Bryan Ogle was great to work with! Found us exactly what we were looking for in an SUV! He listened to our needs and even called us back when a car came in that he knew we would love. We were so impressed with the entire process that we did it twice! That's right, we purchased not one but two cars and we couldn't be happier! They gave fair pricing for trade in & treated us with top notch service. We couldn't be happier & would recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to Sapaugh!

When my wife and I went in to purchase our new car, we were treated with nothing but respect. Our salesman took his time to listen to us and not try to push us into something we didn't want. We were able to leave with the vehicle we wanted at a great price when we left the dealership.Our salesman introduced us to one of the owners Joe Clemens. He was amazing and even checked in the back for an obscure part for an older Buick we own. I was amazed first of all that he took the time to introduce himself to us but flabbergasted that he himself went to the back to check on something for us.

We live in Kentucky and drove over 4 hours to make our purchase, our sales lady Jessica was off that day but she came in to meet us and give us our keys. She was so great! Our purchase was made with ease and we got a great deal on our new 2024 Chevy Blazer RS and we absolutely love it. The whole buying process at Sapaugh was awesome. We have zero complaints and highly recommend their dealership.

Working with Jessica was pleasant and straight forward. She was very responsive to our numerous inquiries as we waited for our vehicle to arrive. She went above and beyond to help accommodate our schedule and get us our vehicle. My son loves his new Envista and so far, the car has exceeded our expectations. Smooth ride, very attractive, and clean dashboard on the inside. "Almost looks like an electric car" with the minimalist appearance. Many above average features including higher definition rear view camera, very bright LED lights, and extremely smooth and quiet running motor.

Started off well, when I first called I told the salesperson I was from out of state he said he could have it delivered, only if I paid for the service in which I accepted. We get the deal done, they could not approve me for finance so I called my local bank, got it done no problem. Then they tell me I have to travel there to complete the deal. Really wish I could have got that truck, but now I have to order and wait for one at my local dealership. Jim was super helpful wish I could have started with him i'am sure he would have got it done. My salesperson was a typical car salesman. A Liar.

This was one of the best buying experiences. I found what I wanted reached out to the managers and Jessica was in contact with me within an hour. We talked about price, trade and financing and purchased the car. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Thanks Sapaugh! Love the new Buick Envision!

Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Steven and the rest of the guys at Sapaugh were so easy to work with. They didn't have what I was looking for on the lot, but instead of trying to sell me on what they had they went out and found the exact truck I was looking for. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had brake service 20,000 miles prior to this service. Had to replace pads and turn rotors this service. Never in my life have I had to have this done this way. I have replaced on my own with the cheapest product that lasted 40,000 to 50,000. I still had to pay as the service manager just said. "Well, I'm not sure what happened, there is no product defect, so I can't warrantee it." Well, if brakes had to be replaced at 20,000 miles, then I firmly believe there is a defect...not confident in this service manager...

Good morning, I was thinking of stopping in to Sapaugh to look at suvs. (The blazers are snazzy.) However,after reading some of these reviews I'm not so sure. My son had a similar experience to a review I read. Nice Z28 he had, tried having it purchased through the dealership and they gave him an appraiser who was not one at all. His clutch started making a weird noise. After inquiring further found out Tom or Mike was not the appraiser but in fact just a salesperson. I am an old soul I was upset and found out Kevin was the appraiser. Stay true to who you are and never let the world push you around, I may still go but I'll watch my coin purse. Have a blessed day

Watch yourself when you try to sell your car here. Honesty is not the best policy when dealing with automobile sales people. Keep your eyes peeled for the Ole bait n switch,especially concerning who drives/appraises your vehicle. Protect yourselves from dishonesty. Spread love, not lies. I appreciate your reaching out Joe,however this dealership has burnt me and my family for the last time. Please do not try to reach out again,as I want nothing to do with gm country any longer. Make sure that your staff comes correct the next time a struggling customer walks in through your showroom doors.

Sapaugh GM Country is very friendly. The dealership is extremely clean and inviting. I have bought several autos from them. This last one is a 2024 Envista. They have a great service center and a very friendly and relaxing waiting area for you to enjoy while you wait for your auto to be done. Always a wonderful experience when I go into Sapaugh. I have bought all of my vehicles there since I began driving. It's always a experience to remember. The service I receive is outstanding. From the management-Kirk Linderer to the sales dealer-Brandon Ziegler. They have great customer service and are so knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a vehicle. I can honestly say I will never go another dealership.

I called about a sensor going out in one of my tires. They were able to get me in the next day. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that I received. The cost to replace one sensor was over $200 so I opted to replace the one. They told me the other 3 were also going out, but I cannot justify the cost to replace them - it's just too expensive. Still, everyone was nice and professional. The waiting room is pleasant as well.

Ken McConnell reached out to me while I was in getting an oil change. I met with Ken who showed me exactly what I had been looking for. I brought my wife back and met with Steve Merle. Ken had left for the day. Steve and Ken made the process smooth. Everyone we met with were so nice. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Sapaugh.

This was our first time at the Service Department for my free initial tire rotation, inspection and oil change after having purchased my new truck from them. Overall I can't speak highly enough of the entire experience! Beginning with Jessica who sold me the truck and went out of her way to find what I wanted and needed, through the finance department it was the best vehicle purchase of my life (and I'm just shy of 65). The Service department staff was courteous, the waiting area was excellent with free drinks and snacks, and to top it off they had washed and dried my truck gratis!! Love this dealership!!

On Monday night, in the pouring rain, the windshield wipers on my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox stopped working in the middle of rush hour traffic. It was quite scary! After pulling over, I googled it. There had been a recall for my make/model/year for windshield wiper failure. I cautiously made my way home. I called Sapaugh Motors in Herculaneum, Missouri at 7:30 a.m. the next morning. They took my situation seriously, and since it was a safety issue, they had me come in right away. I am very grateful that they were not only willing to do that, but that they had the part in stock! I am due for a new vehicle in the very near future and I know where I will be going to purchase that vehicle! In addition, I cannot brag about employee "June" enough. She is a real gem!

This was my first ever visit to Sapaugh, I've purchased several cars from other dealers, and this was the best buying experience to date. Al was great, they were flexible, and worked to make the deal work for us. I'll be back for maintenance based on my experience. Would highly recommend.

Everyone there were so helpful. The sales man Brian Hankins was awesome and a pleasure to work with. My best sales person experience ever. Mike in Finance was the awesome and Al was great at going over all the tech features for my new ride. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Worth the drive down 55! Dave & Dylan Isaac were exceptional! Dave stopped me from buying the wrong truck and Dylan finished the deal on what I expect to be a million-mile truck. Such a great buying experience! I'm excited to start using Sapaugh's Service Department for my wife's Buick.

My experience at Sapaugh was excellent! They had plenty of cars on the lot, new and used, and many helpful and friendly staff members. Greg Jones was a joy to work with in helping me buy my first car. He made the process very easy and quick for me and he was extremely knowledgeable . I also had help from Kirk Linderer with trading my car and he also could not have been better to work with. 10/10 recommend Sapaugh to anyone and everyone.

The entire process was a positive experience. Our salesperson, Brian Ogle, was great. We received a fair price, and there were no hidden fees or changes when we picked up the vehicle. Would definitely consider Sapaugh again in the future.
