Travis and Chris went above and beyond to help me today. It's so cold but they didn't let that stop them from doing all they could for me! It made my day to be reassured of the good ppl and so close to where I live!

Great service and great people. Went in to get new brake lights and with the help of Riley (spelling may vary) and a mentor (who I forgot to ask the name of) changed the dead bulb and was shown step by step how to change the light myself in the future.

I have been having trouble with my battery.I was having to charge it every two days or so. Was not sure what wad going on so I brought it to auto zone. They were great with helping me with my problem.They tested my battery and we detected that the battery was indeed bad.They helped me chose the correct product.Then they installed my newly purchased battery and they were so professional

I went to Autozone for help in replacing my drivers , brake light! A wonderful lady, came out to help me! Made me feel at ease and within minutes I was all finished!

Recently went to Auto Zone in High Ridge Mo. And was waited on by a lady by the name of Chris. This lady went above and beyond to help me. I'm handicapped and was not able to get into store myself, this lady came out to my truck several times waiting on me. She was very professional and very courteous and made it a very pleasant trip. I tried to tip her several times but she refused, saying "I'm only doing my job "Thank you Auto Zone for having such good and helpful people.Thank youRonald Cox

These people are amazing!!! I just pulled up this morning with only 20 minutes until I had to b at work, and I had a headlight out. They dropped what they were doing and even installed the new bulb for me because I have no knowledge of such tasks LOL anyway, they were SO friendly and fast. 5 stars from me guys. Great job.

Got to the store right as they opened.Needed a replacement battery. I was lucky that they had it in stock. The price was more than I expected, but what can you do?Unbeknownst to me the person who sold me the battery procodeed to help me install the back. Not sure if this a normal thing or night. She was very helpful with the whole thing.Also didn't expect them to keep the old one which was nice, as I didn't have to deal with it.Just an FYI they required a mask when I went.

They seem to always be busy helping others out and prices to me seem high . As we know everything has gone way up though . Thry have a self checkout if you get tired of waiting to check out after you have found your item. Friendly help there though.

This particular location is becoming my go-to brick and mortar auto parts store. It is convenient from home, so there's that advantage. It's also a clean looking store. A couple of staff members are usually friendly and helpful. I ran in the other night to grab a torque wrench because every task seems to require one in my hands lol, and some mirror reflective tape. I've gotta be honest, I didn't expect them to have the reflective tape, but they did!Update: this has seriously got to be the best AutoZone I have ever worked with. They really need to completey move their hub to this location in high ridge.

My husband and I finished our shopping at Schnuck's with cold items in the truck. We had a dead battery. AAA told us 1-1/2 hr wait. We called AutoZone next door to see if we could rent a power booster. A very nice woman said no and rushed right over to give us a jump. We were in our way in less than 15 minutes. 5star experience all the way around.

High ridge, mo store went way over expectations, needed brakes and rotors, the only brake pads were used. Associate went to house springs snd delivered them to my home. Great job!@!

My car battery died, so I went across the street from work to AutoZone. I've used them before with no problems. They tested the battery and confirmed it needed replacement. I purchased the battery and after handing me the receipt, they handed me the battery. I asked if they would switch it out. No, it was cold and snowing and they weren't doing that today. But they helped the man in front of me change his wiper blades. I handed it back to them and called Advanced Auto, who was more than happy to help

Highly recommend this auto zone. Had a wiper blade go out during a rain storm, stopped by this store to grab a wiper and they even put it on for me. Top Notch service in a jiffy. Thanks guys.

My boyfriend Eric Welsh and I came to the High Ridge store and were completely disappointed in the service. Not one, two, but three of the employees were very rude and basically refused to come out to the floor to help us find what we were looking for then when prompted one of the four said I'll be right with you. After he comes out to the aisle where we were located I repeated, "I'm not finding what I'm looking for ..." The employee the held his hands up and responded raising his voice " This is everything we have right in front of you.." . Will never return or spend our money at AutoZone ever again.. please hire employees that are well aware that customer service means just that.

One of the largest AutoZone's I've ever been to. The staff is simply amazing! They were extremely helpful did not hesitate to lend a hand. In this area I would recommend them highly! This store is an easy 50 percent larger than most AutoZone stores. Means a lot more inventory on hand.
