This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no hassles. Jeff the sales guy was awesome and patient as we test drove multiple cars. I was having trouble deciding which car I wanted, but he just let me take my time and make the right decision for me. Absolutely no pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I'm sure these guys are normally better than this, but I went there for an airbag recall and I had some stuff for work in the passenger seat. They literally just threw it all into the back seat cuz it was strewn all over. I had meant to move it before it went back, but I forgot. I guess that'll teach me.Other than that, the speed of service wasn't terrible and the people were friendly.

So we were traveling fom New Orleans to close to Canada when our vehicle decided to start cutting out. We called they said bring it in they put on the computer tell us what wrong with it now this was at 3 in afternoon they close at 5 they changed our fuel filter and had us out on road by 4:45 very polite please and so helpful. Thank you very much. We were heading to a job on time schedule. Thank you again.

The staff at Hughes is truly the best! The sales people are helpful and friendly, never pushy. The boys in the service department are SAINTS! I always get fast service and helpful tips. Thanks for all you do at Hughes!!

Went in to ask about touch up paint was told to go to parts counter. Waited almost 10 minutes and no one would help. Several workers were standing around talking about a dress that one wanted. Walked out and went to Warrensburg. Will never come back.

I drove an hour and a half to buy my jeep here and it was worth it. Pam Dothage took excellent care of me. I got the vehicle I was looking for. They gave me a fair deal on my trade. They negotiated a fair amount and I never felt pressured or "worked over" like at most car dealerships. The paperwork processing was easy and the atmosphere was comfortable. I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend. Definitely worth the drive. Ask for Pam! She rocks.

This is the second vehicle that we've bought at Hughes. They are great to do business with. Always really laid back and easy going. No pressure and very accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
