Tom and the Fenton team is always phenomenal! They are always transparent about whatever is going on with my vehicle and always try to work with me. They are far better than the dealership when it comes to price and quality and ability to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend them!

My mechanic, Jeff, is the best! He is knowledgeable, kind and quick! He explains things in detail and listens to what you want. It is always hard to deal with car repair prices and that is the only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars. Will return again!

I ve have been using High Ridge Dobbs for years now from minor repairs to heavy maintenance for all my cars. I got a nail in my tire yesterday. Called them to ask if I pulled the tire could they fit me in today. Got a heck yes and bring it in. The nail was in a spot that could have went either way for replacement or repair. Dobbs could have easily said replace the tire it can t be patched. They didn t they actually cared about winning a long time customer and making sure I come back when I need new tires. FYI my tires are $600 a piece new. I highly recommend the High Ridge location!!

Have been going to High Ridge location for 34 years. The staff are like family and treat us as such. We always know are seven vehicles are safe and going to go wherever we want. Thanks everyone as always!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I can hardly believe this place has the audacity to call themselves mechanics. Went in for a simple alignment, waited 4 hours. They couldn t get it aligned(all front end suspension parts are brand new). I leave, and immediately when I turn right I hear a constant popping noise. So I call back and explain to them essentially how to do their job, the upper ball joints are adjustable, start there and then move to your normal alignment procedure. We re at the 5.5 hour mark now, I go to lunch. I then get a call back stating I ve never seen anyone put adjustable ball joints on one of these, this is the weirdest setup I have ever seen. My main alignment guy will be in tomorrow if you want it adjusted further. We usually don t even deal with this kind of stuff. They also stated they adjusted it and TWO mechanics drove it, and don t hear a popping noise anymore. I leave, popping noise is STILL present. Wasted day, for a bunch of bozos who have no idea what they re doing. Not to mention the snarky attitude by the woman at the front desk, and then upselling poor old folk that have no idea what they re buying. They hate serving people who know what they re talking about. Terrible business practices, dishonest, and under-equipped to handle simple tasks. Going elsewhere, don t waste your time.

I have to say that the warranty that Dobbs tire and automotive offers is exceptional and it makes it very cost-effective when we re looking at running a fleet of trucks. Very happy with the customer service.

Went in for a front end alignment on very short notice for my two seater Mercedes convertible. A lot of places shy away because of the Euro car but they said it would be a couple of hours until they could get to. To my surprise about an hour later I was back on the road and the drove great. They did a great job at a decent price. I will definitely be going back.

I don't write reviews often, but this one is well deserved. Service manager is arrogant and ignorant. He was like this the first time I arrived to schedule an appointment; I should have just walked out right there, but came back for the appointment (took work off) only to experience more of the same behavior. You know, those people who believe they remember what you said better than you do; He actually used the word "disinformation" on me; that should tell you everything you need to know about this place: "ye who have ears, hear". Their low overall rating is WELL earned I'm sure. Sadly, the Dobbs up the road from them wasn't much better. Wound up going to "Marks", a local place with good people--wrote a separate review about them.

I am on my 7th Toyota, all of which have been serviced by Dobbs over a period of 25 plus years. I just wanted to give a shout out to Austin for being a tremendous help today and getting me get a battery replaced that was covered under warranty and he also got me a free wheel alignment, that was also covered under their 6 month warranty. Quality customer service and standing behind their parts and workmanship, will continue to keep me coming back to Dobbs for the indefinite future!Thx Austin and Dobbs in High Ridge!

The Dobbs manager I delt with(HEADQUARTERS Located in High Ridge)charged me $70.00 for "Free Alignment Check"Their mechanic didn't make ANY adjustments at all.They told me my car had been in an accident.We have owned the car since New!I DO NOT TRUST DOBBS!

I have been going here for 2 years now for everything from oil changes to tire changes, to "my car broke down on the side of the highway and had to be towed." They provide consistent service with reasonable prices. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's reasonable as well. When my car did break down, they were able to diagnose, fix, and reorganize my car all in the same day, which was so wonderful. They are all kind and have never tried to over sell or soak above my knowledge level.

Had an alignment done in August and now in October I am having to get new tires. My trust has been broken and I will not be back. I DO NOT recommend.

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment, you will still be waiting 2 hours for a 30 minute job to be done. People are to busy standing around chit chatting.Update: They will try and tell you that you need an alignment everytime you bring your car in. This is their bread and butter scam money maker. How do I know? I had it checked before I took it to them and it is within spec, yet they try to tell me it is out of alignment "BAD". Can't wait to see them on the news.

Very disappointed in the quality of service (especially with their corporate office next door). I will disregard the employee that argued with the verbage she used vs what she said she used (all while not being in the conversation). The real heartburn was when what was a simple tire patch (screw) and then I returned to my home to install the tire myself, there was NO AIR in it. After having to return they either missed the 2 other holes that were in the tire or found something else to blame their techs screw up of not catching it or not airing the tire back up.ZERO compensation for my time or effort to return a second time. Not the best way to retain customers.There are better choices to pick from in this area. Being a big company doesn t make you always right. Treat customers properly

Had such a great experience with dobbs. I had called around to different places for brakes & Dobbs was a little more expensive but I m so glad I chose them. They did such a thorough job & cared so much about my safety. The shuttle was great!!!

I went in yesterday for an Emissions inspection. You know the age-old story about mechanics taking advantage of a female? It didn't happen at this store! I knew what my car needed (yes, I know how to read codes) but I didn't say anything when I went in. The young man waiting on me came back with the report of EXACTLY what I needed at an unexpected reasonable price! Kudos to you all! I got my inspection and needed repairs in about 1 1/2 hours! You guys rock! Thank you! I'll be back for sure!

Don t get me wrong, my boyfriend works here but he doesn t work in the shop. Any time we brought our cars in to get fixed they always had excuses not to work on an employee vehicle for 2 weeks. Blew him off. Not only that but talked up on fixing it and after we put money into getting it fixed they only fixed 1/5 things they said could be done. Not happy. The service isn t that great, and go to FENTON if you want good service and the job to be done quickly. Not only that but the warehouse people who are in charge of getting tires to stores aren t recognized enough. Without the warehouse they wouldn t be making half as much money. Good luck! Take care of your workers! Or you get bad reviews.
