, I am so glad I tried Okeanes! They are very honest and knowledgeable, as well as helpful. I will be recommending them from now on for sure.

I recently had a Jeep Wrangler checked out prior to a Craigslist deal and the guys at this shop went above and beyond to help! They were fast, thorough and knowledgeable about the issues with the Jeep. If I lived in the area (I m from the IL side), this shop would have a new customer. I highly recommend O Keane Automotive!

I gave O'keane Automotive a call to get some rough idea of what if would cost to have them do some basic repairs done to two different cars. One about a year ago and one just recently. In both instances I was told they would do some calculations and give me a call back with some pricing. I was never called back on either occasion. This a in my mind a clear pattern of disregard for the customers needs. It is simply not that difficult to give the customer what they have requested . The bottom line is that O'keane Automotive just does care enough to either do what they said they would do or be courteous enough to be up front about not being willing to provide such a service. In either instance they are Extremely Unprofessional about giving the public upfront pricing on their services!

Good job on putting my fuel pump in my Dodge truck, it runs great, however with an access panel already in the bed and no need to drop the fuel tank the job was a total of $535.33.The fuel pump was over $300.So your going to pay about twice as much. I onlyhad them do it because I am new to the area and I needed my truck. Again good job, just very expensive.

Adam came highly recommended to me from my friend. As a single woman, it is nice to go somewhere that (a) doesn t do work that s unnecessary (b) talk to me like I m dumb, and (c) he is very reasonable!!! Upfront, honest, fair pricing and knowledgeable. Everything you hope for in a mechanic but rarely seem to get. A friend referred me to O'Keane and he was right on the money with these guys. I just moved here from FL and it took me a good 5 years to find a good mechanic there, I think I found one in record time here.

On sept. 8th, 2020 I came into O'keanes for an estimate for my mustang. It was a relatively a small job (inner tie rod dust boot install) and he said nothing is too small. The manager on duty (Adam or Alan?) said he would call me back when he gets the numbers. He did not call back that day so I called him the next day (sept. 9th) to see what he had. He said he kinda forgot about me and that they were really busy and when he had time he would get back to me. Today is Sept. 11 and I never heard a word back from him. What kind of customer service is this?????? He was also rude on the phone when I called back and I felt that I was bothering him. I will attempt to talk to the owner in the next couple of days to see if thats how they normally operate business. In the meantime, when I was "waiting" for his call back, I went to Legacy Automotive 1 mile down the street and they gave me an estimate in 15 minutes. I just don't understand why this has to happen. The worst thing is that this place is very close to my house and it would be very convenient for my future business to go there, but now, I just cannot even fathom ever calling them again for fear of getting the same manager I dealt with before... Unbelievable
