Bought a brand new tractor here in 2021. Tractor is great, however customer service is less than helpful.I called to order paint for my tractor. They took my information to call me when they figured out what the paint price was. I never heard from them so I called back and they stated they could not get the paint.I called to ask how much it would cost to do a 50 hour service one my tractor. I was told that they were busy, currently, in the store, and they would call me back. I never heard from anyone.I have also spoken to two employees during the Missouri State Fair. One stated that Peyton would be my point of contact (he is the one that was too busy to talk to me on the phone and was going to supposedly call me back). The other guy was trying to sell me a mower, which according to him, was the last mower they had and if I didn't buy it then, it was going to be sold because someone was on their way to get it. The mower was still there the next day.This place was very helpful when I bought a brand new tractor from them but it seems that after you buy from them, they have no interest in helping you.I only gave two stars because they sell quality equipment but not quality service.

My husband called about a mower on Thursday morning and talked to Payton he said they had one in another location. He gave him his phone number and Payton told him he would call him back to make sure it was available. This is Monday still haven't heard from him. I guess not interested in selling it so we will go somewhere else to buy.

We went there to get a lawn mower. There advertised as a Husqvarna dealer but they had none in stock. We spoke to the guy at the counter for about 1 minute. All he said is he didn't know how long it would take. He took no effort to show us any models or to check on anything on the computer. He just sent us on our way

They helped me with getting information on an older Mahindra tractor. Nothing but the oil filter was in stock, but the information they gave me was extremely helpful and it s up and running again.They have a very nice team in their sales and service, would definitely recommend and come back.

Just purchased a LS MT 350e from Brian. He was my type of salesman, not pushy, didn't try and up sell me on things I didn't need or want and most importantly he did what he said. Very smooth transaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new tractor

I was looking for a tractor and reached out to Brian through a Craigslist ad. He is about 2 hours from my house...I went with a used machine closer, however, if I had not had to drive so far, I certainly would have bought an LS tractor from him. Great guy, great touch and sure dealer customer service would have been great if his approach is the standard there...maybe on the next one Brian!

Concur with a previous review. The guy behind the counter didn't care to sell anything. He put a brochure on the counter in front of me and said "There's the prices." He only asked me how much I wanted to spend.I asked about other brands but he was apparently unable to talk with me about them without a brochure from the manufacturer. Entire sales contact was less than 5 minutes. Taking the $7,000 in my pocket to another dealer that is able to discuss their various products.Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because he wasn't unpleasant, just unhelpful.

We purchased an LS tractor from Diamond R at the 2016 Mo State Fair. I can not say enough good things about our entire experience. From sales to service everyone has been great to work with. I got a call last week that my tractor had a recall and they asked if they could come pick it up and get it taken care of. Top notch service and highly recommended!

I took quite a while to make the purchase, but finally ended up with a 39hp LS in early spring this year. I dropped by several times before putting money down. Andy let me try out what I was interested in, and talked me through the pros and cons of various types of equipment since this was my first tractor. I was never pressured, and I wasn't pushed into getting into something bigger than I wanted. I ended up buying a few attachments too, and there was a slight mix up with one of them. I realized it after delivery, and called Andy. He made it right the very next day even though I live about 1.5 hours away.I just had a problem with a wearable part, and called in to get some advice. My intent was to have them ship me a new one. I was connected right away with Jim the mechanic. After I described the problem we decided that it might be best for him to have a look at it himself since it still had less than 20 hours on it. Jim arrived the afternoon of the next day and fixed the problem. He gave me a bunch of advice about caring for the equipment too. That is good service!Anyone can be good when they are taking your money. How they respond after is what is really important. I have no problem giving these guys 5 stars. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I won't be buying my equipment anywhere else.

Treats customers and employees horrible. Screenshots can be viewed showing how they treat their customers and employees. So very sad and heartbreaking that humans like these exist.

I needed a quick lawnmower repair and they were able to take care of it for a very reasonable price. Everybody there was very courteous and kind. I'll definitely be back the next time my lawnmower goes down.

Bought an LS tractor with a bucket and brush hog for my small farm which is great for the tight areas, Brian the salesman was great he worked with me and the bank to get me what I needed, he did an awesome job.Very glad I bought local.

Cheaper buys, but service suffers. All in all not a bad place. Just do your own research and you'll be fine. They are definitely honest.
