I hit a deer on TT in my 2015 Ford Explorer. I had heavy damage done to the passenger front side and took it to Sapaugh to get fixed. My Explorer after they fixed it looked better than the day I bought it and was also detailed. I could not be more satisfied with the results, and hopefully it will not happen again but if so I know where I will take my vehicle too. A special thanks to Shannon for keeping me posted all the time about the progress of my vehicle

Had my Tahoe fender repaired there, they were fast, friendly and more importantly the job was done right! I highly recommend if you need any work done you give them a chance.

Sales staff is great, my family has bought 4 cars through them. The reason we keep going back is because of the service dept. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Jerry has been so helpful taking care of my husband's truck after it was broken into. Jerry has been doing the hard part with dealing with insurance and ordering parts. You know how insurance companies can be. If you need anything auto body related to be taken care of; Jerry is the man you should talk to. Thank you, Jerry!

Very impressed with Kim and Dennis as well as the worked performed on my car.It was returned in great shape. I picked the car up in a clean well lit area so I could really look where they repaired the damage. It was washed & looked new.Thanks for the great work.Will recommend to others.Thanks Cheryl D.

We took our vehicle to Sapaugh Auto Body with an oil leak, burning smell and a ticking noise. They called and said they could fix all. Once they performed the duties �billing $1,000 later they said to never drive the car again, the engine was bad. Nothing was discounted from price after speaking to manager we had to pay $1,000 and now have no vehicle. Manager was hard to speak to and it took weeks to continue a conversation of at least some reimbursement and he refused...but asked us if we were interested in buying another car! No thank you.

Jerry M. was courteous, professional and provided top notch service on my vehicle. Highly recommend Jerry at the Sapaugh shop for any work needed on your vehicle. One of the best mechanics around and the most knowledgeable person I've met on the subject.

They truly know detail better than anyone in the business. It's never fun to have to get your vehicle fixed but when we get it back it feels like a brand new car straight off the lot. The service and timeliness is exceptional and the precision and expertise is second to none.

Mike Wolk was helpful from the start to the finish. Both my vehicles were involved in a accident. He put me in a loaner car and did one at a time. They worked with my insurance company and myself to get everything done quickly. It was a very smooth and easy process. Definitely will refer anyone to come in for work here. What topped it off was I was due for a oil change and that got done as well. So thank you!Service: Body & Trim

The Auto Body shop really took care of us when we had an accident with our 6 months new car. Accident repairs are never pleasant, but Sapaugh made the experience as easy as possible for us. From the tow service to the rental car, the shop took care of us and made everything super convenient. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and the car looks and drives great. Thanks for making a lousy accident bearable!

Fantastic customer service! Everyone is very professional and pleasant to work with. Clean waiting area with snacks and connectivity center to charge your devices and use the WiFi. June in the service department is very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the car. Keep up the good work!

Sapaugh auto body recently fixed my truck via a deer crash, their work was flawless, their were no mismatched gaps between any of the front end parts, no sanding marks underneath the paint, they obviously took their time, n cared about the job at hand. The office staff was very polite, professional, and personable, Sapaugh auto body is absolutely a five star shop. If I ever need auto body services again, Sapaugh will absolutely get the call.

I took my car in after having an accident. Everything was great or so I thought. I realized the windshield wipers were not working correctly after a couple weeks having my car. I took it back and they were able to fix the problem right away. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was involved in an accident. The other driver was at fault and admitted to police it was her fault. State farm would not admit fault until the police report was released. I however brought my truck there last Friday for an estimate before the report was filrd.They reluctantly looked at my truck .Took a few pictures and I would be called in a few days to pick it up on my way home. Now it's Thursday no call yet. I stop by and ask about my estimate. I was told that they have been very busy and unless I commit to having it fixed there My concern would be on the bottom of his pile of estimates that need done. I reminded him that I had previously had work done there and would probably again. I was told again that unless I committed to it. They wouldn't have time. And my concerns and estimate would be put to the end of the line and on the bottom of his pile of work.I would not recommend any service to this body shop that apparently is to busy to adress customer issues and just to busy for an estimate. I myself thought 5 days would be sufficient time.

My car had front end damage on both sides. They fixed it up like new. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and to top it off they detailed my car! It looks like the day i bought it. Thank you Sapaugh.
