If you ever have the misfortune of having your vehicle impounded..you can only hope it happens in Hermann so you end up at Harvey's! We did (and because of it we won't be back to our formerly favorite getaway) but the one positive of the whole fiasco was dealing with Merlin.I bugged him...a lot..during the month we were trying to get the truck back and we DID!! As promised..it wasonly $100..no daily storage fees, the truck was as we left it (involuntarily)..nothing damaged, nothing missing..even our fountain soda cups were where we left them (didn't drink them lol). Merlin was patient, helpful and professional and took good care of our poor baby. Couldn't have asked for better service (even though we obviously didn't ask for it!) I have to say we hope we won't be back!! But definitely 5 in our book! Thank you Merlin!Service: Car towing

Merlin came to help another person who slid off the road in front of me due to the ice storm. Then he proceeded to move and direct traffic, and help anyone stuck on ice get out of their slick situation. He did it without demanding money up front. I m not sure all that he helped paid him, but they should have paid him well. He turned what could have been a very bad situation into a situation that got us home safely with zero damage to our vehicles. His father was a very good man who helped my family many times. Merlin is a chip off the old block. Thank you, Merlin for being there today.

Locked my keys in my car this morning and within 30 minutes they had it unlocked! Even brought my purse in to work for me! Great service!

My car got hit and they let me know what was going on while waiting on the insurance adjuster. Took their time on my car to make sure that it was safe and even went a few steps further and did some extra things.

Had a machine on its nose, They came out, hooked it up, and brought it down safely and softly. Won't hesitate to call again for any towing issues.

Great. The guys there help us out and put are spare tire on, after we paid to get our car out. They dont charge by the day as well.
