My experience with Twin City Toyota was great! Buying my car was easy, and everyone I worked with at the dealership was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. My dealer, Mike Neal, walked me through the entire process and made sure that I got a great car for a good price! Since purchasing my vehicle, I ve returned to Twin City a couple of times and have received nothing but exceptional customer service.

Twin City Toyota is the best dealership I ve ever encountered.Jim Kelly is the best salesman. He listened to what I was looking for, found it in the inventory, and supported me through the whole process.The service department is top notch! They provide information, timely service, status updates, and share coupons, too!I trust Twin City. But, they ve earned it.

I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealer. The sales person I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. They helped me get a good interest rate on my loan, and gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received from Twin City Toyota!

I've purchased 3 cars from this dealership. Two of them were purchased with the help of Lindsey Scheffler. She is a straight shooter and will not waste your time. However, she has a wonderful kindness about the way she approaches transactions with customers. I would recommend her to anyone. I prefer to buy vehicles that have already been assessed and necessary fixes and maintenance done instead of risking Craigslist where I didn't have good success in the past. All 3 cars purchased from Twin City Toyota have been reliable so far.

By far the best car buying experience I ve encountered. Laid back, no hassle, and very patient. Bobby Pirtle did an outstanding job helping me fine tune the search and also walked me through the set up of my brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra. The staff at Twin City was very welcoming. My experience with Twin City could not have been any better.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We recently purchased a short in supply 2024 Toyota Crown. We first visited Twin City last fall to inquire about the new Crown which replaced the Avalon starting in 2023. Ms. Scheffler, Sales Consultant, took time to review the features of the Crown with us even though Twin City had none to sell at the time.She took our information and called us when the Crown s finally arrived. She went out of her way to keep in touch with us over several months until we finally decided to purchase a Crown in February of 2024. The contact was very low key, no pressure. When we finally decided to buy, she thoroughly reviewed the cars features both before the sale and after the sale was finalized.Mr. Echols, Business Manager, was able to get us financing that was better than our Banks. There was no high pressure selling, simply good customer service.

Pleasantly courteous during the buying process. Service desk is fine to work with for after purchase services. Updating review based on dealership s efforts: previously, I was unable to reach any human to speak to about my issues. It sounds like it was purely bad luck, but nonetheless, the dealership wound up reaching out and ensuring I had my concerns heard AND worked to address the initial issues.

I do not like the process of buying a car so much so that the car I replaced had 270,000 miles on it. Mike Neal made the whole experience efficient and personable. He was always available for any questions I had. He explained the features of the car in a way I could understand. Cory in Finance was also very efficient and personable.

Easiest experience ever in buying a car! Sandy Turner was very helpful. There has been plenty of follow since I purchased my vehicle (which I love). If I have any concern it would be the scheduling of time to meet with the finance department. Again they were very kind and went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible.

Everyone at the dealership (sales, finance, service) was courteous and professional. Facilities are VERY clean and modern. Better than the "big city" dealers. Highly recommended for all your Toyota needs! See Samantha if you are looking to buy new.

We purchased this beautiful Toyota Tacoma from Twin City Toyota. We couldn't have been more pleased with the sales, financial, and service staff. Alishah was our sales person and was very knowledgeable about the truck and was very personable. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a small truck that fit my needs, but this truck is perfect.

I cannot recommend Twin City Toyota enough (especially Sam!). I requested to be put on a waitlist for a new Prius and Sam kept me updated the whole way. She made my trade in so easy, was very informative about all of the features on my new car, and was always advocating for the best deals for us. I've been loyal to Toyota since I got my license, but my experience at Twin City was above and beyond.

We have been searching for a specific work truck for a few months and could not find what we needed in our south East region. It has been a trying process to say the least. We came across the perfect truck at Twin city Toyota and made the call. Decided we would travel to get what we needed. After calling and speaking to Bobby, we knew we were in the right hands. We flew in from NC and Bobby took care of us, even picked us up from our Airbnb. Answered every question, sent a video of the truck and all. Both Bobby and Aaron were great to work with. We will definitely make the trip to work with them again for our next Toyota! Thank you guys for all of your help!

I purchased my new 24 Highlander XLE from Alishah Abbas. My entire experience from beginning to end was effortless and amazing. Dave the New Car manager was so kind and easy to work with. Aaron the finance manager was very informative and very low pressure. Alishah from beginning to end was educational and truly had my best interest at heart! This is a review about Toyota motors. The ppl that work at this dealership are very kind. I just want everyone to know what they are getting into because I was never told.I bought the new Tundra when they first came out. I was debating between it and another truck for work. I ended up really liking the interior of the Tundra with the large screen. Ordered the truck and all was great just the normal recalls on a new vehicle.Now fast forward a year and my screen goes blue and the navigation/GPS doesn t work and it wants me to subscribe to use it. Not once did anyone tell me this would happen and even when I started calling around a lot of the ppl that work at the dealerships had no clue. I was furious since I need this for work and cannot rely on my phone all the time.I spent almost a year fighting with everyone about this and the only thing Toyota offered was to turn it on for one year. I refused the offer and told them they sold me a truck that not even their own ppl knew what was going on with it. The unit needs to be turned on for the life of the vehicle that I own it.Ppl! We must not give into the thought that oh well they are all doing this. That is not ok. We have to let them all know that this is wrong and we as an end customer do not want more bills in our lives. Especially a bill for something that came standard in most cars for a decade!! If you already bought one then start contacting them and opening claims against this as soon as you can. The more of us that speak up the better chance we have to stop them from doing this on the vehicles.As it is right now, I will never buy another Toyota vehicle again. This is a shame since I really liked them.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Shelley and the service team at Toyota. After having purchased a used car (not from them) that needed a lot of repairs, I was pretty devastated but Shelley was so helpful communicating what was wrong, what it would cost to fix it, and the options available to me all with kindness and empathy. Highly recommend the service team. Top notch quality and communication.

Great dealership! Beautiful late model Toyotas. I found a rare car in an internet search and they held it until the paperwork all cleared and I could pick it up from out of state. Samantha Raumschuh was very good at communication and follow through. Love my 2017 Prius V.

Great customer service can be found here. We were travelling through town and had a check engine light come on. We called ahead to see if the parts department had a part we thought we needed and stopped in. Todd listened and helped us figure out that problem was not what we thought - he ran the codes and we were able to fix the check engine light problem without having to buy an unnecessary part. Thank you Todd for your time and for caring about us - you made a difference in our day!

If you're looking to buy a vehicle, go to Twin Cities Toyota and ask for Christina. There are a lot of vehicles out there but none that come with the incredible customer service that she provides. She actually *listens* to what features you're looking for and somehow finds the exact one that fits! It's been a week since I picked up my new Camry and I love it! No buyer's remorse because she was patient enough to make sure I got what I wanted & needed. She didn't just sell a car to me- she made a friend. I have already referred several people to her because of how wonderful she is to work with and I will continue to do so! Aaron, The Finance Guy is a magician. :) I had confidence throughout the whole process that Christina & Aaron were working to get the best car at the best rate for me. I'm sure the philosophy of exceptional customer service holds true in the Service department and I'll find out when I take my car in for the *covered* maintenance.

Twin City Toyota has some of the friendliest people working there. A big THANKS to Bobby Pyrtle for all that he did in making our purchase possible. Bobby even took the time to show how all the different features on the truck work. We will definitely recommend Twin City Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
