Traded in my car for a 2015 f150. Upon arrival I noticed some flaws with the vehicle however due to the price point of this vehicle compared to others I feel it was priced accordingly. They worked with me on trade and were very fair on values.Matt was the salesman and did a great job. Was able to work out a rough deal over the phone before making a 4 hour drive to look at the truck. Matt was very professional and to the point without the typical 'sales pitch'.Appreciate working with you guys. Almost put 2000 miles on in 2 weeks so far, like stated truck has some flaws but it is 9 years old so that is to be expected.

I drove 3 hours to look at a car. Looked nice and clean in the pictures, upon arrival, it was nothing like the pictures! Took 20 minutes to get someone to help us too. When we finally got someone to help us, he was rude! It was a used 2017 and when he ask if I was interested I said "no, I don't think so, its beat up unlike the pictures online." Jay (the salesman) said "what are you looking for? A perfect 2017." Honestly would not recommend!

My husband and I had a very good experience! We do not enjoy car shopping, especially with 3 kids. We asked about delivery (we live 5 hours away) and it was the easiest car shopping we have ever done! I asked for pics of any damage to the vehicle inside and out and the sales lady (I believe her name was Chrystie) was honest while letting me know every detail. The vehicle looked good and drives amazing. The two gentleman that delivered the vehicle were very nice as well. I will be recommending!

One of the easiest and honest dealerships I have ever worked with. No bickering back and forth over price and gave honest trade-in value. I will be a repeat customer if I ever decide to trade my truck but I doubt it because I love it! Jay was a great, honest salesman!

I would just like to say the experience I had at Banner Coulson today was phenomenal! My salesman Jay was very fast, efficient and friendly. The time waiting was less than half of the time you would wait at any other dealership. I have purchased multiple cars in my lifetime and Banner Coulson has by far been the best experience I have ever had.

I'm very pleased with the deal we got! My credit is terrible (repossession), and my wife has almost no credit, but THEY GOT US APPROVED!We're now driving a much newer, and much nicer car. We feel blessed, becaused we got turned down by a few of those "gauranteed financing" places (or they wanted the price of a used car down LOL).Banner Coulson, is the place to go, if you have an old car to trade in. If it's a frame and a title, they'll take it and give you something towards a new car.I will say, my monthly payment is higher than I wanted at first. But, at the same time, I have an even better car than I was expecting (and again, my credit is terrible, so I knew it'd be higher lol)But, now we're building credit again. We've had it over a week now, and this is easily the nicest vehicle we have ever owned.I got a lot more trade in value for my old car, then I expected too! and didn't have to put anything down.Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience. Anyone looking for a car knows the emotional roller coaster that is, and these people made it a lot easier.Christy, thank you for your diligence, and wonderful service!

Larry was great. Was able to get me into a 2019 Chevy Malibu LTI just wished it included some free oil changes or some kind of perk for buying from them. All in all great car. Thanks Larry for your assistance.

Overall I do like the vehicle I got. However, it was not my first choice, "the manager's wife was driving" my first choice. I ended up having 5 issues with the vehicle I got, and tried taking it back maybe 3 days later to get the vehicle I really wanted. I was told the funds have already gone through and I was stuck with the vehicle. So I asked Jay about fixing the issues. He said he would take a look at them, fix 1 for sure, and promised a full detail with buffing it. Picked it up today, 1 issue fixed and just washed it. No buffing (I could rub my finger along the side and it was cleaner in that spot), wheels looked like they were wiped not cleaned, interior was not detailed, and absolutely no mention of even looking at the other issues. I understand most salesmen are liars, but why lie after the sale? Definitely learned my lesson and will not return for any other vehicles with this dealership.

I purchased a truck in November 2022. I made it 20 miles down the road and experienced a mechanical issue that caused it to stall out. I immediately called my salesman to report the issue and he told me the service department will take a look at it once I took it back for new tires and a detail that was owed to me as part of the deal. The next week, the service department replaced the purge valve but that did not fix the problem. The vehicle has since been in their shop 2 additional times and they cannot fix it. The staff was very helpful at first but now, they are essentially ghosting me as I m still trying to resolve the issue. I have suggested they just trade me for a different vehicle since they cannot seem to repair this one. I have sent emails, left messages and cannot get a response or resolution now. I am offering to continue my business with them but now I am to the point where I may go another route. I understand that it is my responsibility to take ownership of the vehicle, however, this problem was existing before I purchased the it and I should not be stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive.

Bought a 2020 2500 HD from Them around 8months ago have had to get it realigned three times since then. It was supposed to have had a 6 in lift professionally installed it is a 3inch lift not a six.Come to find out everything was torqued so far out of spec to get the tires to fit that it wore out the steering assembly and wore groves part way through the control arms.They say that it's not their issue but if I wanted to drive it the four hours back to them they would look at it. Paid in full when I went to look at it only one I found within a four hour radias with a 8FOOT BED under 60K and under 100 thousand miles. They said they didn't have the lift installed but I have the paperwork showing they did .i would not shop there again if they paid me the bad thing is I liked the service initially but after the sell they are ghosts and tell you it's not on us it's your problem now.At this point it is a 8K fix after paying in full 8 -9 month agoabsolutely dishonorable dealership in my opinion beca

Drove 4 hours to buy a vehicle from them, they wouldn't move on anything price wise. {Truck, my trade in, or warranty costs.} I ended up getting the truck and started my drive home. Got an hour into my drive and the alternator went out and the only thing they said they would do was if I got the truck to them they could do the work. I ended up getting back home after stopping at a service center and picked up an extra battery to get me home. They did not do anything help with covering any of the repair costs or even covering the $100 deductible for the warranty claim. Called back multiple times to talk to someone that could help and kept getting told they weren't there and they would leave them a message to call me back. Never received a call back. Very poor service after purchase and would not recommend to anyone.

BEWARE of Service Department !! I was warned not to do business with these people but thought keeping it local and at a dealership of all places would get me good service and a good service history. I could not have been more wrong. Giving them one star is too much. Took our 2016 GMC Terrain in for what I believed was a wheel bearing issue. They did an easy brake job instead of the wheel bearing. When I took it back and there was no denying the wheel bearing was out (they even showed that I asked for a new wheel bearing on the first invoice ) I was told we waited too long and that they will not even cover parts let alone labor. Had to do the repair myself as an emergency trip out of state needed to happen right away. He was also asked to and agreed to check vehicle out for us to make sure it was in good condition for purchase as we had not committed to the final contract. He said it was in great shape and a solid vehicle. We found out weeks later it had been in a major collision and auto body repair shops now refuse to work on it. 2016 terrain so not talking about a 20-year-old vehicle here. Then they had the audacity to send us a $100 invoice well over a month to 2 months later with no description of what the invoice was for when they did no work on the vehicle and only had a mechanic do a 3 minute test ride with me to verify that yes I was correct the wheel bearing was out. A bearing should last 100,000 to 200,000 miles and supposedly the same wheel bearing I wanted repaired magically went out within 2 months of my first request to change? Very friendly when you walk in but if you actually want the work done correctly their attitude changes swiftly, you have been warned.

Shoutout to Jay at Banner Coulson Chevrolet in Higginsville!!The atmosphere alone would be enough for me but there is still so much more! Don't like feeling pressured or dealing with pushy people? I HIGHLY recommend Jay! He was so patient, calm, and understanding.I left with a MUCH nicer and safer car than I ever anticipated. WHILE staying within budget. He was SO informative! I really learned a lot of useful things about how to own good cars on a budget. I litterally can't thank this dealership enough and could probably write several more paragraphs from my expirences. Working at the DMV I see first hand what buying a vehicle going wrong looks like. I know A LOT of the behaviors and patterns, and their team is ON IT! 10/10 recommend.

Driving home from camping. 2500 Hd Silverado 6.6 went into low power mode, pulling my camper. Limped into their lot, walked into the service manager to just have the code and check engine light reset. He said he couldn't help me at all. All his guys were busy... Suggested I go to O'Reilly down the road..... I looked at him and said really, not even get me a code to know where to start? He repeated nothing he could do.... O'Reilly's did help and got me back on the road. They haven't forgot what customer service is...

Called today and spoke with Jay about a used truck they have had for about 3 months. Gave him an offer about $3900 under the asking price (my offer was the top end of what KBB said very good condition value was). Let him know I would get financing from my bank and drive an hour there tomorrow if we could come to an agreement. He would not even counter my offer and said sometimes you can t make a deal . I ended up making a deal later this afternoon on a 3 year newer version of the same truck with another dealer for $2000 less than was apparently the bottom dollar at this dealer according to Jay. Steer clear of this place. Have never felt so un-welcomed in such a short phone call.

A great place to find a really nice ride for a reasonable price. My husband and I were expecting to not even get approved for a loan, but Christie called to let me know we qualified and I was very pleased with the deal they gave us. If you have a car with a title and a frame they will take it as trade! We drove in in a 2000 Monte Carlo, and rode away in a 2017 Ford Fusion. I highly recommend the group of fine people at Banner Colson. Thank you Christie for answering all the million questions I had and getting us in the nicest vehicle we have ever owned!

I had a great experience! The sales team was great. Rick was my salesman and he was honest and too the point. The vehicle was fairly priced. They were willing to replace tires that were worn. They definitely took care of me and I came away happy with my purchase.

They made purchasing my 2500hd last summer a great experience. The people are very helpful and easy to work with. My experience got even better this summer when I had to get some work done with the service department and was told it might be next week. I said that's fine and to my surprise my truck was finished in two days.

Test drove a truck. Had to wait a few days to buy so we could sell our truck. Spoke on Friday and got pre approved and was told by the sales guy, Jay, he would see us Sat to sign the paperwork and we would drive it off the lot. Got a call Sat while we were selling our truck that someone was test driving the truck we got approved for and then later told us it was sold. Never asked us for a deposit or contract to hold the truck and I didn t know to ask as I had never had this type of situation. My husband has been without a truck for work while we now try to find a truck for him. There was absolutely no transparency in any conversation we had here and no apology or help for the situation. Literally would not trust anyone here and if this was the last dealership in the world, I d buy a horse. Would never recommend to anyone.

When shopping for a vehicle online ,pictures are what sells no matter how old the vehicle is .. I get really sick of asking simple questions such as, can I get pictures and then the next message I receive is come take a test drive. Maybe if I see the pictures I would do that but if I don't like how a vehicle appears then there isn't a point wasting time to come test drive it...

The sales people are rude and condescending. I spent 3 hours here waiting. I asked for a few days to consider the "deal" they offered me. I was told if I do not accept the offer RIGHT NOW they dont want to do business with me in the future. Well. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership.

Made my first purchase from this dealer. Drove almost 2 hours to get there. Although they knew I was coming they had my truck up front waiting for me. The engine was warmed up, the inside was cool and ready for a test drive. Once I was satisfied with proceeding forward. The deal happened, they didn't blink an eye when they asked what I wanted for my trade-in. And even though I walked in with pre-approved financing they were able to secure a local lender. Who happens to be the very banking company I already have an account with. But to top it off they secured this lender providing me much better rates and loan duration. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their next new or used vehicle.

WarningBe careful of this place.My fianc� bought a truck, we ve owned it for two months but he has been in the shop for seven weeks. We took the truck back to them their service department said it just had a coolant leak. Turns out it is a blown head gasket and over 7K in damage.Customer service needs improvement, the manager constantly redirecting blame and trying to get someone to communicate you when they know who is calling is near impossible. I had to call up and act like I was interested in buying a vehicle to get someone on the phone.Most dealerships will assist as much as I can even after the papers are signed. That is not so at this dealership. Once that paper is signed you do not matter to them. Save the headache and go somewhere else where they value you.
